14、工程有限公司2007-08-28模 板 施 工 方 案一、工程概况:工程为龙岩万船汽车座椅制造有限公司办公楼。总建筑面积为1970.90;为三层框架结构,底架层层高为3.9m,二层层高为3.9m,二三层层高为3.3m;建筑物总高度为12.8m,本工程栋长为40m、宽为17.50m。根据本工程具体情况编制木支撑施工方案。二、框架砼结构概况: 楼面钢筋砼板厚分别为90mm、100mm、120mm梁最大截面为250mm700mm 最大跨度为8700mm梁最小截面为200mm300mm 最小跨度为2400mm柱最大截面为450mm450mm柱最小截面为350mm450mm1、模板施工的配制根据该工程特

15、点,采用胶合板进行施工,模板的配制方法,可根据施工图纸,直接按尺寸列出模板规格和数量进行配制,模板的配制必须按以下的要求:(1) 木模板及支撑系统所用的木材,不得有脆性,严重扭曲和受潮湿后容易变形的木材;(2) 木模厚度:底模,侧模采用25mm厚胶合板及25mm厚松木板;(3) 木板条应将拼缝刨平刨直,模板的木档也要刨直;(4) 铁钉长度应为木板厚度的1.52倍,每块木板与木档相叠处至少钉2只铁钉。(5) 模板正面高低差不超过3mm,模板安装前应将模板正面刨平。(6) 配制好的模板在反面编号与写明规格,分别堆放保管,以免错用。(7) 保证结构构件各部分的形状、尺寸及相互间位置正确。(8) 具有

16、足够的强度、刚度和稳定性。能承受本身自重及钢筋,浇捣砼的重量和侧压力,以及在施工中产生的其它荷载。(9) 装拆方便能多次周转使用。(10) 模板拼缝须严密、不漏浆。(11) 所用的木料在受潮后不易变形。(12) 支撑必须安装在坚实的地基上,并有足够的支承面积,以保证所浇筑的结构不至于发生下沉。(一)独立基础模板(安装方法详参图五) 1、侧板采用25mm胶合板拼制,木带用4060方材。2、安装前先复查地基垫层标高及中心位置,弹出基础边线。基础模板面标高应符合设计要求。3、独立柱基的模板,其侧模用四快侧板拼钉而成,其中两块2板的尺寸应按图纸设计尺寸放样后与相应基础侧面尺寸相等,另两块侧板长度应比基

17、础侧面长度长150220mm,高度与相邻两块相等,四块侧板拼在方框,侧板的四周用斜撑及平撑支撑住。斜撑和平撑的一端钉在侧板的木档上,另一端钉在固定牢固的木桩上。(二)柱:(安装方法详参图四)1、矩形柱、方形柱模板用四块侧板、钢木柱箍、支撑组成,柱侧板采用25mm 胶合板拼制,其中两块侧板按图纸设计尺寸,另两块侧板需比相邻两块侧板按宽50mm,在柱模的底部用小方木钉成方盘,用于固定柱模,为防止在砼浇筑时产生膨胀变形,在柱模外设置柱钢木箍。柱钢木箍根据柱断面的大小确定,柱钢木箍间距为400mm以内,钢木箍用龙骨钻10洞再用10两头用钢夹具固定。2、柱模板安装时,先在基础面(或楼面)上弹柱轴线及边线

18、。同一柱列先弹两端柱轴线、边线然后拉通线弹出中间部分柱的轴线及边线。按照边线先把底部方盘固定好,再对边线先安装两边侧板,后把另两边侧板安装上用钉子固定牢,并用临时支撑牢。用线坠校正柱模垂直后用支撑加以固定,为了保证柱模的稳定。柱模之间要用水平撑、剪刀撑等互相拉结固定,同一柱列的模板,可先校正两端的柱模,在柱模顶中心拉通线,按通3、线校正中间部分柱模,柱模安装之前需在每根顶部预留150150mm清理孔口。(二)梁模板(安装方法详参图二、三)1、梁模板主要由侧板、底板、夹木、托木、梁箍、支撑等组成,侧板用厚25mm的胶合板加工木档拼制,底板用厚25mm 的松木板加木档拼制而成。在梁侧板与底板夹紧,

