2、籍资料及材料基本知识，学习软件，绘制效果图 （3） 掌握设计流程，对市场、客户需求有所了解 （4） 学习项目方案编写 二、实习目的 社会实践是进行自我能力培养，以及提升自己的一个重要方式。在大学生涯即将结束的最后一年，我们即将走上工作的岗位，因此就业是比较重要的事情，我非常珍惜能在最后一个暑假进入到公司进行实习机会。这次实习不仅仅是给我一个认识社会、了解社会，提高自我能力的重要的机会；也是将在学校所学的专业知识与设计实际和生产实际相结合,进一步巩固、充实和拓展专业知识，为今后的专业课程及其产品设计打下坚实的基础；不仅可以加深对各种工作程序的了解，将自己的专业知识加以巩固，找出自身的不足；同时也
3、可以培养自己与他人的沟通的能力，向他人表达自己设计思想的能力；此外还可以端正自己做事的认真态度和看待问题的方式，也是对自己的综合素质的培养，锻炼和提高。 三、实习内容 我的实习时间是7月21号到8月20号，刚开始来到公司，不知道该做些什么，什么也插不上手，只是看看逛逛，最终还是公司里的老师给我指了条路，先是给了我一些资料看了下叫我熟悉了下公司的环境，接着给了一些案例材料叫我先按上面的东西做，说实话我以前在学校的时候也这样做过，不过效果不太好，而现在有老师在旁边，有不懂的就问，这使我受益非浅。在做东西的时候确实也一如既往的遇上问题但是经过老师的指点很快也就明白了下来，而且在这里学到了很多以前都没
4、有学到的东西，比如在做一个模型的时候带我的师傅用的方法，虽然最终的效果是达到一样的但是使用起来就是快的多，这样让我明白了什么是工作效率，在行业的竞争当中如果你的效率跟不上别人在本行业中也是一样很难有立足之地的。 在随后的实习里，公司给了很多专业的学习资料，让我进行详细的学习。以及拿了许多关于公司和产品的资料让我阅览。这些都在以后的项目的研究当中起到了很大的作用。在公司的实习过程中，还接触到了很多专业方面的东西，我知道计算机和网络是将来的工具，在学好本专业的前提下，我对计算机产生了巨大的兴趣并阅读了大量有关书籍，经过一阵时间的产品资料的熟悉，开始实际的操作Photoshop， Rhino，CAD
5、，3D等专业设计软件，在老员工的指导下，使我的电路绘图更加快捷顺手。此外对设计流程更加熟悉包括：设计尺寸图，方案分析，设计效果图，整体效果图，局部效果图，工程预算，签订合同、协议等。 此外我对装修设计的基本知识有所了解，因为需求无限，而预算有限，所以就必须把基本的需要和更好的需要区分开，预算要努力去明确，否则难以控制结算，其中最高值是不可突破的，最低值则是技术上必须要全部实现的东西，这由设计师来确定。同时要亲自了解市场，因为当前市场上新产品层出不穷，很多产品包含了一整套的解决方案，比如整体浴室、整体厨房，都使设计施工一体化的，采用了这些产品将会使装修的整体效益大幅度提高。难以实现的就要尽早舍弃
6、，主要是考虑绝大多数的生活及其需要配备的设施，重点又在于其中对生活质量至关重要的部分（比如主人自用的卫浴、餐厨）。 在实习过程中，我还接触到许多常用材料，对材料基本知识了解的更加深刻。如木工类的板材、木线、木方及轻钢龙骨、木方、轻钢龙骨等，各种实木门、复合材料门、塑钢门、各种实木地板及复合木地板，五金配件类、各种门锁、合页、抽屉轨道等等，还有电器灯饰及水暖器材、铝合金不锈钢及玻璃、铁艺类，地毯、壁挂、墙纸类，石材,瓷砖，油漆、涂料，消防,安防器材等等。 接着安排给我项目方案的编写，别看表面是文字编写工作，却在项目的竞标当中起到了关键性的作用，这些都对我办公软件能力的提高，以及技术方案编写经验有
7、很大的帮助。项目的进行当中，还涉及到材料的购买，需要进行询价，报价，议价等实际操作，且公司经常有产品发出，因此也接触到了相关的合同、发票和其他的单据，这些单据大大加强了我的实践操作能力，也让我对如何填写这类单据有了进一步的认识。总之，凡事都需要虚心用心的学习，这样才能够掌握实践的操作。 这一次的本专业实习的经历，让我从中领悟到了很多的东西，加深了对本专业的了解，对我将来的工作有很大的帮助，会让我终生受用。 四、实习总结 通过这次实习 ，使我接触到了设计和生产实际，加深了对所学专业在企业和设计公司中所处的地位和作用的认识，通过观察和分析一些实际设计案例，深入了解设计程序与方法，在设计方面我感觉自
8、己有了一定的收获。进一步拓宽我们所学的专业知识和视野，学到了很多在学校和书本上学不到的知识。通过实际设计，以及设计师的介绍与讲解，做到理论联系实际，把所学知识条理化、系统化，使所学过的理论知识得到印证、深化、巩固、充实。培养了我了解并收集设计案例，培养独立观察、调研、分析和解决实际设计问题的综合能力。 实习单位的经理和同事给了我很多机会参与他们的设计使我懂得了很多以前难以解决的问题和将来从事设计工作所要面对的问题，如：前期的策划和后期的制作等等。这次实习丰富了我在这方面的知识，使我向更深的层次迈进，对我在今后的社会当中立足有一定的促进作用，但我也认识到，要想做好这方面的工作单靠这这几天的实习是
