37、施工图纸及场地工程地质勘察报告18、锚杆喷射混凝土支护技术规范(GB50086-2002)19、岩土锚杆(索)技术规程(CECS22:2005)2.工程概况2.1概述 苏州欧瑞房地产开发有限公司拟建的东渡国际大厦,位于苏州高新区枫桥镇,东临长江路、北接何山路,南边紧邻何山公园,该工程占地面积12356.05M2。计划开发商业公寓酒店。项目设计总建筑面积53139M2,其中:地下二层,地上八层。地下室每层面积6450M2;负一层层高5.50M,负二层层高4.20M;项目0.000标高相当于黄海高程+4.15M。基坑采用钻孔灌注桩加锚杆及土钉的支护方式加水泥搅拌桩加强。以确保基坑支护工程的安全稳定

38、性。2、2 场地周边情况及地质条件 2、2、1场地周边情况1)地块南侧,西侧(局部)现有何山公园山体挡土墙,由于地块呈东低西高分布,高差约为0.9M,由于项目前期做为平整场地使局部挡土墙基础底已高出设计室外地面高度,为确保山体安全,抗御可能发生的地质灾害及项目竣工后挡土墙继续发挥其功能,必须在地下室基坑施工前对现有挡土墙基础先加固施工;2)拟建基坑西北角距陇枫疗养院仅6.0M;东南角距何山公园管理用房(三层)仅5.008.00M;南侧距何山公园陡坡仅5.0010.00M,陡坡上为环山山路;东邻长江路为新区主干交通要道约20.00M;北邻何山路约15.00M。土层情况:基坑开挖深度约为11.00

39、米,开挖范围内土层为杂填土、素填土、粘土、粉质粘土及含角砾粉质粘土与粘土层、全风化强风化英安质角砾熔岩、中风化微风化英安质角砾熔岩。2、2设计要求2、2、1土钉施工设计要求:1)坡面喷C20细石砼,水泥与砂石重量比宜为1:44.5,砂率宜为4555%;2)水灰比为0.5,厚度为80,分二次喷射,基坑壁开挖一层,坡面土经修整后立即初喷40厚混凝土封闭坡面和止水,然后成孔、置钉、注浆、绑挂钢筋,然后终喷到位。3)土钉支护部分应分层分段开挖,开挖出工作面后必须在1天内完成挂网喷注,在完成上层作业面的土钉与喷混凝土以前,不得进行下一层的开挖,水平方向分段间隔开挖,分段取15米,竖向每层土钉超挖不得大于

40、300,下一层和下一段开挖必须在上一层和前一段设置的土钉达到设计锚固力的70%后才能实施,以使喷锚能提供足够的锚固力来保证坑壁和地面设施安全为原则;4)在坑壁保留300坑底保留500用于人工开挖,机械作业时,应该采取一定的施工措施防止机械直接碾压坑壁导致边坡坍塌及损伤桩体; 5)钢筋网铺设时每边的搭接长度应大于300嫁焊,钢筋14,6.5,焊条J422,水泥用PC.32.5普通硅酸盐水泥,砂为中砂,在使用前应过筛;6)在同一分段内喷射混凝土应自下而上,射流方向垂直指向喷射面,并保持1米左右的距离;混凝土终凝后2小时应进行喷水养护或喷涂养护剂,养护时间根据气温确定,宜为37小时;7)钢筋网的保护

41、层厚度不宜小于20,钢筋网与土钉应连接牢固,基坑顶部设置1.5米宽喷射混凝土面层护顶,喷射混凝土面层插入基坑底部以下300护脚,坡面设置水平泄水管,间距2米,插入土中长度0.5米,用滤水材料包裹,基坑开挖到底后应立即浇注混凝土垫层至坑边。8)土钉墙按建筑基坑支护技术规程(JGJ120-99)。9)土钉、锚管呈梅花型布置,土钉孔径110。10)土钉孔、锚管内灌注水泥浆,水灰比0.5,土钉孔内注浆压力0.40.6MPa,锚管注浆压力0.8 MPa左右,并稳压23min。11)要求十二小时内提供80%设计强度(应在浆液中掺入适量早强剂)。12)土钉护壁技术参数为施工基本控制参数,施工时应根据地质情况

42、及施工情况等及时调整。 2、2、2水泥搅拌桩施工设计要求:1)水泥搅拌桩采用700700搅拌桩, qu28=1.2MPa,搅拌桩养护期为28天;2)固化剂为PC.32.5普通硅酸盐水泥,水灰比0.5,水泥掺入量为湿土容重的15%;3)水泥搅拌桩垂直度偏差不超过1%,桩位偏差不大于20,相邻桩施工间隔不超过12小时;4)施工采用二喷四搅,喷浆速度应和提升速度相配合,确保额定浆量在桩身长度范围内均匀分布,喷浆搅拌时钻头提升(或下沉)速度以钻头每转一圈提升(或下沉)量不得大于1.0CM,喷嘴处压力不小于0.4MPa,且升降速度不得大于0.5米/min;5)水泥搅拌桩施工前,需根据现场实际情况对桩位进

43、行排障或换土处理,水泥搅拌桩施工后,在设计开挖龄期采用钻孔芯等方法,进行水泥土桩完整性、均匀性及强度实验等成桩质量检测。 2、2、3锚杆施工设计要求: 1)预应力锚杆锚筋采用3级25钢筋,自由段涂凡士林,外套PVC软管;2)锚杆构造:锚固段每隔1.5米应设置定位器,定位器按120度夹角布置,可用38钢筋焊接而成;3)锚杆施工流程:钻孔安放锚杆一次注浆初凝养护二次注浆安装锚头张拉锚定;4)在施工锚杆时,应注意防止坍孔,必要时用跟进防塌,成孔完后应及时清孔,并立即进行插锚杆和注浆工序,按间隔5根跳打施工; 5)压力注浆:采用二次注浆法,一次采用M20水泥砂浆,灌浆压力0.30.5MPa,二次灌浆压

