1、多层与高层建筑结构的定义：随着我国经济形势的发展，大中型城市多高层建筑迅速增多，多高层建筑已成为工业与民用建筑中最常见的房屋类型。近年来，我国高层建筑发展十分迅速，各地兴建高层建筑层数已普遍增加。房屋高度150m以上的高层建筑已超过100栋。国际上诸多国家和地区对高层建筑结构的界定都在10层以上。为适应我国高层建筑的发展形势并与国际诸多国家的界定相适应，我国高层建筑混凝土结构技术规程JGJ32002规定10层及10层以上的建筑为高层建筑结构。考虑到有些钢筋混凝土结构建筑的层数虽未达到10层，但其房屋高度较高，所以同时规定高度超过28m的民用建筑也为高层建筑结构，并把高度为常规高度的高层建筑称为
2、A级高层建筑，把高度超过A级高度限值的高层建筑称为B级高度的高层建筑。高层建筑和高层建筑结构两者的概念有一定的区别，对房屋建筑，我国不同标准有不同的定义，例如高层民用建筑防火设计防火规范规定10层及以上的居住建筑和高度超过24m的公共建筑为多高层防火设计的界限。高度与层数是高层建筑结构的两个主要指标，随着我国的经济形势的发展和工程界关于钢筋混凝土结构体系积累的工程经验及科研成果的逐步增多而发生变化。如高层建筑混凝土结构技术规程JGJ31991规定8层及以上的高层民用建筑结构为多高层建筑结构的适用界限，现行高层建筑混凝土结构技术规程调整为10层及以上为多高层。以上内容均根据学员实际工作中遇到的问
