1、青岛温泉建设集团永新.财富时代星级酒店工程后浇带处混凝土浇筑方案1、 工程概况 永新.财富时代星级酒店项目，位于青岛平度市世纪大道以南，杭州南路以西；总建筑面积49960.04，其中地上面积35882.67，地下面积14007.37；该建筑地下一层，地上17层连带4层裙房；建筑结构形式为框剪/框架结构，楼盖采用现浇钢筋砼楼板，主楼基础采用钢筋砼筏板，裙房采用钢筋砼防水板； 主楼筏板厚度为1.600m，裙房防水板厚度不一，分别为:-8.150m标高处防水板厚度为300；-8.350m标高处防水板厚度为400；-8.100m标高处防水板厚度为400；-7.300m标高处防水板厚度为250；本工程结
2、构形式为基础采用筏板基础独立基础，主楼筏板部分进行素混凝土桩地基处理；裙房独立基础采用天然地基。 根据设计要求，本工程从基础底板起在裙楼、主楼分别设置了后浇带，后浇带分为温度后浇带、沉降后浇带两种，后浇带宽度为800，后浇带设置如下: 从1轴东侧2.85米东侧交S-N轴南侧3.75米处设置一道南北向的后浇带。 从1轴东侧2.85米至8轴东侧4.85米处交S-Q轴之间设置一道东西向的后浇带。 从6轴东侧3.40米交A-T轴设置一道南北向后浇带一道。 从19轴西侧3.30米处交T-S轴南2.80米设置一道南北向后交带。 从19轴西侧3.30米交M-L轴之间设置一道东西向后浇带。 从19轴西侧3.3
3、0米交F-E轴之间设置一道东西向后浇带。 从12轴至17轴东侧4.50米交H轴南侧0.65米处设置一道后浇带。 从1轴东侧2.85米至11轴东侧7.00米处交E轴北侧3.70米处设置一道东西向后浇带。 从J轴南侧3.65米至E轴北侧3.70米交1轴东侧2.85米处设置一道南北向后浇带。 从9轴西侧3.30米处交T轴-Q轴北侧3.15米处南北向设置后浇带一道。其余为沉降后浇带。后浇带具体布置见后附图。2、 后浇带的模板施工 1、基础底板、墙板后浇带。 1.1按设计要求，图纸后浇带采用3400止水钢板。3400止水钢板位置设置:基础底板后浇带，、外墙后浇带，设置部位均为后浇带板厚中心位置，并且紧贴
4、后浇带侧壁固定好。1.2后浇带闸槎1.2.1在基础垫层上后浇带(南北向或东西向)预制好细石混凝土条。做底部钢筋的保护层，当底板下层钢筋网片帮扎后用高标号砂浆在后浇带位置堵住钢筋间距的空格，以防底部漏浆。由于主楼筏板厚1.600米，主楼后浇带闸槎多层板背楞木龙骨及钢筋加固支撑；裙房后浇带闸槎采用钢丝网片，用14钢筋做龙骨，水平间距180，竖向间距100进行固定，同时后浇带中间位置用14水平间距1米作水平支撑，在后浇带外侧砼筏板内采用竖向间距380，设置三到14钢筋斜拉撑，水平间距1000，拉结点均采用焊接固定，保证钢筋网片和钢筋骨架的整体具有足够的强度和刚度，以确保砼浇筑时不鼓胀漏浆。1.2.2
5、裙楼底板为250、300、400抗水板，后浇带采用钢筋网闸槎，用3根14钢筋做骨架扎钢丝网片，并焊接固定于后浇带侧边确保砼浇筑时钢丝网不鼓胀漏浆。1.2.3墙、板后浇带的留槎在梁的部位使用双层5孔眼钢丝网，背面用14钢筋固定牢靠。2、 梁板后浇带的处理2.1为确保结构支撑体系的安全，后浇带模板采用独立的支撑体系，与平台模板连接处断开，不影响平台模板的拆除。支撑采用钢管支撑间距1200，因后浇带宽度800，所用多层板宽度为1220，这样两侧各有210宽度，可确保后浇带两侧模板支撑拆除后210宽钢筋砼受后浇带支撑体系支撑，。后浇带龙骨与相邻板块断开，长度不得少于1300，以保证不影响两侧板块的模板
6、拆除。2.2后浇带两侧梁属于悬臂结构，应在梁底中间部位采取加密支撑钢管。后浇带的留槎在梁、板的部位使用双层5孔眼钢丝网，背面用114钢筋固定牢靠。2.3后浇带两侧梁属于悬臂结构，后浇带处模板待后浇带处砼浇筑完成后，砼强度达到拆模强度后方可拆除此部位模板，在后浇带浇筑之前，后浇带两侧的大梁与平台部位支撑不得拆除，并用钢管搭设成小方架支撑梁底，小方撑共设3道，分别为上下两道距立杆端部300，中部设一道。3、 后浇带钢筋绑扎 钢筋绑扎时后浇带两侧的砼垫块及马镫应增加数量，确保钢筋网片高度和保护层。后浇带范围内的马镫和垫块边也应加密放置，对于设计要求的在后浇带处的加密钢筋，必须在第一次施工后浇带一侧钢
