26、PVC砂垫层6000二、回填范围各单体首次分层、夯实回填至基础梁底下5cm，回填验收合格后，再铺设砖模，用砂浆抹平后绑扎基础梁钢筋。三、进度安排和劳动力组织回填土施工进度安排，统一由施工生产经理根据现场需要调配，劳动力选用有施工经验的，干活认真负责的工人操作。各单体回填时，劳动力应保证20人以上，分两个班组作业。具体回填进度安排如下表：四、回填前的准备工作1、由生产负责人（副经理）组织，并有技术人员对回填土进行详细安全技术交底。2、注意收听天气预报，掌握天气变化，合理组织人员施工，做好班前施工准备和班后防雨保护工作。3、做好回填土壤夯实密实度取样试验的准备工作。4、测量人员测设好分层标高标志桩
27、。5、为保证回填质量，回填土应注意覆盖保护，防止雨淋。6、回填前基坑应清理干净杂物、垃圾、零散用具等。7、承台及基础柱质量经监理验收合格后方可回填作业。8、回填土源供给充足、土质符合要求。五、施工机具配备各单体进行基础梁底回填时，主要机具有：打夯机、手推车、木耙、铁锹（尖、平头两种，小型挖机、2M靠尺、胶皮管、棉线和木折尺等。各单体配备数量如下： 工具名称单体名称打夯机手推车铁锹小型挖机2m靠尺棉线教学楼（一座）4台10辆20把3台5把若干宿舍楼（一座）3台8辆15把2台3把若干食堂5台15辆25把3台8把若干图书馆4台10辆20把2台5把若干物理实验楼4台10辆20把3台5把若干六、主要施工
28、方法及施工注意点1土的运输素土采用小型翻斗车将回填土从堆放点运至楼栋边，再用小型挖机配合手推车将土运至回填施工面，必要时可采用塔吊配合吊运。2、夯填操作工艺：（1）工艺流程基槽底清理承台、基础柱质量验收检查土质、耙平夯打密实度修整、找平验收。（2）回填土应从低阶逐层向高阶回填，先填深基坑（槽），相平后与浅坑全面分层回填。（3）回填土应分层摊铺，承台及基础柱边均应对称铺设回填，防止单面回填造成对结构测压破坏，每层铺土厚度为不大于300mm，每层铺摊后随之耙平。（4）回填土每层至少夯打三遍，夯实后厚度不大于200mm，打夯应夯夯相接，行行相连，纵横交叉，不准采用浇水使之下沉的所谓“水夯”法。（5）
29、如需要分层分段夯实时，交接处应填成阶梯形，梯形的高度比为1:2（高15cm、宽30cm），上下层错缝距离不小于0.5m，接槎的槎子应垂直切齐。分段夯填时，不得在转角处接缝。（6）回填土每层填土夯实后，按规范要求测出土的密实度，根据设计要求，密实度94%达到要求后，再进行上一层的铺土。（7）填土土料含水量的大小，直接影响到夯实的质量，在夯实前应先试验，以得到符合密实度要求条件的最优含水量和最少夯实遍数。土料含水量一般一手握成团，落地开花为适宜。当含水量过大，应采取翻松、风干、换土回填、掺入干土或其他吸水性材料等措施；如土料过干，则应预先洒水湿润。当含水量小时，亦可采取增加压实遍数或使用大功率压实
30、机械等措施；在气候干燥时，须采取加速挖土、运土、平土和碾压过程，以减少土的水分散失。（8）回填土夯实时，对于打夯机无法夯实的死角，如基坑周边应采取人工夯实。木夯或石夯的质量6080kg，人力送夯的落距4050cm，每打夯搭接半夯。（9）回填时，电气安装与土建应密切配合，当地坪有管道埋设时，回填至设计管底标高后即进行管道安装埋设，待管道安装完成经监理单位隐检合格后方可开始下一步的回填施工。在管道两边同时进行人工回填夯实，直至管顶0.5m以上后再采用打夯机夯实，以免破坏埋管。（10）修整找平：填土全部完成后，应进行表面拉线找平，凡超出标准高度的地方，应及时依线铲平，凡低于标准高度的地方，应补填夯实
