1、湘江2000吨级航道建设一期工程（株洲城陵矶）砼软体排专项施工方案一、工程概述湘江2000吨级航道建设一期工程（株洲城陵矶）项目第七合同标段濠河口滩左岸深潭设计采用D型砼软体排护底，排体规格为50m25m（长宽），由排垫和压载体组成，排垫采用250g/m2的土工布缝制成型，压载体采用C20砼块体系结于排垫，沉排施工采用垂直水流方向沉排法进行。沉排前，利用濠河口滩切咀土方对沉排区域深潭进行回填。二、挖泥及回填施工船舶设备的选定1、挖泥及回填施工：反铲式挖泥船两艘，开底泥驳两艘，配备拖轮两艘、交通船一艘、链斗式挖泥船（长臂反铲挖泥船）一艘、定位船一艘。2、沉排施工：我部计划租用武汉航道工程局沉排船
2、一艘，配备起锚艇一艘，交通船一艘，运输驳船两艘。3、测量设备：GPS两台套，一台固定在沉排船上，一台移动使用，配备测深仪一台，用于水下测量。三、砼软体排的制作1、压载体及系排梁的预制软体排压载体及系排梁均为C20混凝土，其配合比由具备相应资质的试验单位通过试验确定。压载体平面形状呈现为长方形，其尺寸为40cm26cm10cm（长宽厚），重量为21.93kg。在两侧长边各设有两个深度为6cm的凹槽，凹槽中心间距为20cm。系排梁单根长3.5m，截面尺寸为0.3m0.3m。预制施工前，先按设计尺寸制作定型钢模，并在使用过程中定期检查钢模尺寸是否满足设计要求。脱模后应及时清洗并刷脱模剂，投入下一批使
3、用。混凝土浇注时，采用两台平板震动机振捣密实，不得出现连贯性气泡、空洞。混凝土浇注完成后，应立即进行养护，养护期最少7天。在养护期内，必须保持预制件的湿润。2、排垫的制作排垫采用250g/m2的聚丙烯编制布缝制而成，标准排体长50m宽25m，沿排宽方向每隔50cm缝制一根宽5cm的纵向聚丙稀加筋条，排垫纵向两端各预留25cm用于纵向搭接，加筋条两端缝制5cm的圆环，圆环之间采用2cm的尼龙绳系结。加筋条与排布之间缝制100cm长1.2cm宽的长丝系结条用于系结压载体，每两根系结条为一组，中心间距为20cm，每组系结条间距为50cm。四、沉排区域基础处理由于沉排区域处于濠河口滩左岸深潭处，河床高
4、低起伏不平，局部落差较大，为保证软体排护底的施工质量，沉排前应对该区域进行基础处理。处理方案为：利用右岸切咀土方，回填左岸深潭，将沉排范围回填至16.0m左右，沉排施工前，将超高位置扫床至14.0m2m，扫床整平船机设备可选链斗式挖泥船或长臂反铲挖泥船。施工主要设备：反铲式挖泥船两艘、开底泥驳四艘、定位船一艘、链斗式挖泥船一艘（或长臂反铲挖泥船）；测量设备：GPS一套、测深仪一台。反铲式挖泥船定位在右岸切咀挖槽内，采取逆流分条横挖法施工。疏浚的土方通过开底泥驳运至沉排区域深潭位置卸泥。卸泥时，按先深后浅、先上后下的顺序回填，测量人员利用GPS将定位船驻位后，泥驳靠在定位船边，定点卸泥。对每处深
5、潭的回填，采取分层回填的方法，填至12.0m标高后，测量人员须用测试仪勤测水深，以防回填过高。回填完成后，经历一个洪水期，在沉排施工前对沉排区域进行基础整平处理。处理方案按船机设备的不同分为两种：采用链斗式挖泥船扫床整平；采用长臂反铲挖泥船扫床整平。链斗式挖泥船扫床施工时，采用抛锚的方式进行定位及移位，弃土通过卸泥槽装入泥驳外运至抛泥区。长臂反铲挖泥船扫床施工时，利用定位船定位及移位，弃土通过泥驳外运至抛泥区。扫床完成后，再次对沉排施工区域进行水下地形测量，验收合格后，方可进行软体排的铺设。两种方案的对比：采用链斗式挖泥船优点为费用低、功效高、施工难度小，缺点是整平效果相对较差；采用长臂反铲挖
