5、位于槟榔屿的东北方。这是一个以华人为主,具有古老历史文化的城市,也是马来西亚第二大城市。相传早在1405年,郑和下西洋途中曾在此逗留。随着郑和下西洋,我国东南沿海居民便纷纷迁移东南亚,谋求发展。而槟城便成为移民落脚的大本营。,槟城山(Penang Hill)当地称之为“升旗山”,位于岛屿中部,距乔治市中心约6公里,主峰高830米,为滨城高点。它不仅是当地居民的避暑圣地,也是马来西亚一处重要的旅游景区。由于昔日英国高官多居住于此,山下士兵利用旗语传递重要讯息,故得名“升旗山”。登山游客可乘搭缆车,或沿着小径及梯级徒步而上,一路欣赏隐藏在升旗山热带雨林内的奇花异草,沿途并可俯览乔治市的壮丽景色。,
