1、后浇带是为了防止建筑物的不均匀沉降或大面积砼的膨胀收缩产生裂缝而设置的，一般设计会有说明浇筑时间.如无说明应当征求设计意见.一般规定是建筑物主体结构完成后28天方可浇筑施工，这一点主要考虑了建筑物的沉降.是在建筑施工中为防止现浇钢筋混凝土结构由于温度、收缩不均可能产生的有害裂缝，按照设计或施工规范要求，在基础底板、墙、梁相应位置留设临时施工缝，将结构暂时划分为若干部分，经过构件内部收缩，在若干时间后再浇捣该施工缝混凝土，将结构连成整体。后浇带的浇筑时间宜选择气温较低时，可用浇筑水泥或水泥中掺微量铝粉的混凝土，其强度等级应比构件强度高一级，防止新老混凝土之间出现裂缝，造成薄弱部位。设置后浇带的部
2、位还应该考虑模板等措施不同的消耗因素。1.为解决高层建筑主楼与裙房的沉降差而设置的后浇施工带称为沉降后浇带。 2.为防止混凝土因温度变化拉裂而设置的后浇施工带称为温度后浇带。 3.为防止因建筑面积过大，结构因温度变化，砼收缩开裂而设置的后浇施工缝为伸缩后浇带。后浇带的设计要求现设计院设计的后浇带施工图不尽相同，现行规范“高层建筑混凝土结构技术规程”（JGJ3-2002）、“地下工程防水技术规范”（GB50108-2001）及不同版本的建筑结构构造图集中，对后浇带的构造要求都有详细的规定。由于这些规范、标准是由不同的专家组编写，其内容和要求有所不同，各有偏重，不可避免地存在一些差异。 （1）后浇
3、带的留置宽度一般700-1000mm，现常见的有800mm、1000mm、1200mm三种。 （2）后浇带的接缝形式有平直缝、阶梯缝、槽口缝和X形缝四种形式。 （3）后浇带内的钢筋，有全断开再搭接，有不断开另设附加筋的规定。 （4）后浇带砼的补浇时间，有的规定不少于14天，有的规定不少于42天，有的规定不少于60天，有的规定封顶后28天。高层建筑混凝土结构技术规程”（JGJ3-2002规定是14天，60天。），混凝土结构构造手册第三版中国建筑工业出版社规定是28天。 （5）后浇带的砼配制及强度，有的要求原砼提高一级强度等级，也有的要求用同等级或提高一级的无收缩砼浇筑。 （6）养护时间规定不一致

5、。不同断面上的后浇带应曲折连通。 （3）后浇带砼浇筑，一般应使用无收缩砼浇筑，可以采用膨胀水泥也可采用掺和膨胀剂与普通水泥拌制。砼的强度至少同原浇筑砼相同或提高一个级别。 （4）施工质量控制，后浇带的连接形式必须按照施工图设计进行，支模必须用堵头板或钢筋网，接缝接口形式在板上装凸条。浇筑砼前对缝内要认真清理、剔凿、冲刷，移位的钢筋要复位，砼一定要振捣密实，尤其是地下室底板更应认真处理，提高其自身防水能力。1）后浇带处第一次浇筑留设后，应采取保护性措施，顶部覆盖，围栏保护，防止缝内进入垃圾、钢筋污染、踩踏变形，给清理带来困难。 （5）后浇带两侧的梁板与未补浇砼前长期处于悬臂状态，所以在未补浇前两
6、侧模板支撑不能拆除，在后浇带浇筑后砼强度达85%以上一同拆除，砼浇筑后注意保护，观察记录，及时养护。 编辑本段后浇带的设置一是JGJ32002高层建筑混凝土结构技术规程12.1.10条规定，当采用刚性防水方案时，同一建筑的基础应避免设置变形缝。可沿基础长度每隔3040m 留一道贯通顶板、底板及墙板的施工后浇缝，缝宽不宜小于800mm，且宜设置在柱距3 等分的中间范围内。后浇缝处底板及外墙宜采用附加防水层；后浇缝混凝土宜在其两侧混凝土浇灌完毕2 个月后再进行浇灌，其强度等级应提高一级，且宜采用早强、补偿收缩的混凝土。 二是JGJ699高层建筑箱形与筏形基础技术规范6.6.2条规定，基础长度超过4