19、并钉牢在支柱顶撑上。次梁交接处,应在主梁侧板上留缺口,并钉上衬口档。次梁的侧板和底板钉在衬口档上,支撑梁模的顶撑,其立柱用用直径80mm的杉木,帽木用断面(60mm100mm)的方木,长度根据梁高决定,斜撑用断面40mm60mm的方木,为了调整梁模的标高,在立柱底要用垫木。沿顶撑底在地面上应铺设垫板,垫板厚度不小于40mm,宽度不小于200mm , 长度不小于600mm 。新填土或土质不好的基层地面须夯实后才能搭设。顶撑的间距可根据的断面大小而定,在600mm 以内,当梁的高度较大时,应在侧板外面另加斜撑,斜撑上端钉要托木上,下端钉在顶撑的帽木上,独立梁的侧板上口应用互相卡住。2、梁模板安装时

20、,应在梁模下方地面上铺设垫板,在柱模缺口处钉衬口挡,然后把底板两头搁置在柱模衬口挡上,再立靠柱模或墙边的顶撑上,并按梁模长度等分顶撑间距,力中间的部分的顶撑。顶撑底应打入木钉,以便调整。安装侧板时,两头要钉牢在衬口挡上,并在侧板底外侧铺上夹木,用夹木将侧板夹紧并钉牢在顶撑帽木上,随即把斜撑钉牢。当梁的跨度4m时,在梁模的跨中要起拱,起拱高度为梁跨度的0.2%0.3%。次梁模板安装时,要待主梁模板安装并校正后才能施工。其底板侧板两头钉在主梁模板缺口处的衬口挡上,次梁模板的两侧面板要按搁底标高钉上托木,当上梁次安装后进行拉中线检查,复核各梁模中心位置是否准确。等板模安装后,检查并调高标高,将木栅钉

21、牢在垫板上,各顶撑之间要设水平撑或剪刀撑,才能保持顶撑的稳固、整体性。3、当梁模板下面需留施工通道,或因上质不好不宜落地支撑;且梁的跨度不大时,可将直立支撑改成斜倾支设,支设在柱基础面上(倾角不宜大于300)在梁底板下面用一根8cm8cm或6cm 10cm的方木,将两根倾斜的支撑撑紧,加强梁底的刚度和支撑的稳定性。(三)平板模板(安装方法详见参图一)1、平板模板采用厚25mm的木板拼成用采用25mm厚胶合板,铺设在搁栅上。搁栅采用断面60mm100mm及80mm80mm的方木,间距为400500mm ,当搁栅跨度较大时,在搁栅中间立支撑,并铺设通道龙滑,以减少搁栅的跨度,牵扛撑的断面应与顶撑立

22、柱一样,牵杆间距为1200以内,下面垫木及锲及垫板,平板模板应垂直于搁栅方向铺钉。2、模板安装时,先在次梁模板的两侧板外侧弹水平 线,水平线的标高为平板标底减去平板厚度及搁栅高度,然后按水平线钉上木托,托木上口与水平线相齐。再把靠梁模板的搁栅先摆上,等分搁栅间距,最后在搁栅上铺钉板模板。为了便于拆模,模板端部及接头线钉牢,其余中间可少钉。平板模板安装好后,同时进行模板面标高的检查复核,如复核有误及时进行调整。3、模板的支撑拉条必须两端顶牢并与柱、走廊连成一体。4、挑檐鱼蓬板必须撑牢拉紧,防止外倒倾斜。(四)楼梯模板(安装方法详参图六)1、楼梯段模板是由底模、搁栅、牵扛、牵扛撑、外帮板、踏步侧板