6、泥船优点为整平效果好，缺点是费用高、功效低。五、沉排施工根据沉排方式的不同，沉排施工方式主要有两种，一是垂直于水流沉排，二是顺水流沉排，本工程主要采取垂直水流方向沉排法施工。1、施工准备施工前，再次对施工区域进行水下测量，根据测图数据指导沉排施工，保证沉排施工的质量和安全。水上沉排施工时，利用GPS进行定位，在合适的位置上架设GPS基准站，双移动站设在沉排船上，连接电脑（电脑存储有各排位参数），根据电脑显示的定位位置，指挥沉排船移动。2、压载体和系排梁运输预制的压载体和系排梁在预制场通过吊车调运到驳船，再水运至施工现场，再利用吊车转运至沉排船。3、劳力安排1、沉排船操作人员：8人， 2、砼块运
7、输及铺设人员工资：按平均工效3500m2/天考虑，需运输、铺设、系结14000砼块。施工时，每4人一小组，分区域完成砼块的运输、铺设、系结工作，初步估算平均每小组每分钟能完成3块，按有效工作时间7小时计算，需配置12小组48人，管理人员6人。3预制场配置吊车2人操作，搬运砼块的人员20人，管理人员2人；运输驳船2艘配置4人驾驶，4、测05指挥船，驾驶、轮机、水手共3人。4、排头排尾的固定沉排时排头采用系排梁来固定，排尾在每通条沉排结束时用尼龙绳牵引沉放到河底泥面上。5、沉排船定位及移动利用沉排船的6个电动绞关控制6根钢缆，控制沉排船的定位和移动。上、下游侧横缆控制沉排船的上下移动，船头的主缆和
8、船尾的尾缆控制船舶的左右移动。沉排船由双GPS系统实时跟踪指挥其定位，沉排时每通条按从上游向下游的顺序沉放。沉放时由GPS动态控制沉排轨迹和搭接宽度，实时绘出沉排轨迹，并校核轨迹与排布的实际长度、设计范围是否相符合，同时与理论轨迹对照，出现误差超出允许范围时，立即校正船位，防止排体偏离计划线。6、系砼块排沉放把预先加工好的排布卷入卷筒，将排头通过卡排梁平铺于工作平台。然后在工作平台上将砼块绑系于排布上，系满后松开卷筒和卡排梁，绞动沉排船，让系砼块排沿滑板沉入河底，以此循环。沉排施工每通条结束时，卡紧卡排梁，将卷筒上的排退出，卷入尼龙绳，用符合强度要求的尼龙绳将排布连接好，然后卷紧尼龙绳。最后松

10、，定出特征点坐标值。依据测图定出的特征点坐标值，在电脑中布设计划沉排轨迹线，供沉排施工时使用，并在电脑中标示出沉排范围。 由定位船上的GPS动态跟踪沉排轨迹，实时绘出沉排轨迹，并校核沉排轨迹是否与排布的实际长度和设计范围相符合，同时与理论轨迹对照，出现误差超出允许范围时，立即纠正船位，防止排体偏离设计线，保证护底范围和搭接宽度满足设计要求。 排头与排尾及时处理，防止滑移，排头放置牢固，排尾用尼龙绳牵引，控制达到设计边线。 排布展开在平台上按设计铺平系牢。排布沉放中控制好横移缆的绞移速度，并做到沉排指挥和操作人员之间协调一致，确保排布平顺匀速沉入江底，不破损、撕裂。砼块绑系要保证牢固。 沉排顺序
