12、定搭设操作平台、防护栏杆，保证进出料安全，整机应搭设安全可靠的操作棚。3.机械安装或检修完毕，必须经试运转正常后，办理交接班签证手续后方准使用。4.一切机械、电器设备的金属外壳和行车轨道必须接零、接地线，电阻不大于10欧。在同一供电系统中不准有的设备接零有的设备接地。5.接新的用电规程JGJ59-99规定，所有的施工机械都应安装漏电保护器。特别是移动型机具，不安装漏电保护器不得使用。6.实行一机一闸制，所有机械都应设独立的开关箱，箱内不得存放什物。开关距所控设备水平距离不宜超过3m。7.机械操作人员要事先经过培训，三机操作工要持证上岗。严禁违章作业，严格执行操作规程，实行定机定人定责任制。8.

14、的事。14.各种机械不准超载运行，运行中发现有异声、什音或电机过热（超过电机铭牌规定温度）应停机检修、或降温，严禁在运行中检修、保养。15.按时做好各种机械的维修、保养工作，按规定加注润滑油。严禁机械带病运转，中途停电，应切断电源。16.检修机械、电气设备时，应拉闸断电锁箱，并挂“有人检修禁止合闸警示牌”，最好设监护人，停电牌应谁挂谁取。17.严格执行交接班制度，下班（或工作完毕）后应切断电源，关箱加锁，并做好“十字”作业（清洁、润滑、调整、紧固、防腐）。18.操作人员应做好本机的使用、停用、维修、保养记录。三、操作规程一）、使用钢筋除锈机应遵守以下规定：1.检查钢丝刷的固定螺栓有无松动，传动
15、部分润滑和封闭式防护罩及排尘设备等完好情况。2.操作人员必须束紧袖口，戴防尘口罩、手套和防护眼镜。3.严禁将弯钩成型的钢筋上机除锈。弯度过大的钢筋宜在基本调直后除锈。4.操作时应将钢筋放平，手握紧，侧身送料，严禁在除锈机正面站人。整根长钢筋除锈应由两人配合操作，互相呼应。二）、使用钢筋调直机应遵守以下规定：1.调直机安装必须平稳，料架料槽应平直，对准导向筒、调直筒和下刀切孔的中心线。电机必须设可靠接零保护。2.按调直钢筋的直径，选用调直块及速度。调直短于2m或直径大于9mm的钢筋应低速进行。3.在调直块未固定，防护罩未盖好前不得穿入钢筋。作业中严禁打开防护罩及调整间隙。严禁戴手套操作。4.喂料
16、前应将不直的料头切去，导向筒前应装一根1m长的钢管，钢筋必须先通过钢管再送入调直机前端的导孔内。当钢筋穿入后，手与压辊必须保持一定距离。5.机械上不准搁置工具、物件，避免振动落人机体。6.圆盘钢筋放入放圈架上要平稳，乱丝或钢筋脱架时，必须停机处理。7.已调直的钢筋，必须按规格、根数分成小捆，散乱钢筋应随时清理堆放整齐。三）、使用钢筋切断机应遵守以下规定：1.操作前必须检查切断机刀口，确定安装正确，刀片无裂纹，刀架螺栓紧固，防护罩牢靠，然后手扳动皮带轮检查齿轮啮合间隙，调整刀刃间隙，空运转正常后再进行操作。2.钢筋切断应在调直后进行，断料时要握紧钢筋。多根钢筋一次切断时，总截面积应在规定范围内。
