2、CCP)抗体浓度的变化,探讨抑 郁症的免疫机制及其与门身免疫的关系。方法:60只成年雄性SD大国随机分为2大组,每组30只,每大组再分 为正常对照组、模型组和氟西汀(fluoxetine. Fix)治疗组3个亚组。以CUMS结合孤养建立抑郁人鼠模型,造模完 成后,第一大组大鼠用于旷场试验、糖水消耗试验和强迫游泳试验;第二大组大鼠心脏穿刺采血后,以循环礴法 测定血清Hey水平,ELISA法测定血清anti-CCP抗体浓度。结果:与对照组和氟西汀组比较,模型组大鼠自发活 动显著减少;糖水消耗戢、糖水偏爱百分比显著降低;强迫游泳不动时间明显延长;血清Hey和anti-CCP抗体水 平明显升高。结论:
