8、rategies.反思这节课学生上的很开心。展示了他们强大的创造力。其实学习语言就需要这么一种气氛，但是我们常常纠结于习题和试卷中无法自拔。希望能有跟多这样的时机，让学生爱上学习，爱上英语。，我们教师可以在对学生了解的根底上，通过精湛的教学技艺，亲切的教学态度，与适当的鼓励性话语和肢体语言，就完全可以不用以物激趣，而升华为可持续开展的以情激趣，这样也更大程度上让学生体会到真诚的表扬和真正的成就感。?英语新课程标准?提出：建立能鼓励学生学习兴趣和自主学习能力开展的评价体系，注重培养和激发学生学习的积极性和自信心。我们教师评价时要考虑学生的年龄特征，注意评价手段，使我们的教学评价真正表达其价值，为教学效劳。