7、0m 时，宜设置施工缝，缝宽不宜小于80cm.在施工缝处，钢筋必须贯通。6.6.3 条规定，当主楼与裙房采用整体基础，且主楼基础与裙房基础之间采用后浇带时，后浇带的处理方法应与施工缝相同。 三是GB500102002混凝土结构设计规范9.1.3条规定，如有充分依据和可靠措施，本规范表中的伸缩缝最大间距可适当增大，混凝土浇筑采用后浇带分段施工。 四是GB500072002建筑地基基础设计规范8.4.15条规定，对高层建筑筏形基础与裙房基础之间的构造应符合下列要求：当高层建筑与相连的裙房之间不设置沉降缝时，宜在裙房一侧设置后浇带，后浇带的位置宜设在距主楼边柱的第2 跨内；后浇带混凝土宜根据实测沉降
8、值并计算后期沉降差能满足设计要求后方可进行浇注。 五是GB501082001地下工程防水技术规范5.2.1条规定，后浇带应设在受力和变形较小的部位，间距宜为3060m，宽度宜为7001 000mm.5.2.2 条规定，后浇带可做成平直缝，结构主筋不宜在缝中断开，如必须断开，则主筋搭接长度应大于45 倍主筋直径，并应按设计要求加设附加钢筋。5.2.4 条对后浇带的施工规定如下：后浇带应在其两侧混凝土龄期达到42d 后再施工，但高层建筑的后浇带应在结构顶板浇筑混凝土14d 后进行；后浇带混凝土的养护时间不得少于28d. 1 、后浇带的设置应遵循“抗放兼备,以放为主”的设计原则。因为普通混凝土存在开
9、裂问题,设置后浇缝的目的就是将大部分的约束应力释放,然后用膨胀混凝土填缝以抗衡残余应力。 2 、结构设计中由于考虑沉降原因而设计的后浇带,在施工中应严格按设计图纸留设;由于施工原因而需要设置后浇带时,应视工程具体情况而定,留设的位置应经设计单位认可。 3、后浇带的间距应合理,矩形构筑物后浇带间距一般可设为3040m,后浇带的宽度应考虑便于施工操作,并按结构构造要求而定,一般宽度以700 1000mm为宜。 4、浇带处的梁板受力钢筋必须贯通,不许断开。如果梁、板跨度不大,可一次配足钢筋;如果跨度较大,可按规定断开,在补齐混凝土前焊接好。 5 、后浇带在未浇注混凝土前不能将部分模板、支柱拆除,否则
10、会导致梁板形成悬臂造成变形;施工后浇带的位置宜选在结构受力较小的部位,一般在梁、板的反弯点附近,此位置弯矩不大,剪力也不大;也可选在梁、板的中部,该位置虽弯矩大,但剪力很小。 6 、后浇带的断面形式应考虑浇注混凝土后连接牢固,一般应避免留直缝。对于板,可留斜缝;对于梁及基础,可留企口缝,可根据结构断面情况确定。 7、混凝土浇筑和振捣过程中,应特别注意分层浇筑厚度和振捣器距钢丝网模板的距离。为防止混凝土振捣中水泥浆流失严重,应限制振捣器与模板的距离,为保证混凝土密实,垂直施工缝处应采用钢钎捣实。 8、浇筑结构混凝土后垂直施工缝的处理 对采用钢丝网模板的垂直施工缝,当混凝土达到初凝时,用压力水冲洗
11、,清除浮浆、碎片并使冲洗部位露出骨料,同时将钢丝网片冲洗干净。混凝土终凝后将钢丝网拆除,立即用高压水再次冲洗施工缝表面;在后浇带混凝土浇筑前应清理表面。 9、后浇带混凝土浇筑 不同类型后浇带混凝土的浇筑时间不同:伸缩后浇带视先浇部分混凝土的收缩完成情况而定,一般为施工后60d;沉降后浇带宜在建筑物基本完成沉降后进行。在一些工程中,设计单位对后浇带的保留时间有特殊要求,应按设计要求进行浇筑后浇带混凝土;后浇带混凝土必须采用无收缩混凝土可采用膨胀水泥配制,也可采用添加具有膨胀作用的外加剂和普通水泥配制,混凝土的强度应提高一个等级,其配合比通过试验确定。 10、板支撑 对地下室较厚底板、大梁等属大体