9、不行的，还需要我在平时的学习和工作中一点一点的积累，不断丰富自己的经验才行。我面前的路还是很漫长的，需要不断的努力和奋斗才能真正地走好。实习是理论与现实的结合，是从理论到实践的过程，这次实习让我明白了理论知识的重要性。可以让我对自己的毕业设计课题有进一步的认识，也坚定了自己对所选课题的信心，同时也让我明白了理论与实践的结合是非常重要的。 这次实习主要是为了我们今后在工作及业务上能力的提高起到了促进的作用，增强了我们今后的竞争力，为我们能在以后立足增添了一块基石。 五、实习期间学习的主要专业书籍 Photoshop完美创意设计I 大师之路：Photoshop中文版完全解析 Rhino 3d工业造

11、合实践，不断提高自身工作能力。 在工业设计岗位工作的实习过程中，我始终把学习作为获得新知识、掌握方法、提高能力、解决问题的一条重要途径和方法，切实做到用理论武装头脑、指导实践、推动工作。思想上积极进取，积极的把自己现有的知识用于社会实践中，在实践中也才能检验知识的有用性。在这两个月的实习工作中给我最大的感触就是：我们在学校学到了很多的理论知识，但很少用于社会实践中，这样理论和实践就大大的脱节了，以至于在以后的学习和生活中找不到方向，无法学以致用。同时，在工作中不断的学习也是弥补自己的不足的有效方式。信息时代，瞬息万变，社会在变化，人也在变化，所以你一天不学习，你就会落伍。通过这两个月的实习，并
12、结合工业设计岗位工作的实际情况，认真学习的工业设计岗位工作各项政策制度、管理制度和工作条例，使工作中的困难有了最有力地解决武器。通过这些工作条例的学习使我进一步加深了对各项工作的理解，可以求真务实的开展各项工作。 二、围绕工作，突出重点，尽心尽力履行职责。 在工业设计岗位工作中我都本着认真负责的态度去对待每项工作。虽然开始由于经验不足和认识不够，觉得在工业设计岗位工作中找不到事情做，不能得到锻炼的目的，但我迅速从自身出发寻找原因，和同事交流，认识到自己的不足，以至于迅速的转变自己的角色和工作定位。为使自己尽快熟悉工作，进入角色，我一方面抓紧时间查看相关资料，熟悉自己的工作职责，另一方面我虚心向
13、领导、同事请教使自己对工业设计岗位工作的情况有了一个比较系统、全面的认知和了解。根据工业设计岗位工作的实际情况，结合自身的优势，把握工作的重点和难点， 尽心尽力完成工业设计岗位工作的任务。两个月的实习工作，我经常得到了同事的好评和领导的赞许。 三、转变角色，以极大的热情投入到工作中。 从大学校门跨入到工业设计岗位工作岗位，一开始我难以适应角色的转变，不能发现问题，从而解决问题，认为没有多少事情可以做，我就有一点失望，开始的热情有点消退，完全找不到方向。但我还是尽量保持当初的那份热情，想干有用的事的态度，不断的做好一些杂事，同时也勇于协助同事做好各项工作，慢慢的就找到了自己的角色，明白自己该干什
14、么，这就是一个热情的问题，只要我保持极大的热情，相信自己一定会得到认可，没有不会做，没有做不好，只有你愿不愿意做。转变自己的角色，从一位学生到一位工作人员的转变，不仅仅是角色的变化，更是思想观念的转变。 四、发扬团队精神，在完成本职工作的同时协同其他同事。 在工作间能得到领导的充分信任，并在按时完成上级分配给我的各项工作的同时，还能积极主动地协助其他同事处理一些内务工作。个人的能力只有融入团队，才能实现最大的价值。实习期的工作，让我充分认识到团队精神的重要性。 团队的精髓是共同进步。没有共同进步，相互合作，团队如同一盘散沙。相互合作，团队就会齐心协力，成为一个强有力的集体。很多人经常把团队和工
15、作团体混为一谈，其实两者之间存在本质上的区别。优秀的工作团体与团队一样，具有能够一起分享信息、观点和创意，共同决策以帮助每个成员能够更好地工作，同时强化个人工作标准的特点。但工作团体主要是把工作目标分解到个人，其本质上是注重个人目标和责任，工作团体目标只是个人目标的简单总和，工作团体的成员不会为超出自己义务范围的结果负责，也不会尝试那种因为多名成员共同工作而带来的增值效应。 五、存在的问题。 几个月来，我虽然努力做了一些工作，但距离领导的要求还有不小差距，如理论水平、工作能力上还有待进一步提高，对工业设计岗位工作岗位还不够熟悉等等，这些问题，我决心实习报告在今后的工作和学习中努力加以改进和解决
16、，使自己更好地做好本职工作。 针对实习期工作存在的不足和问题，在以后的工作中我打算做好以下几点来弥补自己工作中的不足： 1.做好实习期工作计划，继续加强对工业设计岗位工作岗位各种制度和业务的学习，做到全面深入的了解各种制度和业务。 2.以实践带学习全方位提高自己的工作能力。在注重学习的同时狠抓实践，在实践中利用所学知识用知识指导实践全方位的提高自己的工作能力和工作水平。 3.踏实做好本职工作。在以后的工作和学习中，我将以更加积极的工作态度更加热情的工作作风把自己的本职工作做好。在工作中任劳任怨力争“没有最好只有更好”。 4.继续在做好本职工作的同时，为单位做一些力所能及的工作，为单位做出自己应
