2、可以优先选择约定财 产制，充分体现了意思自治的原则，并开始注重对第三人利益的保护。这是我国婚姻法 的重大发展，但其在约定时间、内容、形式、可否变更和撤销等方面的规定还过F简单， 缺乏系统性、可操作性，给实践运用带来了不便。因此，我国夫妻约定财产制还需要进一 步完善。本文主要从以下几方面进行论述：第一部分，我国夫妻约定财产制历史发展与现状。第二部分，分析我国目前夫妻约定财产制存在的主要问题，并结合外国法律来分析我 国法律规定的不足。第三部分，对我国夫妻约定财产制的完善进行思考，并提出相关建议。关键词:夫妻财产夫妻约定财产制约定时间1AbstractAgreed Marital Property
