1、技术交底记录2008年11 月20日工程名称西岸国际花园 北苑6#、8#楼分部工程地面与楼面工程分项工程名称6#、8#陶粒混凝土垫层技术交底1 施工准备1.1 材料及主要机具 1.1.1 粘土陶粒：粒径530mm，松散密度为580680kg/m3，吸水率8.3%10%（干燥状态下1h计），粉末及粒径小于5mm的含量应小于5%。 1.1.2 粉煤灰陶粒：粒径515mm，密度为630700kg/m3，吸水率16%17%（干燥状态下1h计），粒径小于 5mm或大于15mm的颗粒含量均不应大于5%。并不得混夹杂物或粘土块。 1.1.3 砂：中砂或粗砂，含泥量当混凝土强度等级C10C30时不大于5%。
2、1.1.4 水泥：一般采用325号、425号矿渣硅酸盐水泥或普通硅酸盐水泥。 1.1.5 外加剂：掺量必须通过试验确定，并按有关技术规定执行。 1.1.6 主要机具：强制式混凝土搅拌机或自落式混凝土搅拌机、磅秤、窄手推车、外加剂、稀释容器、平板振捣器、平锹、拍板、铁滚筒、小铁锤、錾子、钢丝刷、毛刷、半截大桶、小水桶、胶皮水管、木抹子、小水壶、23m木杠、5mm和30mm孔径筛子。 2 作业条件： 2.2.1 主体结构工程质量已办完验收手续，门框安装完，+100cm水平标高线已弹在四周墙上。 2.2.2 穿过楼板的暖卫管线已安装完，管洞已浇筑细石混凝土并填塞密实。铺设在楼板上的电暖管线已办完隐检
3、手续，管线使用低强度保温砂浆做好保护。 2.2.3 陶粒混凝土的配合比通过试验室确定。配合比用量kg/m3 水泥：砂：陶粒：水=330：542：718:175 水胶比0.612.2.4 6#楼、8#楼一层在预制钢筋混凝土楼板上做垫层，必须将板缝用不小于C20的细石混凝土浇筑密实。2.2.5 冬期施工室内温度应保持在+5以上。3 操作工艺3.1 工艺流程：基层处理找标高弹水平控制线陶粒过筛、水闷 搅拌铺设陶粒混凝土养护 3.1.1 基层处理：在浇筑陶粒混凝土垫层之前将混凝土楼板基层进行处理，把粘结在基层上的松动混凝土、砂浆等用錾子剔掉，用钢丝刷刷掉水泥浆皮，然后用扫帚扫净。 3.1.2 找标高弹
4、水平控制线：根据墙上的+100cm水平标高线，往下量测出+95mm标出垫层高度，有条件时可弹在四周墙上，厨房、卫生间、阳台楼地面标高比同层楼地面标高低20mm 在客厅等大开间的地面，可隔2m左右抹细石混凝土找平墩。有坡度要求的地面，按设计要求的坡度找出最高点和最低点后，拉小线再抹出坡度墩，以便控制垫层的表面标高。 3.1.3 陶粒过筛、水闷：为了清除陶粒中的杂物和细粉末，陶粒进场后要过两遍筛。第一遍用大孔径筛（筛孔为30mm），第二遍过小孔径筛（筛孔为5mm），使5mm粒径含量控制在不大于5%的要求，在浇筑垫层前应在陶粒堆上均匀浇水，将陶粒闷透，水闷时间应不少于5d。 3.1.4 搅拌：先将骨
5、料、水泥、水和外加剂均按重量计量。骨料的计量允许偏差应小于3%，水泥、水和外加剂计量允许偏差应小于2%。由于陶粒预先进行水闷处理，因此搅拌前根据抽测陶粒的含水率，调整配合比的用水量。 采用强制式搅拌机的加料顺序是：先加细骨料、水泥和粗骨料，搅拌约lmin，再加水继续搅拌不少于2min。 搅拌时间比普通混凝土稍长，约3min左右。 3.1.5 铺设、振捣或滚压：浇筑陶粒混凝土垫层其厚度不得小于50mm，强度等级应不小于LC7.5。 3.1.6 在已清理干净的基层上洒水湿润, 涂刷水灰比为0.40.5的水泥浆结合层。3.1.7 铺已搅拌好的陶粒混凝土，用铁锹将混凝土铺在基层上，以已做好的找平墩为标
6、准将灰铺平，比找平堆高出3mm，然后用平板振捣器振实找平。如厚度较薄时，可随铺随用铁锹和特制木拍板拍压密实，并随即用大杠找平，用木抹子搓平或用铁滚滚压密实，全部操作过程要在2h内完成。3.1.8 垫层表面标高一致，平整，在卫生间和阳台表面压光上面做防水。3.1.9 陶粒混凝土施工过程中派水电工专人看护预埋的管路，在陶粒混凝土过车部位的管子两边必须铺设方木并在管子上部铺设模板加以保护3.2.0 浇筑陶粒混凝土垫层时尽量不留或少留施工缝，如必须留施工缝时，应用木方或木板挡好断槎处，施工缝最好留在门口与走道之间，或留在有实墙的轴线中间，接槎时应在施工缝处涂刷水泥浆（W/C为0.40.5）结合层，再继
7、续浇筑。浇筑后应进行洒水养护。强度达1.2MPa后方可进行下道工序操作。3.2.1 冬期施工时，陶粒上洒水不得受冻，应有足够的保温材料覆盖。室内操作温度要在+5以上。4 质量标准4.1 保证项目： 4.1.1 陶粒混凝土垫层使用的水泥、陶粒、砂子等，必须符合设计要求及施工验收规范的规定。 4.1.2 陶粒混凝土垫层的材质、强度、密实度等必须符合设计要求和施工规范的要求。 4.1.3 陶粒混凝土垫层与基层必须粘结牢固，不得有空鼓和表面松散、裂缝等缺陷。 4.2 允许偏差项目，见表1-1。5 成品保护5.1 垫层施工过程中不得碰撞门框、管线和已完的立墙装修面层。 5.2 施工完的垫层应注意养护，常