23、、反三角木组成,踏步侧板两端钉在梯段侧板(外帮板)的木档上,在楼段侧板内侧划出踏步形状与尺寸,并在踏步高度线侧留出踏步侧板厚度钉上木档,用于钉踏步侧板。反三角木是由若干个三角木块钉在方木上,三角木块两直角边长分别各等于踏步的高和宽,第一梯段反三角至少要配一块,反三角木用横楞及立木吊出。2、楼梯模板的安装应先立平台梁、平台板模板以及梯基的侧板。再平台梁和柱基侧板上钉托木,将搁栅支于托木上。搁栅下立牵杆撑,其下垫通长垫板。牵扛与搁栅相垂直。牵扛撑之间用拉杆互相拉结,然后在搁栅上铺设梯段底板,底板纵向应与搁栅相垂直。在底板上划梯段宽度线,依线立外帮板,外帮板用夹木或斜撑固定。再立反三角木,反三角木的

24、两端与平台梁和梯基侧板钉牢。然后再反三角木与外帮板的木档上,另一头钉在反三角木的侧面上,梯段中间加设反三角木。四、模板的设计及支撑系统计算(一) 独立基础的模板用料规格选用该工程计划用板厚为25mm的侧板(胶合板)进行施工,木档间距50cm,木档规格为600mm100mm的方木。(二) 柱箍间距及用料规格选用柱模计划选用板厚为25mm 的侧板(胶合板)进行施工,已知框架柱最大截面为450mm500mm柱最高处2.4m查模板的设计与施工表2-4钢木组合柱箍选用表可得,当施工速度一般,气温较高,砼凝固较快时,新浇砼侧压力按每平方2075公斤选用,可用钢木组合柱箍,柱宽为50mm 时,选用10螺栓钢

25、木组合柱箍,柱箍间距为400mm。(三) 模板面板的计算该工程用25mm胶合板进行施工,胶合板宽0.915m,长1.83m两端支承在楞木上,钢筋砼最厚处为120mm,验算胶合板的强度和刚度。1、 计算简图 根据砼结构工程施工质量验收规范q1 p q2 L=1830 L=1830 (GB502042002)的规定,按图中两种荷载情况计算弯矩,取较大的进行实验。2、强度验算:(1) 荷载计算:进行强度验算时,各类荷载首先应乘以分项系数与调整系数,分项系数荷载乘1.2,活荷载乘1.40,调整系数对木模板,当木材含水率小于25%时,其设计荷载可乘以0.95系数,但考虑到砼施工时都不需要湿润模板和浇水养

26、护,含水率难以控制,因此不乘以调整系数,以保证结构安全,各项荷载值如下:木模板自重:1.2300=360N/m2新浇砼辎重:1.224000.14=4032N/m2钢筋自重: 1.211000.14=184.8N/m2施工荷载: 1.242500=3500N/m2总计: 8076.8 N/m2板宽0.915m则q1=0.9158076.8=7390.3a/m2q1=0.915(8076.8-3500)=4874.3a/m2p=35000.915=3202.5a/m2(2) 强度验算施工荷载为均布荷载:m1=q1L2/8=7390.31.832/8=3093.67 N.M施工荷载为集中荷载:m2

27、=q2L2/8pL/4=4874.31.832/83202.51.834/4=2040.41465.1=3505.4 N.M由于m1 m2,故应用m2验算强度。计算胶合板净截面抵抗矩wxj=bh2/6=9152525/6=95312.5mm2Q=m2/wxj=3505.541000/95312.5=36.78N/mm21=13N/mm2由计算可得,强度不满足要求,必须在面板中间部分加楞木及支撑,则该面面板E=1.83/2=0.915m,其计算如下:施工荷载为均布荷载m1=q1L2/8=7390.30.9150.915/8=73.41N.M施工荷载为集中荷载m2=q2L2/8+Pl/4=4874

28、.30.9150.915/83202.50.915/4=1242.67N.M由于m1 m2应取m2验算强度胶合板净截面抵抗矩wxj=95312.5mm2= m2/wxj=1242.671000/95312.5=13.03784N/mm2由上可知,应在板中间加二道楞木及支撑。施工荷载为均布荷载m1=q1L2/8=7390.30.610.61/8=343.7N.M施工荷载为集中荷载m2=q2L2/8+Pl/4=4874.30.610.61/83202.50.61/4=715.08N.M= m2/wxj=715.081000/95312.5=7.513N/mm2由计算可得强度满足要求。3、挠度验算(