7、筋时绑扎完成。4、 后浇带砼施工根据图纸设计要求温度后浇带在两侧主体混凝土施工后60天浇筑；沉降后浇带在主楼施工完毕、经沉降观测稳定后方可浇筑混凝土。主楼施工后浇带时由下层至上层按顺序浇筑。后浇带采用强度等级高一级的膨胀混凝土，后浇带中砼膨胀剂的掺量应10，且15。后浇带部位分为以下几个方面:4.1构造筏板在混凝土浇筑前必须将混凝土表面的浮浆清理凿除，并凿成毛面，彻底清除后浇带中的垃圾与杂物，并隔夜浇水湿润，浇砼时先铺设水泥浆以确保后浇带混凝土与前期的混凝土连结良好。同时检查钢筋绑扎是否达到图纸要求，有无生锈、踩踏等问题，一切完好后方可施工浇筑。构造筏板砼采用标号C45P6外加SY-K膨胀纤维
8、抗裂剂。4.2楼板在后浇带混凝土界面清理完成，露出坚硬表面后，将止水胶条沿后浇带伸展方向展开，并每隔一米用高强钢钉将其固定，当止水胶条安装完毕后，撕下止水条下的隔离纸即可进行后序混凝土施工。楼板砼采用标号C45P6外加SY-K膨胀纤维抗裂剂。4.3地下车库外侧剪力墙凿毛及清理后浇带成型混凝土表面，检查钢筋及模板支撑情况是否满足施工要求。预留的剪力墙外墙用预制板封堵。地下车库外侧剪力墙采用砼标号C45P6外加SY-K膨胀纤维抗裂剂。5、 施工要点5.1后浇带混凝土中使用的微膨胀剂和外加剂品种，应事先通过实验确定掺入量，并有实验室出具砼配合比报告。5.2微膨胀剂必须具有出场合格证及产品技术资料，并
9、符合相应技术标准和设计要求，进场复试合格后方可使用。5.3混凝土应搅拌均匀，否则会出现局部过大或过小的膨胀，应对掺加微膨胀剂的混凝土搅拌时间适当延长。5.4后浇带混凝土应密实，与原混凝土连结应牢固，受力后不应出现裂缝。5.5后浇带混凝土浇筑完毕后应采取带模保温保湿条件下的养护。应按规范规定，浇水养护时间一般混凝土不得少于7天，掺外加剂或有抗渗要求的混凝土不得少于14天。5.6浇筑后浇带的混凝土如有抗渗要求，还应按规范规定制作抗渗试块。6、 质量要求6.1钢筋控制。检查后浇带内钢筋的规格、尺寸、数量、间距、搭接长度和接头位置是否符合设计要求和施工规范规定，尤其是后浇带内钢筋如果断开，则要求绑扎搭
10、接接头面积的百分率不超过25，焊接接头不超过50。后浇带内钢筋由于暴露时间过长，钢筋锈蚀在所难免，故混凝土浇筑前，应要求对钢筋表面颗粒状或片状老锈进行除锈处理。若有钢筋被踩弯或压弯现象，在混凝土浇筑前进行矫正处理。6.2模板支撑体系控制。要求模板支撑架子一次性安装成型，待后浇带混凝土浇筑完成后再进行拆除，确保底板平整。6.3两侧接缝收口控制。采用的钢丝网时，制作的单层钢丝网片必须绷紧，并且钢丝网片与钢筋支架绑扎必须结实、牢固。6.4混凝土浇筑控制。在浇筑后浇带两侧砼的过程中，应采取对称浇筑的方法，保证后浇带模板不会位移；后浇带浇筑前清理干净后浇带内的杂物，将两侧混凝土松散、凸出的混凝土凿除，表
11、面清洗干净，保持湿润，并刷水泥浆。7、 安全要求7.1温度后浇带，间隔时间60天，后浇带下及两侧各1米范围内的模板及支撑应确保受力稳定。否则，可能会造成梁板上部裂缝或后浇带部位下挠，顶板面不平、下沉等质量缺陷。7.2后浇带两侧所在跨内的梁板支撑均不得拆除，排距不大于1米(包括梁板支撑均应保留)。7.3在其它部位的施工过程中，施工人员跨越后浇带时，应保持警惕，注意脚下是否踏实再通过，防止踩空后掉落造成伤害。7.4后浇带浇筑前，应对浇筑人员进行安全技术交底 ，了解施工中应注意的事项。7.5后浇带浇筑过程中，工班长、项目部安全员必须全程旁站监督，发现违章现象立即制止。7.6后浇带浇筑完成后必须将现场
