39、，每间宿舍长宽尺寸均为5.6m3.6m。设计标高：室内地面标高为0.00；室内外高差为200mm；室外台阶比室内地坪低20mm；墙体：0.00以下墙体采用烧结普通砖、M10水泥砂浆砌筑，砖墙两侧抹1:2水泥砂浆墙体：0.00以上墙体采用承重砌块，内外墙、顶棚抹灰，刮腻子刷两遍白色乳胶漆。门窗：室内门采用普通木门；入户大门采用玻璃门；窗户采用1.5m1.5m塑钢窗（带窗纱，单层玻璃）。屋面：采用不上人屋面，设置卷材防水层，采用100PVC落水管。台阶：砖砌体，采用厚度为20mm的1:2水泥砂浆抹面。散水：宽900mm，素土夯实，50厚C15细石混凝土抹平压光。楼梯栏杆扶手：采用不锈钢扶手，做法参
40、见05ZJ401-w/14。地面：一层地面采用50mm厚C20混凝土抹平压光，20mm水泥砂浆抹面；二楼楼面采用50厚水泥砂浆抹平压光。厕所和洗浴间地面比其他房间低20mm。楼板：采用预制空心板。砂浆强度：M5.0。构造柱：截面尺寸240mm240mm；纵向钢筋采用4螺纹12的钢筋；箍筋采用6250/100，加密区为1/6全高且不小于500mm，每栋楼房四角的4根构造柱箍筋全部为100mm；构造柱下端与条基连接；钢筋的锚固长度不小于480mm，搭接长度不小于600mm；钢筋搭接处箍筋应加密；构造柱混凝土等级为C20；墙体与构造柱连接处应砌成马牙槎，构造柱与砌块墙之间沿墙高每隔600mm（楼梯间
41、不大于500mm） 设置4 点焊拉结钢筋网片，并应沿墙体水平通长设置。圈梁：地圈梁的截面尺寸为240mm300mm，其他圈梁的截面尺寸为240mm240mm；纵向钢筋采用4螺纹12的钢筋；箍筋采用6200；钢筋的搭接长度为460mm；混凝土强度等级为C20。构造柱与圈梁连接处，构造柱的纵筋应在圈梁纵筋内侧穿过，保证构造柱纵筋上下贯通。楼梯间：各层楼梯间墙体应在休息平台或楼层半高处设置60mm 厚、纵向钢筋不应少于210 ，箍筋6200的钢筋混凝土带，混凝土强度C20；楼梯间踏步、柱、休息平台混凝土强度C25。构造柱、圈梁、预制板构造做法均应符合03G363多层砖房钢筋混凝土构造柱抗震节点详图。

44、建、水电安装，施工质量相互配合、协调。第五节 工期要求根据合同文件要求，完成本工程全部施工内容，工期：2013年05月15日开工至2013年07月31日结束，我公司经综合考虑决定全面完成施工任务，在保质保量保安全的前提下力争争创精品工程。第三章 施工现场情况及施工前准备工作第一节 施工现场情况根据总平面图，待建建筑现场场地已平整，施工现场较理想。根据本工程特点，决定采用 3 台物料提升机满足垂直运输施工要求。第二节 施工前准备工作我公司确保投入该工程所需的一切机械设备，派出一支精良的、富有战斗力的施工队伍和强有力的管理班子，由我公司最优秀的项目经理担任本项目的项目经理，为确保本工程的施工质量和

47、力分布集中，流水作业明显，为满足施工任务的要求,项目经理部下设几个专业施班组合理组织施工，确保整个工程按计划实施。施工劳动力安排计划：序号施工队伍名称基础阶段 主体阶段装饰阶段1木工组204582泥工组2560403钢筋组203044普工组1520155油漆组206架子工组51067电焊工2328水电组51289维修电工22210管理人员66611三机操作人48412后勤222第六节 现场平面布置1.施工现场临时设施按建设单位指定位置搭建，并按施工平面布置图搭建，为满足创建文明工地的要求和便于施工，施工现场临时施工道路全部硬化，现场临时设施必须满足创建文明工地的要求执行。2.根据施工平面布置图，接通现场施工用水管线到使用地点。另外在施工现场设置配电间，把工地现场施工用电线路接通到使用地点。3.在施工方面，考虑到本工程现浇钢筋砼工作量，根据施工现场实际情况，经过详细周密的考虑，决定选用物料提升机三台，可解决本工程的垂运输。砼采用现场自拌浇灌。4.具体详见施工现场平面布置图。5.其余工程现场的临时设施根据建设单位指定地方进行搭设布置。第七节 施工用电、用水一、施工用电照明用电一般按常规为施工机械用电功率的10%