11、必须由下游方向往上游方向逐“块”沉放。使搭接处的上游排体压在下游的排体上，设计搭接宽度为5m。 排布展开在沉排船作平台上按要求系满系牢砼块。 沉放中控制好横移缆的绞移速度，并做到沉排指挥和操作人员之间协调一致，确保排布平顺匀速沉入江底，使排布沉放过程中不重叠、不卷排、不破损、撕裂。 垂直流向沉排时，控制沉排船船体尽量与水流方向保持一致，以利于排体垂直入水。水流方向可用浮标测定，观望浮标流向是否与船体相交，若出现相交，则用横缆调整船方向，使之平行。 沉排船安装监控录像设备，对软体排铺设施工全过程进行录像，并作为施工资料一部分，供业主和监理单位检查。八、安全保证措施 施工前对施工船舶与施工人员进行
12、安全技术交底，由安全主管针对当前施工，结合有关规范、规则组织全体施工人员参加。 注意施工人员的交通安全，上下交通船要有专人管理，乘坐人员必须穿戴救生衣，严禁超载现象发生。 注意收听天气预报和水位公告，切实做好防雾、防风等工作。注意水情通告，及时移船绞缆。 加强与过往船舶的联系和瞭望，避免发生碰撞事故，同时加强施工期航道维护管理，增加航标设置，合理划分施工水域和航行水域。 整个作业水域设立专门施工标志或标识，警示过往船舶已进入施工区域，以便加强注意力，以策安全。设立水上调度中心，注意合理安排各作业面钢缆配置，在危险地方设立警示标志。加强内部管理，严格将施工船舶限制在划定的施工水域内，不得随意穿越
13、航道。 施工船舶必须严格执行内河船舶航行避碰规则和中华人民共和国航道管条例的有关规定，按章显示信号、灯号、型号和旗号。机械设备在施工现场停放时，应选择安全的停放地点，夜间应有专人看管。指挥施工机械的作业人员，必须站在安全地点并应明确规定指挥联络信号。 对于水上作业的职工，必须进行身体检查。不能使患有心脏病、癫痫病的人和其它不适合水上作业的人，从事水上作业。在船上作业时，各有关人员应注意自身安全，不得穿拖鞋及高跟鞋。 施工时如果有雨，要采取防滑措施，船上应注意防滑、防落水。施工现场中的斜道板、跳板和交通运输通道，都应该及时清理。 所有施工船舶必须配置水上救生设施，临水作业必须穿救生衣。水上作业人
14、员应能正确使用救生设备。 加强对沉排船的检查和维修管理，各岗位工种需根据设备的性能和操作方法操作各种设备，确保设备自身的安全性。九、水上交通管制方案因濠河口滩软体排护底施工需要，为保障施工和船舶航行安全，拟定在施工期间对濠河口施工区域上下游各500m范围内的水道实施交通管制。实行单向通航，即下行船舶从西支航行，上行船舶从右岸通过，白天管制，晚上停止施工并将沉排船舶放下右岸的钢索绞至左岸边，方案如下：工程地点、管制区域和警戒区域：工程地点：濠河口滩湘江分流岔口，坐标为：A点（3168446.27,480351.56）、B点（3168348.19,480417.23）、C点（3168480.53,
15、480710.77）、D点（3168565.02,480679.04）、E点（3168547.55,480516.34），5点按顺序连线为施工区域的外边线。管制区域：AB、CD连线上下500米。上行线通航区域：BC连线外120米右岸作业时间、作业内容和交通管制要求：作业时间拟定为2013年8月15日9月15日06:3018:00。作业内容为D型软体排沉放。管制要求：禁止与施工无关船舶进入管制区；作业时间，过往船舶可在警戒船的指挥下，减速慢行通过施工外围水域。除上述两个作业时间外，其余时间为施工间歇期，不进行水上水下施工作业，过往船舶正常通航。注意事项：工程作业期间，作业船舶和警戒船舶在明显易见
