1、 交货进度及保证篇一：交货进度的方案与措施 交货进度的方案与措施 为了保证工程在计划工期内完成,需要在施工组织与技术管理、材料、设备上采取相应的措施,才能确保施工进度的实现。 1、指挥体系,坚强有力 建立强有力的现场项目管理部,选择一批业务素质好、技术水平高的管理人员充实到中间管理层,整个指挥体系从上到下、精明强干、职责分明、政令畅通。既保证项目经理的领导权威性,又注意发挥职能部门的主观能动性,齐心协力作好本工程施工每一阶段的工作。 2、管理制度,严格规范 为了打好每一仗,必须使整个工程管理工作制度化、规范化,做到有章可循,有法可依,保证整个集体强大的战斗力。现场制定严格的岗位责任制度、质量和
2、安全保证制度以及作息时间制度、分配制度、综合治理制度等等。 3、生产准备,严密充分 充分做好生产准备和技术准备工作。生产设备要按工期要求打紧打足,满足施工工艺的要求;提前做好各种材料的加工采购,根据生产安排提出计划,明确生产时间。 4、生产安排,合理紧凑 认真合理的组织生产,安排好每个工艺、每个专业工种的平行流水和立体交叉作业。各作业班组之间要统筹兼顾,均衡作业,按照要求,在各工种、各工序的投入时要严格控制,紧紧围绕主要的工期控制线安排生产。 5、生产协调,统筹得当 生产过程中的协调工作,量大面广,包括生产计划协调、材料协调、劳动力协调、机具设备协调、作业面之间的协调、专业之间的协调、以及与外
3、部的协调等等,做好协调工作才能保证进度。此项工作生产经理应作为头等大事来抓,进行全面协调,每周一要召开生产协调会,进行一周工作的布置,安排任务,明确目标,落实措施，协调好下一步工作。 6、生产计划,有条不紊 计划是龙头,加强计划的指导作用是控制进度的必要手段。生产中,在严密的生产总体控制性进度计划,分项工程的作业计划,将计划按月、周、日分解到每个作业班组,特别是要注重保证计划的实现。为保证计划的实现,可采取各种形式的承包责任制,将生产和职工的切身利益挂钩。生产中要经常检查计划的执行情况,及时解决存在的问题,使生产按照预订的计划要求有条不紊地进行。 7、主动控制与被动控制相结合 事先应考虑到生产
4、过程中会发生那些特殊情况,并采取相应对策,这是保证工程进度的重要环节之一,拟采取的具体措施：根据本设备的结构特征、生产特点,在每道工序,每个分部项上制定严格的技术保证措施,质量保证措施;为保证生产的工期、质量,应事先做好加工采购工作。 8、调整作业时间,提高机械利用率 工期紧张时,在允许的条件下,利用夜间和休息日连续作业,必要时可以24小时分班连续作业。同时应保证机械设备完好率达95%以上,及时更换和修复已坏机械,提高机械利用率,发挥机械化施工的优势。 项目进度表 篇二：供货计划及保证措施 1) 供货计划 对于XXX购置项目，XXX公司目前已经积累了丰富的开发及实施经验，每年为用户提供完整的解
5、决方案。我公司承诺：自签订合同之日起，保证提供满足标书要求的XXX购置项目。 说明： 1) 第12天完成设备交货； 2) 第15天完成设备的安装调试； 3) 第17天完成系统的联调； 4) 第18天完成系统的初验； 5) 第19天完成完成系统试运行； 2) 项目实施计划步骤 1. 交货项目实施方在合同签定后的20个日历日内分批次将将货物运抵交货地点。 2. 制定详细安装调试计划 合同签定以后，系统设计小组和工程实施小组将共同对实施方案的技术细节进行分析、探讨，制定详细安装调试计划，包括： 1、安装调试手册； 2、安装调试进度安排； 3、安装方式； 4、调试方法； 5、调试工具的准备； 6、安装
6、调试环境的准备； 7、详细的线缆连接图； 8、对影响系统实施的关键工序、关键设备进行分析，提出相应的解决措施； 9、技术参数手册、培训手册和工程安装手册； 10、制定项目建设质量管理方案和措施； 详细安装调试计划将在合同签定后的10日内提交用户。 3. 安装现场环境调查及现场勘察 为确保各工程实施小组到达现(转载于:www.cSSyq.co m 书 业 网:交货进度及保证)场后能够尽快展开工作，保证项目顺利进行，我公司将在实施前10天内对用户单位设备安装环境进行调查，填写安装环境调查表。同时，我们还将提前向用户单位提交各种主要设备的具体环境要求，在用户单位的积极配合下，确保在现场实施工作开始前
