26、拼接器;钢筋间的连接或钢筋与螺杆间的连接,用套筒双拼式连接器。(3)张拉予应力钢丝张拉:在钢模上用墩头梳筋板张拉,一端卡在固定梳筋板上,另一端卡在张拉端的活动梳筋板上,用张拉钩钩住活动梳筋板,再通过连接套筒将张拉钩和拉杆式千斤顶连接进行张拉。予应力钢筋张拉:用三横梁或四横梁式张拉钢筋。张拉注意事项:a.张拉时,张拉机具与予应力筋在一条直线上,在台面上每隔一定距离放一圆钢筋头作垫块,防止予应力筋因自重而下垂污染予应力筋。b.顶紧锚塞时,用力不要过猛,以防钢丝折断。c.予应力筋张拉完毕后,对设计位置的偏差小于5mm。a. 张拉过程中发生断丝或滑脱时,予以更换。b. 沿台座长度方向每隔45m设一个防

27、护架。(4)砼浇筑根据试验配合比,采用425#的硅酸盐水泥拌制砼。浇筑砼时要细心施工,避免吊罐碰撞胎模。(5)予应力筋放张先同时放张予应力较小区域的予应力筋,再同时放张予应力压力大的区域的予应力筒。放张采用千斤顶放张法。(6)养护:按照砼施工规范要求进行予制空心梁的养护。3.安装支座根据市场调查征得监理单位认可,购买设计要求的橡胶支座,并提供生产厂家技术说明和质量证明。安装橡胶支座前首先测量检查墩、台支座位置处的高程与设计高程的误差。对与图示不同的部位进行标高调整,对支座处的砼表面,要求平整和清洁,以保证全部面积上压力均匀。4.安装桥面板先闸墩上桥安装,后两岸。由右岸 向岸岸施工。(1)桥面板

28、复检:构件几何形状和尺寸的检查,埋件及吊环位置检查,预留孔的尺寸及其位置检查,构件外观有无裂纹及缺陷等 。(2)空心板运输:根据运输安装方案确定装运方向;用平板拖车把空心板运至下游消力池及相应部位;在运输过程中要固定牢靠,以防倾倒;在运输前要先修整运输道路。(3)空心板安装:安装程序如下:测量放线安装垫板二期砼测量放线安装支座吊装预制空心梁 调整焊接固定检查验收拆除脚手架等 a.准备工作:配备吊具、机具、材料;吊装机械就位,清理障碍;准备临时加固;测量放样。b.空心梁绑扎:绑扎要牢固可靠,绑扎方便,起吊过程中不能发生永久变形,不出现裂缝,并便于安装。c.起吊就位:起吊中要保证空心梁在空中旋转平

29、稳用溜绳控制,吊索保持垂直,操作平稳,尽量避免紧急制动,以便就位。d.校正:根据设计要求和规范规定,对梁平面位置、标高、垂直度等进行校正。(4)安全生产施工:a.吊装前对设备、工具等 进行安全性能检查;b.吊装人员进入现场必须戴安全帽,高空作业系统安全带。c.吊装时,禁止人员站在梁上指挥,起重臂下严禁站人。d.起重臂、吊索、吊绳与电源线要保持一定的安全距离。e.设置专人负责指挥,严禁乱指挥。5.桥面铺装:(1)伸缩缝:清理伸缩缝缝槽,如有顶头现象或缝宽不符合设计要求时,应凿剔平整,在桥面砼干燥收缩完成且徐变在部分完成后再进行安装,安装后的桥面伸缩缝的伸缩性能必须有效,缝面与桥面结合良好,并保持

30、平整。(2)桥面铺装a.清基:在桥面铺装前先清扫桥面,然后用水冲洗干净。b.槽缝灌浆:拌制水泥砂浆或细石砼灌注槽缝。c.立模:采用制作的定型钢模板进行模板的安装,模板要牢固、紧密,在整个长度上与基层紧贴,不漏浆。d.焊接、扎筋:按照设计要求焊接横向联结钢板,铺设纵向接缝钢网或桥面钢筋网。e.浇筑砼:1.0m3强制式搅拌机拌和;6m3搅拌车运输;25t塔式起重机配3.0m3吊罐吊运入仓;机械摊铺;振捣以砼停止下沉,不再冒气泡并泛出砂浆为准,表面整平时,铺设一层细石砼;待表面抹平砼初泞后,按照设计要求的表面构造深度沿横坡方向拉毛;根据图纸要求埋设泄水管。7.6.2.3钻孔灌注桩先基坑支护桩,后桥台

