1、多台塔吊防撞碰、防触电安全措施方案1、 工程概况 1、建筑概况拟建本工程为咸宁市旅游新城潜山村城中村改造项目，项目位于咸宁市太乙大道旁，总建筑面积约180000m，抗震设防烈度为6度。、 2、结构概况本工程共39栋，其中5层22栋，为框架结构，结构高度16 m；11层为17栋，为框剪结构，结构高度33.3 m。本工程结构安全等级为二级，设计使用年限为50年。 3、塔机设置塔吊安装位置详见平面布置图。参照QTZ5010塔吊的相关技术参数，起重臂使用长度（幅度）46.8 m，采用固定式。塔吊型号：QTZ80，自重（包括平衡重）29.24 T，最大起重重量4 T，公称起重力距400 KNm，塔吊起重
2、高度可以自由调节。根据甲方提供的地质资料，塔吊基础坐落在回填土上，回填深度为3m6m,为保证塔吊基础的稳定性，采用4根直径1000 mm的人工挖孔灌注桩来加强地基的承载力，深度根据实际持力层深度调节，保证持力层为强风化石；主筋配置为12根直径12的螺纹钢，箍筋采用直径8的一级钢，螺旋箍筋间距100 mm，将桩和塔吊基础承台浇筑在一起，塔吊基础承台（见附图）长度宽度=4.60 m 4.60 m，厚度1.20 m，混凝土强度：C35，钢筋级别：二级。塔吊用电独立设置配电箱，并设置在离塔机3 m处。地基周围，已清理和平整好场地。 4、资源配置 人员配置：指挥18名，塔机司机18名，电工6名，安装人员
3、数名。二、防碰撞措施由于施工现场的需要，在施工期间需要多台塔吊才能满足主体施工要求。由于本工程占地面积较大，建筑物较密集，共有39栋,且在28#35#楼之间及B区段共有三条高压线穿过。目前安装六台塔吊,其中有四台塔吊分别由浙江建设机械集团有限公司生产的QTZ80塔式起重机(编号3#和5#)塔臂覆盖区域20#、21#、22#、23#、25#楼；由浙江明龙建筑机械有限公司生产的QTZ50（5008）塔式起重机（编号为6#和7#）塔臂覆盖区域为26#、27#、28#、29#楼。针对以上塔吊布置的实际情况和可能给塔吊带来的安全隐患，项目部根据现场情况，对塔吊司机、地面指挥员进行安全技术交底，并提出塔吊
4、在工程施工中的监控要点塔吊安装高度控制：1#塔吊始终比2#塔吊高5米，5#塔吊始终比7#塔吊高10米，5#塔吊始终比6#塔吊高5米，5#塔吊始终比3#塔吊高10米，6#塔吊始终比3#、5#塔吊高5米，（由于3#塔吊与7号塔吊不相交，高度没有要求），使各相交塔吊前臂高低错开，防止前臂发生碰撞。塔吊在使用过程中，必须注意以下事项：、作业前准备工作： 1、坚持持证上岗制度，严禁无操作证者上机作业，不属于本人负责的塔机不得随意上机操作。 2、塔吊司机、地面指挥员必须熟悉所操作塔吊的性能，并严格执行说明书有关规定和“塔吊十不吊”。 3、塔吊司机、地面指挥员在作业前检查对讲机电池用电是否充分，频道是否一致
5、，声音是否清楚，必须保证正常使用。 4、塔吊司机在每天开始工作时应检查各安全，限位装置是否灵敏可靠。 5、关注当地的天气预报，大雨、浓雾、雷电、六级或以上风力（风速20 m/s）天气严禁塔吊作业。 6、工地应给操作人员创造良好的吊装环境。同时制定好本工程各塔吊楼的施工进度,使塔吊之间以下间距始终高差三个标准件（7.5 m）。以满足建筑机械使用安全技术规程4.4.25条中“当同一施工地点有两台以上起重机时，应保持两机间任何接近部位（包括吊重物）距离不得小于2 m”的规定。 7、协调联通信息，先前相互交流作业内容，吊装计划，错开时间段吊装施工。、工作中注意事项： 1、塔吊司机在每次旋转前臂时，应进
6、行鸣笛示意，相互环顾临近塔吊前臂所处的位置，要缓慢旋转。 2、塔吊相互间做到礼让三先（后启动的让先启动的，不急需的物件让急需的，高塔吊尽量让低塔吊）严禁抱侥幸心理强行通行； 3、当高塔吊在吊物运行时发现低塔吊正在旋转前臂。应尽量收缩前臂小车，避免与低塔吊发生碰撞； 4、工作中塔吊司机应严守工作岗位，严禁擅自离开操作室； 5、设置地面总指挥一名，当遇到交叉吊物或塔吊不明确旋转角度时，均由总指挥一人负责调度。 6、物资堆放；吊装过程中将所有需塔吊吊运的物资分区堆放，以利于物资被就近的塔吊直接吊运。 7、低位塔吊的起重臂端部与另一台塔吊塔身之间的距离不得小于2m。 8、高处塔吊的最低位置的部件（或吊
7、钩升至最高点 或平衡重的最低部位），与低位塔吊中处于最高位置之间的垂直距离不得小于2m。 9、在再次起吊重物时，应吊离地面50cm进行制动试验，确保制动可靠；当塔吊与塔吊距离10 m时，应停止回转操作。、工作后： 1、作业结束人员在离开塔机前，必须将小车开至大臂的根部。 2、大臂运行至顺风方向停靠，作制动处理，关闭电源。四、塔吊与高压线距离的安全措施首先必须遵守塔式起重机安全规程GB 5144 及塔式起重机GB / T5031 的相关规定。1、 计划塔吊第一次安装高度为12 m，低于35千伏高压线6-8 m；同样低于110 Kv高压线12-14 m；35Kv高压线距离地面为18-20 m；11
8、0 Kv高压线距离地面为24-28 m。按电力设施保护条例实施细则规定，35 Kv高压线水平安全距离为3 m；110 Kv高压线水平安全距离为5 m，所以第一次安装到12 m高度是在安全范围内，塔吊可以360转动。2、 计划塔吊第二次加节高度为41 m，超过35 KV高压线23-20 m；超过110 Kv高压线10-13 m；3、 设置醒目的安全警示标志；4、 限位器设定（根据现场情况以及条件分别对回转和幅度限位器进行设定）。5、 确保塔吊距离35kv电压沿垂直方向不小于5 m，沿水平方向不小于4 m，110 kv电压沿垂直方向不小于6 m，沿水平方向不小于5 m。 五、 紧急措施 1、当塔吊
9、的重物或绳索与电线和架空输电导线有可能相碰时，塔吊指挥员应立即发出停止作业信号，操作人员应立即采取措施，按下紧急停车按钮，停止任何操作，待问题处理完毕后，确认无隐患后，方可进行急需操作。 2、塔吊回转超越预设的极限位置仍未停车时，操作人员应先按下紧急按钮，再将总电源开关切断。另项目部应经常组织检查塔吊各部件磨损情况，及时向主管部门和公司汇报。 3、若电气系统失控时，应先按“紧急停车开关，再切断电源开关”程序进行操作。 4、若发生事故（人员伤亡），必须保护好现场，立即拨打120紧急救护同时向项目部负责人汇报，项目部应立即启动救援组织机构，按“先抢救后调查”的处理程序进行操作；事故的处理应按“四不
