11、ity of鄂东职业技术学院16#学生公寓楼自升式门架升降机施工方案鄂东职院16#学生公寓主体工程开始时就安装2台SH100自升式门架升降机，以解决工程垂直运输的问题。自升式门架升降机的生产厂家为武汉建筑机械厂。 安装前的准备工作： 1、场地布局 我项目部通过对总平面布置图的研究和分析，对自升式门架升降机的安置位置已基本确定，具体位置详见附录现场平面图。根据厂家的的使用说明书，对于自升式门架升降机的基础土方开挖深度为0.5米，宽度为0.9米，长度为4米。自升式门架升降机的方位具体详见施工现场平面布置图。 2、基础的设置 土方开挖后，先进行人工清理基坑的虚土，然后采用蛙式打夯打夯，最后浇筑砼。
12、基础砼浇筑的技术要求： （1）、基础坑开挖后必须夯实，禁止在沉降不均的基础上浇筑砼； （2）、混凝土标号原设计为C20现采用商品砼C25。 (3)、各种预埋件按图纸要求制作、安装。3、安装拆卸的预定时间： 本自升式门架升降机安装拆卸根据施工需求进行安拆。 安装的施工方法： 1）、安装的基本要求 （1）、自升式门架升降机的安装严格按本说明收所规定的顺序和要求进行。 （2）、作业人员在安装时应戴安全帽，佩带安全带，穿工作鞋。 （3）、开口销必须张开到规定程度,轴端挡板(或U型卡),螺栓绳卡、钢丝绳压板螺栓及其它连接螺栓必须坚固可靠。 （4）、本机所配用的卷扬机必须有产品合格证，并制动灵活，可靠，不
13、得随意代用。 （5）、安装时，各销轴和销孔必须涂抹滑脂。 （6）、吊装组件时，必须按图纸给出的数值核算吊装设备的起吊能力。 （7）、一般情况下，吊篮中不允许站人。如站人进行维修时，吊篮需有可靠支承。（可利用停靠装置） （8）安装场地应平整，无杂物及障碍场地上空无输电线。 2）、安装程序 安装底架 （1）、安装底架，将底架放置在混凝土基础上，并用水平仪测量其水平，误差不得大于1MM，然后用设置的地脚螺栓坚固。 （2）、将升降台放在安装好的底架上。 （3）、安装基础节左右各一节。 （4）、安装吊杆。 （5）、在两个基础节有顶部各安装一专用支架。 （6）、将两个手拉葫芦装在专用支架上，并各挂住升降台
14、的一边。 （7）、拉动手拉葫芦将升降台提升到基础节上部，并使升降台上的卡板将升降台固定在两基础节间。 （8）、取下二个专用支架（暂放在升降台上），并将其中一个手拉葫芦挂在吊杆上。 （9）、转动吊杆拉动手拉葫芦，分两次起吊两个标准节，分别加在两个基础节上，并用螺栓坚固。 （10）、在两个标准节上部再安装上专用支架及手拉葫芦，将升降台到标准节最上部并固定。 （11）、将吊篮放置两柱架之间的底架上。 （12）、穿主卷扬机钢丝绳，缠绕示意图所示通过以上步骤，就完成了升降机的基础安装和第一次加节，此时升降机进入工作状态，吊篮可通过主卷扬升降。 升降机的加高 （1）、在吊篮中立放两个标准节，并注意附着管朝
15、上，并靠近建筑物，分别在吊篮上部横梁的两侧，起升吊篮约3M高，停车。 （2）、先拆下非卷扬机侧面立柱顶端的专用支架，并用螺栓坚固，然后在吊柱上悬挂手拉葫芦，再将第2个标准节吊起放置于升季台上。 （3）、将吊篮放回到地面，并使主钢丝绳放松，将卷扬机侧的主钢丝绳挂在升降台上。 （4）、拉手拉葫芦将第2个标准节放置在卷扬机侧柱架顶端用螺栓坚固。 （5）在加高的两个标准节顶端再装上专用支架，并装上手拉葫芦。 （6）、拉动手拉葫芦，使升降台上升，同时操纵主卷扬机，徐徐放松钢丝绳，放松量约9.5m，待升降台到柱架顶部时，固定住升降台。 （7）将主钢丝绳绕好。 这样通过以上步骤，便完成了升降台的第二次加高，
16、随着建筑物的升高，以后的加节步骤同上循环，直到所需要的高度。但每次加节后，须测量立柱的垂直度，误差不大于总高度的1/1000。 升降机的附着 当升降机随着建筑物升高而加高的同时，需要对本机进行附着，本机采用管扣件，架管与建筑物连接，除基础节外，从第二节开始，每两节进行一层附着。附着方式与位置见图示。注意：升降机的附着与升降机的加高必须同时进行，架管与标准节和建筑物的连接须可靠。通过以上几个步骤，这样整个升降机就完成全部安装工作，本机可进行施工运行。3）、升降机的拆卸拆卸的要求及注意事项（1）、升降机拆卸前必须将相关的附着架拆去。（2）由于施工完毕后，场地变得狭小，故要注意安全，杜绝事故发生。拆