31、桩。由闸轴线向上、下游施工。1.根据地质剖面图知钻孔灌注桩范围内为粉质粘土、淤泥质粘土和淤层,拟选用CZ-22型冲击钻机,为防止振动使邻孔壁坍塌以及影响邻孔已浇筑砼凝固,采用隔孔跳打法进行施工。工艺流程如下图:平整场地构筑钻机平台桩位放样埋设护筒安设钻架制作护筒钻机就位钻 进固壁浆液循环系统下钢筋笼测量孔深孔径孔斜清 孔安设清孔设施测量淤泥土厚度制作吊运钢筋笼安设导管溜槽等浇筑砼制备、运输砼试装检验导管养 护拔除护筒测量砼高度护筒:使用5mm钢板制作护筒,护筒内径比钻头直径大20cm,根据灌注桩位置地形条件和地下水位情况,采用挖埋法安设护筒,护筒高出施工地面30mm,在护筒底及周围回填粘土、夯

32、填密实防止漏水,护筒中心与桩位中心的偏差不大于5cm,倾斜度偏差不大于1。钻孔:钻孔开始后分班连续作业,一次成孔。在钻孔过程中由专人进行钻孔记录,注意土层变化,采取渣样,判断土层;选用优质粘土,掺入膨润土粉,提高泥浆的粘度和胶体率,护筒内泥浆顶面保持高出筒外水位1.5m;做好泥浆回收净化,循环使用工作。清孔:采用掏渣清除法,保持孔泥浆的浆面高程,以保证孔壁的稳定。吊放钢筋:按设计图纸加工制作钢筋,利用钻机起重机起吊钢笼入孔,钢笼周围绑扎砼垫以保证保护层;准确牢固定位钢笼,防止浇筑过程中错位和浮笼。灌筑水下砼:砼的浇筑采用直开导管法,浇筑要连续作业;浇筑砼用专用浇筑(如下图);浇筑到桩顶时,要高

33、出设计顶面60cm,待砼初泞后和终泞前,挖去此部分砼,达到设计高程。桩的检验:待灌注桩砼强度达到设计要求时,采用超声波检测法检测桩的质量,若有问题采用适当方法处理。7.6.2.4砼温控措施:1. 低温季节即平均气温3oC以下:尽量避免12月份和元月份浇砼;改变砼配合比,掺适当防冻剂;对砂石骨料、水泥等原材料覆盖保温材料进行保温,堆高骨料;加热水进行砼搅拌;搅拌车运输砼;覆盖保温,提高基面温度。覆盖保温层,防止新浇砼冻伤。2. 高温季节施工措施减少水泥用量,尽量加大骨料粒径;采用水化热较低的水泥品种;采用外加剂减少水泥用量,如木钙减少剂; 加冰屑降低砼出机温度;缩短砼运输时间;尽量避免一天中最高

34、温度时浇筑砼;加快洒水养护。3.雨季施工措施砂、石料堆放场,周围做好排水设施;防止雨水及周围水流入仓内;保护新浇砼面;尽是避免雨天浇筑砼。7.6.2.5砼养护和保护(1)养护:砼浇筑完成,当砼硬化到不会因洒水养护而损伤时,立即派人进行洒水养护覆盖草帘,使砼表面经常保持湿润状态,养护使用管井降水所排出的井水,养护时间根据水泥品种和气候条件的不同进行确定,但至少不少于14天。但气温低于5oC时,应停止洒水养护。(2)保护:施工过程注意保护和维护表面、棱角等,以保证砼外观质量。外商投资企业需改变登记注册事项,应当及时办理变更登记。变更项目应在报经原审批机关批准后30天内向登记主管机关申请办理变更登记
