21、0。如果1没有了，那么所有的0也就没有意义。” 看来健康是何等重要。我以前身体一直不太好，感冒、咳嗽经常发生。于是在爸爸鼓励下，我开始做运动了，早上起来跑步，课余时间踢毽、跳绳。结果这些毛病很少出现了。从中我可以体会到做运动的好处。同学们让我们手拉手，一起来做运动。让我们拥有一个健康的身体。 安全是健康的“兄弟”。谈到安全，我想起了暑假里播出一条新闻，两个苏州小朋友他们来到一条既宽又深，而且没人看守的池塘游泳，由于他们的水性不太好，结果溺水身亡。我真为他们感到惋惜。 最近在我们常熟凯莱鞋都发生了一场特大火灾。虽然消防人员全力扑救，但是大火还是烧了近一夜的时间，把一幢六层楼给全部烧毁了。损失惨重，令人痛心疾首。 我想人们对安全不太重视引起的吧。让我们携手起来，并且让我们的父母学习安全知识，让悲剧不再重演。 安全、健康是“兄弟”，只要我们积极锻炼，重视安全，幸福就会在身边。 7 / 8