17、3.切断钢筋，手与刀口的距离不得少于15cm。断短料手握端小于40cm时，应用套管或夹具将钢筋短头压住或夹住，严禁用手直接送料。4.机械运转中严禁用手直接清除刀口附近的断头和杂物。在钢筋摆动范围内和刀口附近，非操作人员不得停留。5.发现机械运转异常、刀片歪斜等，应立即停机检修。四）使用钢筋弯曲机应遵守以下规定：1.工作台和弯曲工作盘台应保持水平，操作前应检查芯轴、成型轴、挡铁轴、可变挡架有无裂纹或损坏，防护罩牢固可靠，经空运转确认正常后，方可作业。2.操作时要熟悉倒顺开关控制工作盘旋转的方向，钢筋放置要和挡架、工作盘旋转方向相配合，不得放反。3.改变工作盘旋转方向时必须在停机后进行，即从正转一
18、停一反转，不得直接从正转一反转或从反转一正转。4.弯曲机运转中严禁更换芯轴、成型轴和变换角度及调速，严禁在运转时加油或清扫。5.弯曲钢筋时，严禁超过该机对钢筋直径、根数及机械转速的规定。6.严禁在弯曲钢筋的作业半径内和机身不设固定销的一侧站人。弯曲好的钢筋应堆放整齐，弯钩不得朝上。五）钢筋冷拉应遵守以下规定：1.根据冷拉钢筋的直径选择卷扬机。卷扬机出绳应经封闭式导向滑轮和被拉钢筋方向成直角。卷扬机的位置必须使操作人员能见到全部冷拉场地，距冷拉中线不得少于5m。2.冷拉场地两端地锚以外应设置警戒区，装设防护挡板及警告标志，严禁非生产人员在冷拉线两端停留，跨越或触动冷拉钢筋。操作人员作业时必须离开
19、冷拉钢筋2m以外。3.用配重控制的设备必须与滑轮匹配，并有指示起落的记号或设专人指挥。配重框提起的高度应限制在离地面300mm以内。配重架四周应设栏杆及警告标志。4.作业前应检查冷拉夹具夹齿是否完好，滑轮、拖拉小跑车应润滑灵活，拉钩、地锚及防护装置应齐全牢靠。确认后方可操作。5.每班冷拉完毕，必须将钢筋整理平直，不得相互乱压和单头挑出，未拉盘筋的引头应盘住，机具拉力部分均应放松。6.导向滑轮不得使用开口滑轮。维修或停机，必须切断电源，锁好箱门。六）、对焊机的规程：1.对焊机应有可靠的接零保护。多台对焊机并列安装时，间距不得小于3m，并应接在不同的相线上，有各自的控制开关。2.作业前应进行检查，
20、对焊机的压力机构应灵活，夹具必须牢固，气、液压系统应无泄漏，正常后方可施焊。3.焊接前应根据所焊钢筋截面，调整二次电压，不得焊接超过对焊机规定直径的钢筋。4.应定期磨光断路器上的接触点、电极，定期紧固二次电路全部连接螺栓。冷却水温度不得超过40。5.焊接较长钢筋时应设置托架，焊接时必须防止火花烫伤其他人员。在现场焊接竖向柱钢筋时，焊接后应确保焊接牢固后再松开卡具，进行下道工序。七）、使用点焊机操作规程：1.作业前，必须清除上、下两电极的油污。通电后，检查机体外壳应无漏油。2.启动前，应首先接通控制线路的转向开关调整极数，然后接通水源、气源，最后接通电源。电极触头应保持光洁，漏电应立即更换。3.
