33、m2,非地下室部分及主体建筑面积约为 33800m2框架-剪力墙结 构。地上十层，地下一层。地下室部分采用筏板基础，非地下室部 分及主体建筑面积为 33800m2，基础形式为独立-柱基础+条形基础。 按照图纸设计要求，本工程地下室肥槽部分采用 2：8 灰土回填， 压实系数0.94，其中地下室部分肥槽长度约 273m,回填土顶标高 为室外地坪标高，回填深度为 3.5m7.4m。非地下室部分采用体积 比 3：7 级配砂石进行回填，压实系数0.94，回填土顶标高为 1 层 楼板底标高，回填面积约为 5000m2,回填厚度约为 4.5m.地下室室内 回填采用普通砂土回填，回填面积约为 3700m2,回