7、完成场地环境准备工作。安装环境调查由工程实施小组负责。 4. 现场安装调试 设备到达安装现场后，由我公司技术人员和用户共同清点完毕后，工程实施小组的工程师将开始设备安装调试工作。 项目组将有包括项目经理在内的多名工程师参加项目实施，他们负责现场远程网络设备、辅助设备的安装和调试，完成后同时填写项目安装调试报告。 我们在设备安装和调试的同时，将对使用单位的设备操作和维护人员进行现场培训，同时为每个设备及系统提供一套完整的技术资料。5. 到货验收 在合同设备到达用户指定的地点后，用户与我公司代表将共同开箱验货，依标书要求对全部设备的型号、规格、数量、外型、包装及资料、文件（如装箱单、保修单、随箱介
8、质等）的验收，当出现损坏、数量不全或产品不对等问题时，我公司将负责解决；同时按标书技术部分要求对其产品的性能和配置进行测试检查，并做出测试方案和测试报告，保证所有硬件设备在标书中所规定的地点和环境下, 实现正常运行, 并达到标书要求的性能和产品技术规格中的性能。 我公司将同时提供设备相关证明文件，保证是原厂全新产品。 6. 系统联调 系统联调的主要任务内容：云南省烟草公司怒江州公司2014年电子设备产品（互联网控制设备类）购置项目系统调试等。 7. 系统初步验收 在完成系统联调工作后，我公司将配合用户、监理小组按照验收测试计划共同对系统进行现场验收测试，对设备技术指标和系统总体性能进行初步验收
9、。 系统验收后，签署系统初验文件。 8. 系统终验 在完成系统初验工作后，我公司将配合用户完成对系统的试运行阶段，达到终验时间及标准后组织对设备技术指标和系统总体性能进行全面验收。 系统验收后，签署系统终验文件。 3) 保证措施 1. 组织精干高效的项目管理班子，科学组织施工 为确保本工程按期完工，我公司选派年富力强的工程技术管理人员组成项目经理部。项目经理部的主要管理者均是我公司从事高层施工的骨干，他们经验丰富，管理有方，其所承建的工程均被评为优良工程以上等级，在施工组织管理上制定详细的施工进度计划，并将责任落实到人，通过严格科学的管理，确保计划得到落实。 2. 加强施工进度计划管理 我公司
10、将严格依据与业主商定的工期要求更进一步更具体地编制施工总体网络进度计划，该施工进度控制计划作为本工程的总控实施目标。我公司对于该计划的编制按照现场实际条件及施工能力，突出关键路线，项目按照施工网络计划组织施工，确保关键线路工期得到保障，保证各工期控制点目标的实现。 项目经理部将依据施工总控制计划按照实际情况编制周施工进度网络计划。周施工网络计划的编制将落实到每一天按期完成，对关键路线工期予以保障。项目经理部每周定期召开项目例会，针对施工生产中出现的制约施工进度的不利因素进行分析，及时找出制约施工进度的不利因素，及时解决出现的矛盾及问题，并根据计划完成情况对相关部门及责任人进行奖罚，同时下达下一
11、周施工进度计划。 3. 组织强有力的专业队伍，保证用户的需求 我公司将选派强有力高技术的专业队伍，在劳动力的需求量上，我公司将根据各分项目工程的特点以及工期控制的要求配备足够的劳动力，同时建立奖罚制度，作好班组工作的后勤保障，确保施工任务的顺利完成。 4. 以严格的质量控制，保证计划的执行 把好工程质量关，抓好质量控制，把质量管理落实到事前控制，杜绝不合格工序的出现，把影响工期进度的不利因素减少到最低程度，保证计划按期执行。 5. 加强与业主各部门的协调及沟通，为本工程优质、高速施工创造良好条件 我公司一贯重视与业主各部门之间的协调及沟通，融洽相互之间的关系，对于工程方面的问题及矛盾，我公司将