21、作业时气路、水冷系统应畅通。气体保持干燥。排水温度不得超过40。4.严禁加大引燃电路中的熔断器。当负载过小使引燃管内不能发生电弧时，不得闭合控制箱的引燃电路。5.控制箱如长期停用，每月应通电加热30min，如更换闸流管亦要预热30min，正常工作的控制箱的预热时间不得少于5min。八）、卷扬机安全操作规程 1、安装时，基座必须平稳牢固，设置地锚并应搭设工作棚，操作人员的位置应能看清指挥人员和拖动或起吊的物件。 2、工作前检查卷扬机与地面固定情况、防护设施、电线气路、制动装置和钢丝绳等全部合格后方可使用。 3、使用皮带和开式齿轮传动的部分，均须防护罩，导向滑轮不得用开口拉板。 4、以动力正反转的
22、卷扬机，卷筒旋转方向应和操纵开关上指示的方向一致。 5、从卷筒中心线到第一个导向滑轮的距离，带槽卷筒应大于卷筒长度的15倍，元槽光筒应大于20倍。当钢丝绳在卷筒中间位置时，滑轮的位置应与卷筒轴心线垂直。 6、在卷场机的手、脚制动操纵杆动作的行程中，不得有障碍物。 7、卷筒上的钢线绳应排列正齐、如发现重叠或斜绕时，应停机重新排列，严禁在转动中用手、脚去拉、踩钢丝绳。 8、作业中任何人不得跨越正在工作的卷扬机、休息时吊笼应降至在地面。 9、作业中如遇停电，应切断电源，将提升物放至地面，工作完毕后，应立即切断电源，锁好箱门。 10、严禁无证操作，更不准让他人代开机。九）、搅拌机安全操作规程 1、作业
23、前，检查搅拌机的传动部份、工作装置、防护装置等均应牢固可靠，操作灵活。 2、启动后，先经空运转，检查搅拌叶旋转方向正确，方可边加料边加水进行搅拌作业。 3、作业中不得用手或木棒等伸进搅拌筒内或在筒口清理灰浆。 4、作业中如发生故障不能运转时，应切断电源，将筒内灰桨倒出，进行检修排除故障。5、作业后，应做好搅拌机内外的清洗，保养及场地的清洁工作，并切断电源，锁好箱门。十）、圆盘锯安全操作规程1、操作前应进行检查，锯片不得有裂口，螺丝应上紧。 2、操作要戴防护眼镜，站在锯片一侧，禁止站在与锯片同一直线上，手臂不得跨越锯片。 3、进料必须紧贴靠山，不得用力过猛，遇硬节慢推。接料要待料出锯片15厘米，
24、不得用手硬拉。 4、短窄料应用推棍，接料使用刨钩。超过锯片半径的木料，禁止上锯。十一）、平刨机安全操作规程1、平刨机必须有安全防护装置，否则禁止使用。 2、刨料应保持身体稳定，双手操作。刨大面时，手要按在料上面：刨小面时，手指不低于料高的一半，并不得少于3厘米。禁止手在料后推送。 3、刨削量每次一般不得超过1.5毫米、长度小于30厘米的木料，必须用压板或推棍，禁止用手推进。 4、刨削厚度小于1.5厘米、长度小于30厘米的木料，必须用压板或推棍，禁止用手推进。 5、遇节疤、戗槎要减慢推料速度，禁止手按节疤上推料。刨旧料必须将铁钉、泥砂等清除干净。 6、换刀片应拉闸断电或摘掉皮带。 7、同一台刨机
25、的刀片重量、厚度必须一致，刀架、夹板必须吻合。刀片焊缝超出刀头和有裂缝的刀具不准使用。紧固刀片的螺钉，应嵌入槽内，并离刀背不少于10毫米。三、施工机具管理1定人，定机，操作人员持证上岗，严禁无证上岗。2卷扬机井架、电焊机等设置接地、触漏电保护器等必须符合要求。3、建立电工值班制度，值班电工每日对所有用电设备及线路进行检查维修。对发现问题及时处理，对有隐患问题及时上报工地负责人。由工地负责人组织人员抢修和处理。值班电工应做好每日巡视记录。4电气设备的操作与维修人员必须符合以下要求 1).施工现场内临时用电的施工和维修必须由经过培训后取得上岗证书的专业人员完成。 2).各类机械使用人员应做到： (
26、a).掌握安全用电基本知识和所用设备的性能； (b).使用设备前必须按规定穿戴和配备好相应的劳动防护用品；并检查电气装置和保护设施是否完好。严禁设备带“病”运转； (c).停用的设备必须拉闸断电，锁好开关箱； (d).负责保护所用设备的电机、开关箱、动力设备，发现问题，及时报告解决； (e).搬迁或移动用电设备，必须经电工切断电源并作妥善处理后进行。 5设备的使用与维护 1).施工现场的所有用电设备应每周进行一次检查和维修。值班人员每日进行一次检查、每周进行一次维修。工作时必须穿戴好绝缘用品，必须使用电工绝缘工具。 2).检查、维修机械设备时，必须将其前一级相应的电源开关分闸断电，并悬挂停电标
