2、械在坑边作业时采取适当的措施，确保基坑边坡的稳定。5.合理安排每道工序，加强监测，施工期间，自始至终设专人监测，配备先进的检测仪器，对各项工序进行监测，实行信息化施工。主要监测内容：坑内外降水曲线监测，地面沉降，钻孔桩垂直度监测，钢管支撑的应力监测等。二、基坑开挖应急措施1.在基坑开挖过程中，各部位支撑受力复杂，如果某部位受力不均，就容易引起基坑失稳，故在基坑开挖时采取以下措施：1）备足一定数量的临时钢支撑、工字钢腰梁、注浆机、地质钻机、注浆材料等物资材料，成立基坑开挖应急小组，做好防范措施。2）开挖土方时，严密监控围护结构变形。如出现围护结构变形过大，应急小组马上启动，施作工字钢腰梁，架设临

7、密监测；（5）支撑构件安装牢靠，避免局部失稳；（6）支撑拆除在施工负责人的指导下严格按规范操作，并严密监测，避免突然卸载造成事故。（7）随时检查支护的变形情况，发现异常情况，先撤离施工人员和设备，等维修完毕后，方可继续开挖；（8）在基坑内进行电焊作业时，应做好个人的绝缘防护工作，严禁将电线及用电设备浸泡水里面，以防漏电。（9）基坑顶部边缘严禁堆置重物。挖掘机或其它机械在坑顶进行挖基作业时，距坑边的安全距离一般不小于1m，零星材料及小型具堆放距坑边的安全距离不小于0.8米。（10）吊车、挖掘机司机作业时要提高警惕，严禁碰撞支撑。（11）在基坑开挖及支撑安装时，吊车、挖掘机司机作业时要有专人指挥。
