23、、二次污染防治十三、设备制造及安装调试十四、售后服务 一、概况该污水主要来自洗菜、洗碗，浴室、洗衣、盥洗产生的污水。本公司本着保证处理效果，最大限度地考虑投资效益和处理成本的原则，提交以下污水处理方案，本方案主体处理设施以设备结构为主，本方案供有关领导、技术人员、环保管理部门和有关专家审查和参考。二、设计依据2.1国家污水综合排放标准（GB8978-1996）；2.2室外排水设计规范（GBJ1487）；2.3 JB/T6932-93生物接触氧化法生活污水净化器标准；2.4建筑给排水设计规范（GBJ15-88）；2.5有关土建、电气设计规范；2.5及户有关水质水量要求；三、设计原则1. 采用先进
24、、成熟、可靠的A/O法二级生化处理工艺，不仅能有效地去除BOD5，而且也能去除氨氮与磷，确保其处理出水各项指标达到设计要求。2. 排入污水处理站的污水为生活污水、厨房排水及洗衣房排水，其它综合废水（含油废水）需先经隔油池进行隔油处理后才能进入污水管道。 3. 污水处理设施在运行上有较大的灵活性和可调节性，以适应水质和水量的变化。4. 充分考虑污水处理系统配套的减振、降噪、除臭等措施，以防止对环境的二次污染。5. 污水处理以生化处理为主，实用可靠，布置紧凑，占地面积小，工程投资省，建设周期短。6. 操作管理方便，技术要求简单，尽可能实现自动化控制。7主要设备均为全地埋式，检查井和地坪相平，电控部
25、分也可按业主要求集中控制。8设备上部覆土后，能够承受行人和一般非机动车的荷载，或种植花草。污水处理工艺流程确定由于该污水可生化性比较好，B/C比在0.5以上，可采用生化法处理即可达到排放标准，随着科技的不断进步，新技术、新技术的应用，污水处理技术已日趋完善、污水处理工艺也在不段更新，目前城市污水主要有以下处理工艺：1、活性污泥法及其改良工艺法：包括传统的活性污泥法、延时曝气法、AB法、A/O法、A2/O法、氧化沟法、序批式活性污泥法（SBR法）等；2、生物膜法；包括生物滤池、生物转盘、塔滤、生物流化床、生物接触氧化法等；由于城市生活污水处理在采取工艺上具有明显的时代特点，80年代所建成的污水处
26、理厂所使用的基本上是传统的活性污泥，90年代以来，各种改良的活性污泥工艺取代了投资大、占地面积大、运行费用高的传统活性污泥法，其中氧化沟法、接触氧化法等。目前又有很多种名称不同的污水处理工艺在小规模地应用于污水处理工程、但总的处理原理实质上都是在活性污泥法、生物膜法工艺上演变而来、采用该类工艺、相对来说需承担一定的投资风险、因为每一种新生事物都必须经过长期的生产实践经验的结累后方能得到进一步推广与应。因此、为保证本工程运行、管理、处理效果等各指标都能稳定地达到预期处理目的、我厂推荐采用成熟的处理工艺（以厌氧水解、生物接触氧化法为主相结合的处理工艺的方法）来设计、从而达到排放目的，使业主能在工程
27、投资、维护、管理、运行费用、处理效果稳定性各方面都能有比较好的回报。其主要生化处理为埋没在地表以下处理，以适应在生化处理冬季水温偏低而导致处理效益降低，其埋没后如下图所示：四、生活污水处理的目的和任务1.目的彻底降除污水中有机物及氨氮等污染物，避免对受纳水体产生水质污染。2.任务采用先进、成熟、可靠的处理工艺，确保处理出水水质指标达到设计要求。A.处理水量根据业主提供的污水水质、水量资料，污水处理装置取设计处理量为15m3/h。B.进出水水质要求 主要废水污染物浓度表 单位：mg/l污染物CODcrBOD5动植物油TNSS备注浓度4002005020200GB8978-96一级标准100201
28、01570五、污水处理方案污水处理工艺流程框图： 污泥回流 进水 固液分离机 调节池 污水泵 厌氧池 接触氧化池 二沉池 消毒池 达标排放 风机 污泥池虚线框内地埋式一体化设备。2. 工艺流程说明：A. 采用固液分离机，自动清除污水中3mm以上固体物，保证后续处理装置稳定运行。采用隔集器对废水中浮油进行预处理。 B. 采用A/O处理工艺，提高了污染物的去除率，不仅能有效降除BOD5，而且能有效去除磷和氨氮。C.采用厌氧反应池，在厌氧条件下回流污泥与进水充分混合，聚磷菌在此释放磷并同时吸收环境中的低分子酸，以PHB的形式储存起来，在好氧环境中，聚磷菌大量吸收磷，达到除磷的目的。D.采用三级生物接
