1、运行手册着陆性能评估相关规定6.56着陆性能评估6.56.1在航路飞行中目的地机场的相关条件,如道面条件、将要使用的跑道、风、飞机的着陆重量/构型/速度/减速设备等变差的 情况下,飞行机组应该在着陆前进行实际着陆性能的评估;6.56.2着陆距离的评估应该尽可能地在接近飞机到达时完成,并且 利用当时最新的信息。进行评估的位置不得晚于仪表进近程 序的起始点或目视进近起落航线的加入点。飞行机组应该在 收到白动天气通播(ATIS )或抄收落地条件后,在下降顶点 前作进近简令时计算并进行着陆距离评估;6.56.3飞行机组在确定实际着陆距离时, 应该考虑如下因素的影响: 报告 的时效、报告发布以来当前的气

2、象条件、 发布该报告的 飞机型号或所用减速设备、报告发布后道面是否被处理过以 及道面处理的方法等;6.56.4进行实际着陆距离评估时,应该使用基于可靠的刹车效应报 告或跑道污染物报告(或预计的跑道表面条件,如果没有相 应报告)等在着陆将要使用的跑道范围内的最不利的刹车条 件;6.56.5飞行机组应根据到达时的实际条件进行着陆性能评估。这些实际条件包括气象条件(机场气压高度、风向和风速等)、跑道条件、进场速度、飞机重量和构型以及将要使用的减速设备等。根据上述条件得到实际着陆距离后, 应该再加上15%的安全余量,并且仍然不大于跑道的可用着陆距离。 使用上述相关程序进行了着陆距离评估后,如果不能保证

3、至少15%的安全余 量,就不得进行着陆;6.56.6着陆性能评估可以采用根据FCOM等相关手册图表内容进行计算的方式,也可以利用着陆限重分析表进行评估;6.56.7着陆距离评估完成后,如果在着陆以前相关条件发生了变化, 飞行机组需要考虑继续着陆是否更安全,或者再次计算着陆距 离,并且制定并在复飞或中断着陆时执行备用方案。有失效着陆性能评估主要分为三个步骤:一. 确定着陆跑道刹车效应,使用着陆跑道状况评估矩阵RCAM二. 确定进近速度VAPP,使用QRH有失效的进近速度表VAPP=VREF+ AVREF+ APPR COR影响到着陆距离的是进近速度修正 APPR COR 一项 vI LANDIN
