22、、编制原则1、斜井及通过斜井施工正洞段均为反坡排水，通过移动潜水泵将水抽至集水箱，再由集水箱抽至泵站排至洞外沉淀池，再由沉淀池排至河道内。2、在施工发生大涌水时，水量超出泵站的能力，将下坡段掌子面段作为临时水仓，但是必须保证施工人员及机械设备能够有及时撤离掌子面。3、如涌水量大，产生了灾难性的后果，在确保抢险人员生命安全的情况下，及时采取有效的抢救方案，减少人员伤亡程度，降低灾害损失，积极组织人力、物力、财力全力抢险救灾，处理涌水，尽快恢复正常施工生产。三、工程概况燕山隧道位于河北省张家口市境内，隧道起迄里程DK52+950DK74+106(右线YDK52+960YDK74+114)，全长21
23、154m(右线21153m)。隧道为双洞单线隧道，最大埋深557m。洞内线路纵坡为5.1的单面坡，出口端位于曲线上，其余均位于直线上。燕山隧道4#斜井采用无轨运输双车道斜井，斜井平距1465m，斜长度为1472m。斜井与正洞交于DK64+300，夹角为49，斜井井口与井底高差为143.63m，从洞口到洞底每隔250m设置一处长度为25m、坡度为3%的缓坡段。 按照当前的隧道施工组织设计安排承担左线进口方向改DK63+407DK64+300段，长度893m的施工，左线出口方向改DK64+300DK65+042段，长度742m的施工；同时施工右线进口方向改DK63+413DK64+306段，长度8

28、d，正常最大涌水总量为23000m3/d;正洞右线设计正常涌水总量为12500m3/d，正常最大涌水总量为25000m3/d。五、抽水形式选择斜井主排水采用2级泵站接力抽排的形式。为了防止突然大规模涌水或是停电造成的大型抽水设备、电力设施被水淹没，在距斜井井底120m处设置大型抽水站，并由高压电缆将洞外10KV高压电引入洞内，在抽水站旁设置大容量变压器1台。斜井与正洞交汇处设置集水坑，水经沉淀后由大流量单级离心泵抽至大型抽水站，最后由大型抽水机直接抽至洞外。六、设备选型及管路布置考虑施工期间的注浆止水等堵水措施的采取，施工期间的斜井及正洞的正常总水量按照10000m3/d考虑，即416.7m3
29、/h。斜井斜长度1472m，斜井井口与井底高差143.63m。排水管使用2趟200mm的排水管路（2趟200mm的高压风管为备用）。（1）、水站座泵选择在流量Q=416.7m3/h时，管路损失计算过程如下：V=Q/F=Q/r2=416.7(3.140.0013600)=3.68m3/s；V2/2g=3.68(29.81)=0.187m/s；H沿损失=L/DV2/2g=0.0214720.20.187=27.52mH局损失=（止回阀2个，约1%+90弯头1个，约3%）=1014%=4.04mH总损失=27.52+4.04=31.56m其中V：流速，Q：流量，F：管路截面积，：沿程阻力系数，L：管
30、路长度，D：管路直径。根据以上计算，水泵扬程应大于143.63m+31.56m-12.72=162.47m，选用4台D280-454型泵，流量Q=280m3/h 时，扬程H=180m，配用电机：N=220kW/380V，能满足要求。2台同时工作，1台备用，1台检修。（2）、井底水站水泵选择井底水站至大型抽水站坡段长度为120m，按照坡度为10.6%计算高差为12.72m，通过相同计算可知井底泵站配置150WQ-200-30-30型号，流量Q=200 m3/h 时，扬程H=30m的无堵塞潜水污水泵5台，3台工作，1台备用，1台检修。（3）、斜井及正洞施工排水平面布置图4#斜井及正洞施工排水平面布
31、置示意图七、水仓设置斜井最大设计涌水量为10000m3/d。水仓的容量根据设计文件，即水仓容量按30min的汇水量设计，30min的最大汇水量为208m3，抽水泵站水箱按20m2m3m=120m3，水箱旁设置4台D280-454型泵压水通过排水管路排至洞外沉淀池。井底集水仓容积按10m4m3m=120m3考虑，集水仓中间设置隔离墙（预留排水缺口），作为临时污水沉淀池，通过沉淀池流入至另一边的集水仓内，集水坑仓水通过150WQ-200-30-30型水泵吸水通过管路至大型泵站水箱，沉淀池设在斜井井底左侧10m位置，与排水管路同侧，便于清淤。抽水泵站平面布置图4#斜井井身泵站横断面及纵断面图4#斜井