29、触氧化池，池内高的溶解氧和优良的生物菌群与有机污染物接触反应，为有机污染物的降除，氨氮的氧化和磷的吸收去除创造了最适应环境，提高了有机污染物及氨氮、磷的去除效率。E. 采用竖流式沉淀池，主要为澄清接触氧化池出水，为此沉淀池的设计采用合理的设计参数，从而提高了澄清效果。 F采用竖腾翻流接触消毒形式，彻底杀灭各种病原菌及大肠菌群。六、电器控制采用全自动可编程序控制系统，该系统特点是：1.设全自动控制及手动控制功能。2.水泵与风机能在设置时间内自动交替使用。3.进水泵低水位停止，高水位启动，超警戒水位提供报警信号。4.设备停止工作2小时以上，为保持生物膜的活性，风机能定时间歇运行。5.设有过流、过载
30、、断相、短路保护，故障自动切换并声光报警。 6.PLC采用进口原装器件，其它主要原件采用苏州西门子电器，运行可靠，使用寿命长。污水处理站24小时运行，控制系统自动化水平较高，只需配备1名兼职人员。七、主要构筑物及设备设计参数简述1. 固液分离机 （1台）型号：XGC-300栅隙：3mm电机功率：0.37kw清除水中颗粒杂质，清除的污物定期人工清理。2. 污水调节池 （一座）钢砼结构有效容积：120m3 有效调节时间：8h 外形尺寸：800052004000mm 有效水深：3.0m 调节池主要为调节污水的水量水质，以保证后续污水生化处理装置的连续平稳运行。池内设集水坑、爬梯，便于水泵工作及其维护
31、。3. 厌氧池 有效容积：23m3 有效调节时间：1.5h生物除磷主要是通过专性好氧的不动细菌在厌氧条件下处于压抑状态,以菌体内的多聚磷酸盐为能源,把有机物吸收到细胞内转化成聚羟丁酸贮存起来,同时将体内多聚磷酸盐分解为可溶性磷酸盐排出体外,经过厌氧压抑释放的不动细菌,在好氧状态下具有很强的吸磷能力,将污水中的磷酸盐吸收转化为多聚磷酸盐贮存体内.在厌氧条件下释放的磷越多,则在好氧条件下吸收的越多,利用排剩余污泥达到去除污水中的磷的目的，厌氧池内配液下搅拌系统，以防沉淀。4.三级接触好氧池 容积负荷：0.80-1.5KgBoD5/m3.d 气水比： 15：1总停留时间：5.0h有效容积：75m3接
32、触氧化段主要应满足好氧微生物去除碳源需氧量即BoD和硝化细菌将NH3N转化NOX所需的高氧环境和污染物质与生物相充分反应的接触环境。怎样经济有效的在池内创造高氧环境是人们关注的，细分来讲主要有两个方面，一是风机的选择（后面详述），二是曝气器的选择。曝气器的选择决定压缩空气的利用效率和所需的供氧量，通过经济技术性比较，我们的曝气器将选用膜式曝气器，它具有充氧动力效率高、氧利用率高、不易堵塞、使用寿命长等特点。优良的接触环境是保证有机污染物、氧气、生物膜、水等相关物质充分接触反应的必要条件。本装置将选用PVC组合式半软性纤维填料来保证曝气池内优良的接触环境，它具有比表面积大、易挂膜、不堵塞、空隙率
33、大，使用寿命长等。5.二沉池 表面负荷：0.92.2m3/m2.h竖流式，内设中心导流筒 二沉池主要为满足接触反应池随水流出的脱落生物膜，游离菌胶团，有机杂质等的沉降，为达到满意的沉降效果，采用设计合理的表面负荷，沉降速度，污泥斗倾角，避免死角，缩短污泥在池内停留时间，保证澄清效果和泥水分离效果。排泥采用气提器排泥。6.消毒池 停留时间：30min 消毒装置主要为满足消毒剂与水的混合，达到消毒目的。本处理装置将采用定期投加氯片的消毒方式；消毒池采用上下翻腾式结构，保证消毒剂和污水充分混合。7.污泥消化池有效容积：15m3 主要为提供一定容积来容纳剩余污泥，并经好氧消化后大大减少污泥体积为目的，
34、上清液回流至调节池，消化后污泥定期由环卫处吸粪车外运处理。以上3-8采用钢制一体化设备，外形尺寸：1200030003000mm(不包括人孔高度)，共2件。8.污水泵 进水泵（提升泵，污水泵） 50PU2.75型潜水排污泵 （2台, 1用1备） 流量：15.0m3/h 扬程：7.0m 功率：0.75kw 9.风机风机的能耗、噪声、振动等指标是人们关注的，因为它们决定着污水处理成本及对周边环境的影响，为此经过经济技术性比较，选用日本独资企业百事德机械（江苏）有限公司生产的回转式风机，它主要有以下特点： A.体积小、风量大、噪声低、能耗省。 B. 运转平稳、安装方便。 C. 抗负荷变化、风量稳定。
