1、英译中法律条款翻译1. 可分性条款Should any of the provisions of this Agreement be held invalid, illegal or unenforceable under any law, then such provision shall be deemed severed from this Agreement, and the parties shall negotiate in good faith for the purpose of reaching agreement on an alternative provision fo
2、r incorporation into the Agreement which gives effect to the parties mutual intention, provided that if such negotiations are notsuccessful, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall not in any way be affected or impaired by severance of such invalid, illegal or unenforceable provisions and s

5、ber of the Recipients Group or as a result of such site visit, except where any such injury, death or property damage results from the gross negligence of theCompany, the Shareholders, any member of a Shareholders Group or any of their respective Representatives.The Recipient further agrees and it s
