11、方案一、活动目的：全面贯彻落实小学教学常规要求，规范学生作业。以实施素质教育为宗旨，通过优秀教案的评选，既促进教师之间的工作交流，也为全体学生提供一个展现自己良好作业习惯和作业成绩的机会。通过各班级的榜样带动全体同学进一步规范作业书写格式，进一步规范本校学生的书写，提高学生作业书写质量，加强学生良好学习习惯的养成教育，提高作业质量，从而培养学生良好的作业习惯。二、评比科目及方式：1、所有教师的各科教案。2、一、二年级学生参评作业为语文、数学作业；三至五年级学生参评作业为语文、数学、英语作业。3、一至六年级学生每班按照10%-20%的比例推选（语、 数、 外、）优秀作业参评，摆在教室的第一排，其
12、余学生的作业摆在后面。4、教案展评分科目摆放，在语文、数学中各选出一份最优秀的教案。5、作业展评以学生个人的所有作业综合打分，每班选一名“书写之星”。三、评比标准：教案： 1、教案格式规范，各教学环节齐全，书写工整、图表规范，板书设计合理； 2、教学目的明确，重点难点突出，教材分析透彻，切合教材与学生实际。 3、教学过程详细，设计思路清晰，教学方法适当，关注师生互动（有相关活动的安排和说明），注重能力培养；教案中既能体现传授知识的科学性、系统性，又能体现教学方法的灵活性、多样性。 4、课堂容量合适，课堂例题、习题设计合理、典型、切合学生的实际；作业量适当。 5、教案备写有亮点和课后反思，能恰当
13、合理地使用现代化教育教学技术手段。作业： 1作业格式规范，书写认真、工整，字体规范，无乱撕、乱画、乱贴现象。（占50%） 2作业批改及时，及时更正（占10%） 3作业保持整洁，习惯良好（占20%） 4作业批改正确，无错改、漏改（占10%）四、观展形式：由班主任组织学生排队，有秩序地到其它年级参观该班学生作业，参观完毕再由班主任把学生带回本班，看本班同学的作业，让学生在对比中进行评价、学习。五、具体步骤：1、教案的摆放。所有教案分科目摆放在一起，在集体办公室展评，由韩德胜老师负责。1、作业的提供。所有学生的各科作业。2、作业的摆放。请各办负责教师根据学校要求摆放学生作业本。（1）每个学生的所有作
14、业放在自己的课桌上；将评选“书写之星”学生的作业放在教室的第一排；（2）尽量摆成椭圆形或方形，以便于学生巡回参观；（3）要求学生观看的各学科作业不低参赛作业的40%；（4）活动结束后立即组织学生议一议，谈谈观后感及如何改进自己作业质量的措施，也可让学生写观后感，写一写学习收获，以促进学生深入反思，提高对作业书写的认识和重视。3、黑板布置：请各班任根据活动主题适当布置黑板，以备学校留活动图片。4、请各班充分重视此次活动，通过活动提高学生规范书写的意识，使学生书写质量逐步提高，进而促进学科教学质量更进一步。5、请各学科教师于当日下午在参展作业中优中选优，每班各选出1名同学（共6名），将名单上报教导

17、共同参与，作业摆放形式多样，在展评过程中，老师能够共同交流、共同探讨、互相学习、积极性高、气氛浓厚。学生作业摆放整齐，业面整洁，书写规范，格式合理，行款整齐，美观大方。教师布置的作业科学、适量，教师批改正确率高，批改符号正确，有等级评价，多数教师都能够使用激励性语言评价学生，作业整体质量有了很大的提高。有的班级业面上出现“小星星、小红花、小笑脸、图形评价等”，有的业面上批有“继续加油，“你的进步很快”等激励性语言。这些都证明教师的理念有所提升，批语形式方法多样，激发了学生内在的潜力，学生积极主动完成作业。从而体验成功，感受快乐，提高自信，获得了学习的动力，作业批改是教师的一项常规工作，它对指导
18、学生学习，检查教学效果，调整教学方案，有着十分重要的作用。在新的课程理念下，作业的批改不再是一个评判，已成为一种对话，一个学生与老师知识与情感交流的信箱，通过展评来看多数教师这方面体现的较好。总之本次作业展评，体现了教师能运用新的教学理念，科学的方法布置和批改作业，达到了互相学习、共同提高的目的。不足：1、在展评中发现有的班级个别学生的作业不够整洁，个别教师批改不够细致，有的学生书写还不够规范，如果再规范些会更好。2、数学学科各别教师有批无改，只有等级评价，无评语。3、别教师批改不够详细，如错字只批无改，或无评语只有等级评价和批改日期，有的缺少眉批、横批，有的语句不通顺有批无改，缺乏没有鼓励性
19、语言。以上不足，今后要加以改进或提高。学生作业是综合能力的体现，希望教师要有统一的要求，做到科学布置作业，作业量要适当，内容要丰富些，装订工整、规范，批阅要详细，批语要亲切，评价手段要独巨匠新，要求实，使学生高兴家长满意。2014.10.18各学科优秀教案评比总结书写教案是教师开展教学活动的重要环节，对保障教学质量具有重要意义。为了促使教师提高备课质量，提高课堂教学的实效性，全面贯彻落实我校教师进修学校本学期提出的备课标准，10月 16日我校组织实施了各学科优秀教案评比活动。此次活动学校领导高度重视，经过评委对各学科教案进行细致、全面的检查后共评出优秀教案2本。现将具体情况总结如下： 一、优点
20、1、总体检查情况良好，绝大多数老师能根据所任学科教材及所在班级实际，认真制定教学计划、安排教学进度，渗透新课程理念，以人为本，面向全体，积极倡导自主、合作、探究的教学模式，有一定的教学准备，过程清晰。2、有些部分老师的教案具有内容详细规范、项目填写齐全、突出重难点等优点，逐步向素质教育的目标靠拢。3、部分教师要备好几门或好几个年级的课，任务繁重、备课量大，但他们都能认真对待、仔细备好每一门、每一节课，充分体现了各位老师对备课工作的重视程度。二、存在的不足1、副课备课没有较好体现。大部分教案从网上下载来用的。不适应学生的实际水平。（没有加工）2、教学反思有一定的量，但教学的反思停留在形式化上，针
21、对性不强。不能很好地起到反思调整改进的作用及没有深入思考。3，部分教师不重视多种教学手段的设计运用，没有合理选择教学实验，教学工具，多媒体等适当的教学手段辅助教学。副课教案的教学目标不明确，不符合教学大纲和课程的基本要求。4，有些老师的教案字迹不工整.三、建议：1、深化副课备课；2、教学反思力求有针对性和实效性。3、年轻教师要多向有经验的教师和优秀教师学习，通过听课观摩他们的教学过程和思路，然后再看他们的教案是怎样设计的。编写教案的过程是钻研教材、构思教学的过程，它凝聚着教师对教学的理解和感悟，体现了教师的创造力，教案在一定程度上可以折射出教师的教学理念，呈现出教师对教学理想的追求，闪烁着教师