44、力为1.52MPa,稳压23分钟后方可卸压;浆液强度M20。6)浆体配合比:第一次浆体为M20水泥砂浆(可采用1:1水泥砂浆,水灰比0.5),第二次浆体为0.5的水泥浆。水泥砂浆及水泥浆中均应加入适量的早强减水剂。7)锚杆杆体采用25钢筋,1.5米长的40锚头螺杆用A45号钢车端头螺丝,锚头螺杆与锚杆钢筋用25的钢筋进行双面帮条焊,用E55型焊条双面焊接5d。8)张拉锚定:待浆体强度达到15MPa时,可进行张拉锁定,待浆体强度达到15MPa时,可进行张拉锁定,锚杆张拉荷载取设计轴向拉力的1.05倍,本工程锚杆要逐根进行,采用跳张法进行,其伸长量不超过25mm,待张拉稳定510min后,卸力至锁

45、定荷载锁定,锚杆锁定张拉力取锚杆最大轴向拉力的0.650.70倍,锁定用双螺帽拧紧并焊死。各层土钉张拉、锁定值祥见大样图。2、2、4钻孔灌注桩施工设计要求: 1)围护钻孔灌注桩按建筑桩基技术规程(JGJ9494)施工;2)桩径为800,桩体及混凝土梁为C30,桩的保护层厚度为50;桩顶标高-5.00米。3)钢筋笼主筋保护层厚度为50,安放钢筋笼时必须定位准确,避免露筋和标高误差,钢筋需搭接时可采用双面电弧焊,焊缝长度大于等于5d,或单面焊接,焊接长度大于等于10d,焊缝厚度不小于1/4钢筋直径且不小于6mm,焊缝宽度应大于0.7倍钢筋直径且大于10mm,钢筋笼箍筋应与主筋逐点点焊;4)钢筋笼制

46、作允许偏差:主筋间距+10mm,箍筋间距+20mm,钢筋笼直径+10mm;5)桩施工偏差:桩身垂直度应控制在1%以内,施工时避免对场地和已施工的基桩产生挤土、串孔现象;6)钢筋笼在地面制作后吊入桩孔,主筋与箍筋及加劲筋之间采用点焊,主筋接长时采用搭接焊(焊缝长度:单面焊10d,双面焊5d)。同一截面有接头的主筋的数量应小于受力钢筋总数的50%,且接头位置应相互错开35d,并不小于500mm,坑底2.0m范围内不得有接头,纵筋上端锚入圈梁不小于圈梁高度。7)在钻孔灌注桩桩身未达到设计强度前,不可进行桩以下挖土作业,本支护灌注桩应隔3根跳打并应在灌注混凝土24小时后才能施工邻桩。2、2、5开挖要求

47、: 1)基坑开挖大面积卸土前,应预先在坡边设置砖砌排水沟300300,视场地情况设集水井,将表层水引入排水沟,以防止地表水流入基坑内影响施工;2)卸土过程中,基坑四周7米范围内不得堆载,否则会使支护结构变形过大,危及基坑安全;3)卸土至坑底时,垫层及时跟上,坑底暴露时间不应超过1天,回填时间若超过三个月应做加强处理;4)土钉墙支护段为-4.75米以上,基坑土方开挖应与在土钉墙施工紧密配合,开挖后立即进行土钉支护及喷砼,在上一层土钉注浆体及喷射砼面层达到设计强度的70%后,方可进行下层土方开挖及土钉施工,施工过程中严禁超挖,减少基坑无支护暴露时间。5)-4.7米标高以下基坑内土方应待围护桩达到养

48、护强度后,严格按设计要求进行,应采用分层分块对称开挖,与预应力锚杆施工密切配合,土方开挖期间注意挖土机械不得损坏支护结构,不得在桩墙顶部碾压,开挖时严格控制标高,严禁超挖,坑底留30公分由人工挖除,挖到设计标高后,及时铺垫层浇素砼,垫层应铺至支护桩边,底部宜浇筑至围护桩边,底板下设盲沟排水,其中垫层部分必须由土建单位人工进行清理。6)当支护结构施工完毕并达到设计强度后方可进行土方开挖,基坑开挖及地下室施工期间,基坑周围严禁堆土或堆载,挖运土机械必须按指定的路线行驶,严禁乱停乱走。2、2、5地下水处理:1)坑内采用管井降水,管井间距25米左右,管井材料可采用无砂混凝土管或者波纹管制作,降水的同时进行坑内、坑外水位监测,如果坑内水位未达到设计要求不得进行土方开挖,待计算确定底板自重大于水头压力方可进行土方开挖,管井在垫层浇筑后拆除。2)施工期间,坑内应排水,严禁坑内积水降水排水具体措施由施工单位在施工阶段中实施,对地表水应进行疏导,并应在边坡适当位置设置一定数量的导水孔,做法见边坡导水孔大样。2、3施工步骤及程序:1)桩施工开挖护坡、设排水沟、集水井分层分段开挖至-4.7米施工土钉墙水泥搅拌桩施工注浆破桩头施工第一层锚杆及做圈梁开挖至-7.0米施工第二层锚杆锁锚并开挖至基坑底标高浇筑底板基础