31、。3、施工注意要点：（1）靠基础砼结构回填土内的石子粒径不应大于50mm。（2）当土质含水量过大，应采取翻松、晾干、风干、换土回填、掺入干土或其他吸水性材料等措施。（3）如基础有积水，应采用水泵将水抽至排水沟，做好基坑降、排水工作，保证回填过程中不受积水干扰。在滞水层以下施工回填土时，采取临时堵塞导水管，或将导水管加长直接将边坡渗水引入角部集水坑内，以防干扰。（4）每天收工应注意天气情况，及时覆盖基槽，土源防止雨淋。当天填土应当天压实。（5）下雨天应做防雨施工。七、质量保证措施1、严格把好回填土使用检验关，质量部门对回填土时进行含水率控制验收，回填土的干容重符合图纸设计要求，不合格坚决不予适用
32、。2、严格按照施工方案，技术交底及施工规范等要求施工，对不合格的回填土应重新回填。3、必须按规定分层夯压密实，按规范及相关标准取样检验回填土的密实度。基坑和室内回填土应每层按100500m2取样1组，取样部位应在每层压实后的下半部（回填基础梁时取样）。4、加强施工过程控制。5、回填土堆放要有妥善的防雨淋物资。6、回填土施工中，对于防水层，保护层均应妥善保护。7、夜间施工配备足够的照明设施，防止铺填超高。八、质量标准1、土方回填前应清除基底的垃圾、木块等杂物，抽除坑内积水、淤泥，验收基底标高；2、对填方土料应按设计要求验收后方可填入；3、填方施工过程中应检查排水措施，每层填筑厚度、含水量控制、压
33、实程度；4、回填土必须按规定分层夯实，取样测定夯实后的土质密实度不得小于94%。5、允许偏差项目：顶面标高：30mm；表面平整度：20mm。九、质量通病克服对策表影响回填土施工质量的因素对 策基底不干净填土前进行检查，合格后再填填土杂质多土源符合要求施工前没做好排水处理采取保证水流不失控的措施填土湿度未控制施工含水率与最佳含水率之差控制在施工规范内（-4%2%）。边角没有用小夯夯实准备小夯，由人工夯实土层虚铺过厚，没有做标高控制，压不实按夯实器具压实厚度填土，每层不得超厚没有技术措施施工前编制施工方案，并做技术交底技检人员专检不认真专检人员必须坚守岗位，一丝不苟，认真学习图纸、规范技术交底不清
34、详细、具体、认真地进行书面交底操作人员奖罚不明严格标准、奖罚分明操作马虎加强检查，不合格不交下道工序自检不认真认真执行自人负责制，强化班组施工质量管理十、回填土施工质量预控流程详附图十一、安全文明生产措施1、施工前必须组织全体施工人员进行安全交底，进入现场必须佩带好安全帽，带好个人防护用品。2、施工前检查机械线路是否符合要求，用电保护接地良好，各传动部件均正常后方可施工。3、操作和传递导线人员必须穿戴绝缘胶鞋和绝缘手套。4、打夯机作业时，电缆线不得打结和缠绕，作业中移动电缆线时应停机进行。5、操作时不得用力推拉或是按压手柄，转弯时不得用力过猛，严禁急转弯，行速速度控制在6m/min。6、两台以上夯机在同一作业面时，左右间距不小于5m，前后间距不得小于10m。7、作业后切断电源，卷好电缆，做好清洁保养工作，如有破损，应及时修理或更换。维修或作业间断时应切断电源。8、回填土时，注意边坡变化，由于回填时夯实的振动有可能造成局部坍塌，如有异常情况应即时通知管理员，并加强自我防护意识，采取即时措施。十二、成品保护1、夜间施工时应合理安排施工顺序，设有足够的照明设施，防止铺填超厚，严禁汽车直接倒入槽内。2、基础的现浇混凝土应达到一定的强度，不致因填土而损坏时方可填土。3、在进行柱墙边回填时应避免打夯时对结构造成损坏，应采用人工打夯。 中国中铁四局集团有限公司 - 9 -