17、卸的方法与顺序（1）、升降机的拆卸顺序按照架设时的逆顺序进行，后安装的先拆，先安装的后拆。（2）拆卸时，标准节落地依然靠吊篮来运输，每次两节。4）、升降机的维修与保养日常保养（1）、检查各连接处的螺栓，加有松动和脱落，应及时拧紧和增补。（2）、检查各钢丝绳固定端的连接可靠性，钢丝绳断丝，直径缩小超过规定，应立即更换。定期保养（每5天一次）（1）、对升降机各转动处，各轴承、轴套、滑轮、卷筒部位，定期加注黄油或机油。（2）、对吊篮动滑轮和卡板间连接钢丝绳严格检查，如有明显磨损，应立即更换。定期检查（1）、检查各金属结构件及各部件是否有变形，焊缝有无开裂及严重锈蚀情况，如有发现须及时处理。（2）、断
18、绳保护装置的拉簧，定期更换，更换周期为半年（或工作1500小时）。（3）、检查各连接螺栓及销轴、滑轮、滚轮等有无过度磨损及变形，并及时更新。（4）、手拉葫芦、滑动轴承处应进行清洗。5）、注意事项： 本工程升降机为货物运输机械，决不允许载人。 升降机加设完毕后，必须安装高度限位器。安装位置为立柱内侧，距升降台底部3M以上。 施工现场上料口上方应架设防护棚，其宽度应大于2M。其长度：低加升降机应大于3M；高架升降机应大于5M。其材料强度应能承受10Kpa的均布静荷载。 根据厂家提供的安全门图纸自制安全门，安装在进料的吊篮外端上，以防止吊物滚落。6）、质量保证措施 1、安装前对安装辅助工具，起重机械
19、的质量严格全面检查，确保安装无隐患。安装时，按方案步骤进行安装，把好质量关，先后不得混乱。 2、安装队长对参加安装人员进行具体分工，责任到人，技术负责人对各部位安装进行技术交底，确保每个安装人员安装时无疑问。 3、安装队长对每道工序进行检查验收，确保每道工序符合安装要求。 4、安装完毕后，对升降机进行全面检查试验，确保安装稳固，运行可靠，保险限位灵敏有效。 5、自检合格后，报当地劳动部门验收。7）、安全保证措施 1、安装队长负责全面安装安全工作。 2、安全负责人对参加安装的人员进行各项安全技术交底，确保安装人员心里有底，提高自身防护能力。 3、安装人员必须配合，备安全防护用具，戴好安全帽，系好
20、安全带，安全防护用具必须质量可靠。 4、在地上应设立自升式门架升降机安装警戒区，警戒员应认真看护好，确保警戒区域内无闲人。 5、安装时所有安装工具、机械不得抛郑。 6、安装时，风力不能超过四级，如风力突然加大或遇雨应停止安装，夜间安装应有充足照明。 7、本方案涉及的注意事项和安装工作均照自升式门架升降机安装使用说明书执行。 8、使用单位的工程负责人，安全员必须在现场监护，不得离开。防电避雷措施： 1、自升式门架升降机若在相邻建筑物，构筑物防雷保护范围之外，则应安装防雷装置，防雷装置的冲击接地电阻值不大于30。 3、防雷的做法：可用2.5m钢管或角钢打入地下间距为4-5m一根，连续设置打入土中-
21、0.6m以下处，用扁钢焊接在一起，并用16圆钢高于吊车1m以上，用不小于16m2/m钢线与上下焊接牢固。 4、接地装置完成后，要用电阻表，测定电阻值是否符合要求。9）、施工升降机安全技术要求 1、施工升降机驾驶员必须持证上岗，严禁酒后操作，不允许患有疾病时驾驶。 2、必须严格遵守说明书和安全操作规程，严禁盲目使用、 维修、保养施工升降机。 3、必须树立安全第一、预防为主的作业方针。 4、必须自觉遵守施工现场劳动纪律和规章制度，恪守职业道德，搞好文明生产。 5、驾驶员之间、驾驶员与其它人员之间应团结互助，同时应加强业务学习，不断提高技术水平和业务能力。 6、发生事故，驾驶员应保护好现场，及时上报
22、工地机械管理人员，并提供真实情况。 7、必须佩带规定的安全劳保用品。 8、夜间工作时，施工现场必须有足够的照明。 9、认真执行安全作业方针，及时填写设备履历书。 10、操作前，必须认真检查施工升降机工况，确认设备工况良好，方可驾驶操作。 11、施工升降机在运行中，驾驶员必须严禁维修工进行修理、调整、保养作业，除必要情况外不准带电检查。 12、操作时必需按规定进行，严禁越档操作或直接变换运转方向，操作必须平稳。 13、操作完毕，驾驶员应将梯笼放置到最底层，严禁悬挂在空中驾驶员离岗。驾驶员离岗下班必须切断电源与总开关，锁好笼门。 14、在维修设备登高作业时，必须遵守有关规定： a、要从爬梯和平台中
