2、：明确该职位人员的责任与义务PROCEDURES 程序：Job Summary/ 岗位概述To respond to job assignments in the repairing, installation, preventive maintenance and day to day operation of all electrical power distribution & lighting system which include high tension switch gears, transformers, low tension switch gears, prote
3、ctive control circuit for overload, earth fault etc, KWH metering, power factor correction capacitors bank, DC charger panel, emergency generator, electronic light dimmer system, lighting arrestor, etc in a productive and cost effective manner so as to maintain the system in a most efficient and opt
4、imum condition.电工要及时进行维修，安装，预防维护以及日常配电和灯光照明系统运行情况，包括酒店内高压开关，变压器，低压开关，过压保护电路，接地保护，电量计量表，辅偿电容器，直流充电装置，柴油发电机，弱电调光器,避雷器设备等，保持设备在高效和经济的运行状态。Duties & Responsibilities/职责义务1. To execute all works assigned in accordance with the guideline and polices and procedures, especially in relation to fire and li
5、fe safety.按照饭店指导原则，规定和标准程序开展工作，特别要注意与消防生命安全程序的有关项目。2. To execute preventive maintenance and repair in accordance with the guideline by engineer and manufacturer's recommendations.开展预防维护工作以及按照工程师的指令和生产商建议维修设备。3. To perform emergency duties as per outlined under emergency procedure.在紧急情况下按照紧急程序开展工

To familiar with all the electrical power distribution and lighting systems, its operating requirement and characteristics, so as to operate in strict compliance with requirement了解掌握酒店配电和灯光系统以及设备的运行要求和特性，严格按照设备要求和特性操作设备5. To attend on the job training进行在岗培训。6. To practice during course of duty.

10、ntenance, to ensure that equipment longevity, avoidance of repairs and down time, ease of operation, and efficiency are all being maximized pursuant to manufacturing recommendations按照工作检查表检查强电设备运行情况并做好记录工作。维修和上报设备运行缺陷，不寻常的运行情况和安全隐患。经常回顾预防维修检查表和维护方式，保证设备长期稳定的运行，避免紧急修理和故障停机，安全运行，和根据生产手册高效运行12. To coordinate with property and electrical bureau for power switching and annual inspection and instruments calibration.做好饭店和电业局的协调工作，

Good knowledge and hand on skills of electrical system operation, repair and maintenance.良好强电知识和全面掌握电力设备运行，维修和维护技能。2. Knowledge and hand on skill of re-winding of electrical motor 具有电机重新缠绕线圈的知识和能力。Education/教育:Technical vocational institute training in general electrical systems repairs & maintenance. 正规电力职业学校毕业，专业掌握电力系统维修和维护知识。Experience/经验: Min.3 years working experience in electrical system preferably with hospitality industry 至少3年在酒店作电工的工作经验。
