8、要求进行。7、拌和物应分二层装入试模，每层的装料厚度大致相同，插捣用的钢制捣棒长为600mm，直径为16mm，端部应磨圆，每层的插捣次数为每1002不应少于12次，插捣完后，刮除多余的混凝土，并用抹刀抹平。8、试块制作的混凝土不得加料，违规制作。9、12小时后在监理见证下进行同条件养护试块拆模工作，并将其放置在特制的500500500钢筋笼内，并加锁搁置在取样部位进行同条件养护。10、本工程混凝土养护采用人工洒水养护（部分部位可采用蓄水养护），养护次数的根据是能保持混凝土处于湿润的状态来决定，洒水养护开始是于混凝土浇筑完毕后的12小时进行。12、试块养护时养护要求应与周边混凝土结构养护要求相同
9、，不得特别照顾，并且养护时间不得少于14天不得多于60天。13、由项目部同条件养护试块制作人进行养护温度的统计和记录，当温度累计到600D时所对应的龄期，0及以下不计入龄期或等效龄期不应小于14d，也不大于60d，由监理见证送质检站检验。五、同条件养护试块强度统计及计算办法1、 当同条件养护试块到达龄期时，应填报送检申请表，送质检站检测，检测报告不合格时，应联系相关单位进行砼结构回弹抽芯。并且此组试块强度不得参加混凝土试块强度评定，只有检测报告合格的混凝土试块方可参加混凝土试块强度评定。2、 同条件养护试件的强度代表值应根据强度试验结果按现行国家标准混凝土强度检验评定标准GBJ107的规定确定
10、后，乘折算系数，折算系数宜取为1.10。3、 评定时应以相同混凝土强度等级进行评定，不同混凝土强度等级应分开评定。4、 混凝土评定分两种情况，当混凝土试块组数不少于10组时，应采用统计方法进行计算。当混凝土试块组数不少于3组且不多于10组时，应采用非统计方法进行计算。计算公式：a、统计方法：mfcu1Sfcu0.9fcu,kfcu,min1 fcu,kb、非统计方法：mfcu1.15fcu,kfcu,min0.95 fcu,k式中：mfcu同一验收批混凝土强度的平均值（N/mm2）fcu,k设计的混凝土强度标准值（N/mm2）fcu,min同验收批混凝土强度最小值（N/mm2）Sfcu同一验收

14、204-2002）中提出的一项新规定，已执行两年多了，但在我们近期的监督工作中，发现一些建设、监理、施工单位对“同条件养护试块”的概念不是十分明白，施工中存在漏做或未按规范要求进行留置的现象，给混凝土结构工程的质量评价和工程验收带来了困难。为使各参建单位对“同条件养护试块”有一个清楚的认识和理解，以便今后能认真执行，下面就“同条件养护试块”的几个问题介绍如下： 一、什么是“同条件养护试块”？“同条件养护试块”的试压强度值是反映砼结构实体强度的重要指标，它是指砼试块脱模后放置在砼结构或构件一起，进行同温度、同湿度环境的相同养护，达到等效养护龄期时进行强度试验的试件。其试验强度是作为结构验收的重要
15、依据。 二、“同条件养护试块”的留置数量如何确定？1、规范规定：（1）同条件养护试块”所对应的结构构件或结构部位，应由监理（建设）、施工等各方共同选定；（2）对砼结构工程中的各砼强度等级均应留置“同条件养护试决”（3）同一强度等级的“同条件养护试块”，其留置的数量应根据砼工程量和重要性确定，不宜少于10组，且不应少于3组。 2、地方规定：我市为了有效地执行混凝土结构工程施工质量验收规范（GB50204-2002）关于“同条件养护试决”的规定，特作出了具体的要求：（1）砌体承重结构工程每一强度等级每一楼层应留置不少1组、混凝土结构工程每一强度等级每批次应留置不少于1组，且同一工程同一强度等级不宜
16、少于10组，不应少于3组；（2）同一工程同一强度等级的混凝土只浇筑一个批次时，同条件混凝土养护试件不得少于1组，当该批次连续浇筑大于500m3时，不得少于2组。 三、“同条件养护试块”在养护期应放置在何处？“同条件养护试块”脱模后，应放置在靠近相应结构构件或结构部位附近的适当位置，并采用相同的养护方法。为便于保管，施工单位通常将试块装在特制的钢筋笼内并放置在相应的位置。 四、“同条件养护试块”的等效养护龄期如何确定？1、等效养护龄期可取日平均温度逐日累计达到600d时所对应的龄期，0及以下的龄期不计入；等效养护龄期不应小于14d，也不宜大于60d；2、施工单位应指定专人负责，建立“温度天”累计