29、1)荷载计算: 1、木模板自300 N/mm22、 砼自重240000.14=3360 N/m23、钢筋自重11000.14=154 N/m2总计3814 N/m2板宽为0.915m 则q= 0.9153814n/m23489.81 N/m2=3.489 N/mm2(2)挠度计算:TXj=bh3/12=915253/12=1191406.25mmE=10000 N/m2 V=5914/384ETXjV=53.4899154/384100001191406.25=3.79 m2,计算楞木的净截面抵抗矩wxj601002/6=10000mm2= m2/wxj=832.21000/10000=8.3

30、N/mm2f=13 N/mm2由上计算可得:强度满足要求。(2)挠度验算:1荷载计算:木模板柱:300 N/m2砼自重240000.14=3360 N/mm2钢筋自重11000.14=154 N/mm2总计3814 N/m2板宽0.915则:q=0.9153814=3489.812=3.489 N/mm2(2)挠度计算:TXj=bh3/12=601003/12=5000000mmE=9000 N/m2 V=5914/384ETXj V=53.489604/38490005000000=2.65mm728/250=2.91mm由上计算可得:(五)梁板模板木支撑系统计算:该工程采用25mm 胶合板

31、做底板及侧板进行施工,已知梁最大截面为200600、长570mm,牵扛撑距梁中为0.71m梁底模板支撑间距为5.7/9=0.6均匀分布,支撑和牵扛撑高度2.8m ,纵横均设二道水平拉杆,支撑和牵扛撑为80mm的杉木,由模板结构传来垂直计算荷载N=20KN,则:1、荷载计算A、a梁支撑荷载木模板自重(含梁板):5001.2=600 N/m新浇砼梁自重:24000.20.61.2=3456 N/m梁钢筋自重: 15000.20.61.2=216 N/m板钢筋自重: 1100(0.71-0.2)0.14=78.54 N/m振捣砼荷载: 20000.21.4=560 N/m总计 6624.14 N/m

32、 则p1=6624.140.63855b、板牵扛撑荷载:木模板自重:3000.9151.2=329.4 N/m新浇砼梁自重:24000.140.9151.2=3689.28 N/m板钢筋自重: 11000.140.9151.2=169.09 N/m施工荷载: 25000.9151.4=3202.5 N/m总计7390.27 N/m p2=7390.270.714987.72 N/m1、验算强度:LO=1400mm I=80/4=20mm 入=LO/I=1400/20=70N/An=20000/3.144040=3.98N/mm2 m.fc=1.30.910=11.7 N/mm2根据强度验算式N

33、/Anm.fc由此可算3.98 N/mm211.7 N/mm2由上计算,强度满足要求。3、稳定性实验:因为入=70(91根据木结构设计规范(GBJ5-88)规定)所以=1/1+(入/65)2=1/1+(70/65)2=1/1+1.16=0.46N/AO=20000/0.463.144040=20000/2311.04=8.65N/mm2根据稳定性验算式N/m.fc= m.fc=1.30.910=11.7 N/mm28、65N/mm211.7 N/mm2由上表可得稳定性满足要求。五、模板的拆除(1)拆除模板应经施工人员技术同意,取得拆模试块强度试验报告单须达到强度70%以上,并报模板拆除工程检验

34、批质量验收记录,经监理工程师审批后才能拆除。(2)模板拆除的顺序和方法:应按照配板设计规定进行,遵循先之后拆,后支先拆,先非承重部位和后承重部位以及自上而下,从里到外的原则,先拆除支撑的水平和斜支撑,后拆模板支撑,梁应先拆侧模后拆底模,拆模时,操作人员应站在安全处,不得站拆模下方,几个人同时拆模应注意相互安全距离,严禁用大锤和撬棍硬砸硬撬,在停工前不得留下松动和悬挂的模板。(3)拆除檐口、阳台等危险部位的模板,底下应有架子、安全网或挂安全带操作,并尽量做到模板少落到架和安全网上,少量拆落在架、安全网上的模板应及时清理。(4)拆模前,周围应设围栏或警示标志,并设专人看管,禁止人员、车辆入内。(5