32、井底集水坑及沉淀池图八、供电方案及应急供电方案由于抽水机都是大功率用电设备，洞内供电采用50平方高压电缆将洞外10KV高压电引入洞内，根据以上抽水机的配置抽水站需配置一台1250KVA的变压器。当网电停电后，应急电源的能力应能够满足排水、洞内照明需要，洞内必须保证2台220KW多级离心泵、3台30KW污水泵抽水，排水用电功率为530KW，照明20KW，共计550KW，根据以上计算，洞内设置双回路电源，备用1台800KW的发电机作为应急电源。由于停电后通风机无法工作，洞内没有新鲜空气供应，因此800KW发电机只能设置在洞外，通过洞外800KVA变压器向洞内变压器反送电。九、设备配置表表2 设备选

37、分部领导下，认真执行各项安全生产技术措施。（2）、对安全生产积极提出合理化建议。（3）、当发生突泥涌水事故时，在应急小组领导的指挥下，进行各种抢险救援工作，积极参加事故原因的调查、分析，总结经验教训，防止类似事故的再次发生。十二、排水施工管理1、根据设计及现场情况制定详细的施工方案，经分部主要管理、技术人员讨论通过后报项目经理部通过后报监理站审批。2、施工前，工程部组织相关管理、技术及现场施工人员进行方案学习，使人人熟知施工过程和操作要求。 3、施工过程中各种设备及管路要严格按照方案，由专业队伍进行现场排水管理和实施，管路安装必须平、直、顺，并且弯度平缓，避免转锐角弯，以减小管路沿程阻力和局部
38、阻力，并且要加强日常维修和管理，避免返工现象发生。4、机械管理人员加强设备的日常检查工作，尤其是备用设备的完好，保证紧急情况下设备的正常运转。5、安排有经验的维修人员负责设备的日常保养、维护。必须配有专人对现场抽水机进行管理，并负责进行维修。6、电工必须定期检修抽水机，及时发现和解决故障，保证抽水机正常运转。7、为了保证抽水机能够正常启动和运转，必须为抽水机提供合适的供电设备。8、要求管路接头处必须处理好，不得漏水。9、在无轨运输期间，加强对管路的保护，避免因机械或人为损坏。10、在进入冬季施工前，要求对斜井进洞300m至洞口沉淀池范围进行管路防寒，防寒材料采用发热电路装置、岩棉管、沥青、胶带
39、等材料进行包裹。十三、安全保证措施1、对于排水系统的运转，机械队安排专人值班，发现异常情况及时进行协调解决，确保设备及人员的安全。2、在水箱、集水坑处挂设彩灯及警示牌，并对设备进行挡护。防止车辆及人员触碰。3、如掌子面发生涌水，水量超过了排水系统的工作能力。调度应立即组织人员撤离掌子面。如水量很大，淹井速度很快，应立即组织车辆拉碴回填。4、注意设备的使用、保养、维修，注意用电安全，经常进行检查，杜绝漏电，并派专人操作和维修，非机电修理人员不得随意拆卸设备。5、准备好抢险物资、材料，做好抢险准备工作，确保发生异常或险情时能够及时处理物资、设备能够提供到位，保证处理的及时性，防止事态的进一步扩大。
40、6、所有用电设备必须采用“一机、一箱、一闸、一漏保”的接线方式，并做好接地保护，严禁用同一个开关、开关箱直接控制二台及二台以上用电设备（含插座）。7、各种电气设备用的闸刀、插头、插座、空气开关不得有裸露、漏电现象。8、设备的负荷线、保护零线和开关箱应定期检查，发现问题立即报告专职电工维修。十四、环水保及职业健康保证措施1、斜井内排出的水含有施工产生的废油等，废水等经处理达标后方可向外排放，防止对周边环境造成污染。2、施工过程作业人员佩戴齐全安全防护用品，确保人身安全。3、施工过程中作业人员正确佩戴防毒、防尘口罩，防止矽肺病等职业病的发生。4、为保证砼的耐久性设计要求，对每一断层涌水进行水质取样测试分析，确认是否对砼存在腐蚀性，并将结果及时反馈到设计及相关单位。
