1、建筑名称：西安鹏程学院综合楼位 置：陕西省西安市结构类型：钢筋混凝土框架结构层 数：四层总建筑面积：5186m2本建筑总高度28.2米，共7层，首层层高为4.2米，其他各层层高3.6米，采 用现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构，抗震设防烈度为 8度，整个设计包括建筑设计和结构 设计两部分。建筑设计部分，首先根据建筑的使用功能确定建筑的初步布局，包括建筑体形 和室内空间布置等，然后结合使用的材料、做法进一步确定具体尺寸和平、立面风 格等。具体来说，主要包括总平面设计、建筑平面设计（功能布局和布置思路、房 间的布置、卫生间的设计、楼梯布置、柱网布置等）、立面设计、剖面设计（层数层 高确定和楼梯设计）、建筑材料
2、设计（屋面做法、楼面做法）、防火设计，并对主要 设计规范、尺寸单位、荷载和钢筋混凝土作了附加说明。结构设计部分，首先根据建筑设计、工艺使用要求、材料供应情况以和场地地 质条件等确定结构布置方案，然后选取一榀典型框架进行设计计算。在明确计算简 图的前提下，进一步确定框架承受的荷载，包括恒载、屋（楼）面活载和地震作用， 在此基础上进行框架内力计算（采用 D值法计算地震作用下的内力，采用弯矩二次 分配法计算竖向荷载作用下的内力）、内力组合、梁、柱和基础等构件的配筋计算以 和地震作用作用下的侧移验算。除此之外，还进行了楼梯设计（梯段板设计、平台 板设计和平台梁设计）、雨篷的设计与计算等。为进一步验证手

In additi on, in structi ons for the main desig n norms and dime nsion s, load and rein forced con crete is give n.In the structural design part, the array of structure is first determined according to architectur
8、al desig n, process dema nd, material supply and geological con diti ons; the n a typical tran sverse frame is take n to be computed. After the extract of computati on sketch, the exter nal loads such as the dead load, liv ing load on the roof (floor) and the wind load are calculated; then the inter
9、nal force in the structure is obtained through the moment distribution method under vertical loading and the modified knick point method under horiz on tal loads. In the followi ng, the comb in ati on of in ternal force is performed. On the above basis, the desig n of structural comp onents such as
10、beams, colu mns and foun datio ns are respectively carried out, and at the same time the checking computation of the slidesway un der wind load is done. In additi on, the desig n of the stair (ladder period of board desig n, smooth bedplate desig n and platform beam desig n), the can opy and other a
11、ccessory comp onents are also completed.To verify the accuracy of above results, numerical tests are performed with the software PKPM 2005, and the comparisons prove that the original results are reliable. 12、alKeywords: Rein forced;con crete; frame;Architectural desig n;desig n.结语随着毕业日子的到来，毕业设计也接近了尾声。经过十几周的奋战我的毕业设 计终于完成了。在没有做毕业设计以前觉得毕业设计只是对这几年来所学知识的单 纯总结，但是通过这次做毕业设计发现自己的看法有点太片面。毕业设计不仅是对 前面所学知识的一种检验，而且也是对自己能力的一种提高。通过这次毕业设计使 我明白了自己原来知识还比较欠缺。自己要学习的东西还太多，以前老是觉得自己 什么东西都会，什么东西都懂，有点眼高手低。通过这次毕业设计，我才明白学习 是一个长期积累
13、的过程，在以后的工作、生活中都应该不断的学习，努力提高自己 知识和综合素质。在这次毕业设计中也使我们的同学关系更进一步了，同学之间互相帮助，有什 么不懂的大家在一起商量，听听不同的看法对我们更好的理解知识，所以在这里非 常感谢帮助我的同学。总之，不管学会的还是学不会的的确觉得困难比较多，真是万事开头难，不知 道如何入手。最后终于做完了有种如释重负的感觉。此外，还得出一个结论：知识 必须通过应用才能实现其价值！有些东西以为学会了，但真正到用的时候才发现是 两回事，所以我认为只有到真正会用的时候才是真的学会了。在此要感谢我的指导老师对我悉心的指导，感谢老师给我的帮助。在设计过程 中，我通过查阅大量有关资料，与同学交流经验和自学，并向老师请教等方式，使 自己学到了不少知识，也经历了不少艰辛，但收获同样巨大。在整个设计中我懂得 了许多东西，也培养了我独立工作的能力，树立了对自己工作能力的信心，相信会 对今后的学习工作生活有非常重要的影响。而且大大提高了动手的能力，使我充分 体会到了在创造过程中探索的艰难和成功时的喜悦。虽然这个设计做的也不太好， 但是在设计过程中所学到的东西是这次毕业设计的最大收获和财富，使我终身受益
