2、and her family on a very, veryhard-fought campaign.I mean she foughtvery hard.Hillaryhas worked verylong and very hard over a long period of time, and weowe her a major debt of gratitude for her service toour country.Imean thatverysincerely.Now itistimeforAmerica to bind the wounds of division, have

3、 to gettogether,toallRepublicansandDemocratsandindependents across this nation I say it is time forus to come together as one united people.It is time. I pledge to every citizen of our landthatI willbe presidentforallof Americans,and thisis so important to me. For those who have chosen notto support

4、 me in the past, of which there were a few people, Im reaching out to you for your guidance and your help so that we can work together and unify our great country. As Ive said from the beginning, ours was not a campaign but rather an incredible and great movement, made up of millions of hard-working

5、 men andwomenwho love their country and want a better, brighter future for themselves and for theirfamily.It is a movement comprised of Americans from allraces, religions, backgrounds and beliefs, who want expect our government to serve the people, and serveandthe people it will.Working together we

6、will begin the urgent task ofrebuildingour nationand renewingthe American dream.Ive spent my entire life in business, looking at the untapped potential in projects and in people all over the world.Thatisnow whatIwanttodo forourcountry.Tremendous potential. Ive gotten to know our countryso well. Trem

7、endous potential. It is going to be a beautiful thing. Every single American will have the opportunity to realize his or her fullest potential.The forgotten men and women of our country will beforgotten no longer.We are going to fix our inner cities and rebuildourhighways,bridges,tunnels,airports,sc

8、hools,hospitals. Were going to rebuild our infrastructure,which will become, by the way, second to none, and wewill put millions of our people to work as we rebuildit.Wewillalsofinallytakecareof ourgreatveteranswho have been so loyal, and Ivegotten to know so manyover this 18-month journey.The timeI

9、vespentwiththem duringthiscampaignhas been among my greatest honors.Our veterans are incredible people. We willembarkupon a project of national growth and renewal. I willharness the creative talents of our people and we willcallupon the bestandbrightesttoleveragetheirtremendous talent for the benefi

10、t of all. It is goingto happen. Wehave a greateconomic plan.Wewilldoubleour growth and have the strongest economy anywhere inthe world. At the same time we will get along with allother nations, willing to get along with us. We willbe. We willhave greatrelationships.Weexpecttohavegreat, great relatio

11、nships. No dream is too big, nochallenge is too great. Nothing we want for our futureis beyond our reach.America will no longer settle for anything lessthan the best. We must reclaim our countrys destinyand dream big and bold and daring. We have to do that.Were going to dream of things for our count

12、ry, andbeautiful things and successful things once again.I want to tell the world community that while wewillalways put Americasinterestsfirst,we willdealfairly witheveryone, with everyone.All people and all other nations. We will seekcommon ground,nothostility,partnership,notconflict. And now I wou

13、ld like to take this moment tothank some of the people who reallyhelped me withthis,what they are calling tonight a very, very historicvictory.First I want to thank my parents, who I know arelookingdown on me rightnow. Great people.Ivelearnedso much from them. They were wonderfulin every regard.They

I also want to thank mysisters, Marianne and Elizabeth who are here with ustonight.Wherearethey?Theyreheresomeplace.Theyre very shy actually.And my brother Robert, my greatis Robert? 20、at Rudy?Up here. Really a friend to me, but Illtell you,I got to know him as a competitor because he was one of the folks that was negotiating to go against those Democrats, Dr. Ben Carson.
