46、工程成本，提高经济效益。 6、在满足业主各种要求的前提下，确保实现进度、质量、安全的预期目标。 二、 工程概况及主要工程数量 （一）工程简介： 本合同项目为乡村水泥混凝土路面工程，工程地点位于白廷线公路段 （39K80048K100）。工程范围：全长 8.3KM，设计技术标准为山岭 重丘四级公路，路基宽 5.5M，路面宽 4.5M，水泥混凝土路面。 本工程的设计指标为：公路路线等级采用部颁四级公路标准，设计行车 速度 20 公里/小时，桥涵设计荷载为汽15，挂80。设计交通等级为轻型， 设计年限为 20 年。 (二)场地工程地质、水文条件： 本合同段工程位于乡村公路段，为原村 X143 道泥结
47、路面。 （三）气候条件 本合同段施工地区属亚热带海洋性季风气候，温暖潮湿，每年 4-9 月为 汛期，降水量占全年的 7077%。台风影响发生在 5 月中旬到 11 月中旬，7 月中旬到 9 月中旬为盛行期。 （四）设计标准 1、道路等级：公路路线等级采用部颁四级公路标准 2、计算行车速度：V=20km/h；桥涵设计荷载为汽15，挂80。 3、最大纵坡10%，最小纵坡 0.3%； 4、路面交叉：平面交叉； 5、路面类型：混凝土水泥路面 （五）工程承包范围及主要工程数量 本项目承包范围为公路道路工程，包括平整场地、临时电力线路、路基 挖方、路基填方、挡土墙、C30 水泥混凝土面板、培土路肩、手摆片
48、石层、 石盖板涵、安全设施及预埋管线等工程，主要工程数量为： 2 1、平整场地：2400M ，临时电力线路 0.6KM 2、路基工程：挖土方 7275m ，挖石方 893M ，路基填筑 3790m ，挡土墙浆砌 3 片石 587M 。 2、路面工程：手摆片石层 200m ，5%水泥稳定层 28350m ，水泥混凝土面层 28350m ，培土路肩 6300m 。 3、桥梁涵洞工程：石盖板涵 44m。 4、安全设施及预埋管线工程：钢筋混凝土护柱 160 根，交通标志 8 块，地 名牌 2 块。 3 3 3 2 2 2 2 三、 施工管理力量及劳动力安排 （一）项目管理机构 根据合同任务和工期要求，立即组织成立施工现场管理机构，全面组织， 实施本合同段工程的管理。施工组织机构框图见后。 （二）施工区段划分及人员配备 1、施工区段划分 根据本合同段任务分布状况和工期要求，我公司安排为两个施工段： 以 44K
