41、洁、卫生，符合防火、卫生、通风、照明的要求。加强对农民工的健康保护，定期组织进行体检，确保及时治疗，保证农民工在工作场所(特别是隧道施工区)的职业卫生。4项目经理部必须实行目标管理，应将施工组织网络图、年度目标计划、工序交接流程、质量目标及管理制度上墙，并按季、月进行目标细化。5施工现场所有管理人员必须佩带胸卡（卡上应附照片、姓名、职务、岗位等）。6施工现场（工地）作业道路应保持平整，雨天不泥泞，晴天不扬尘，设有路标。机具材料应做到“二整”：机械设备保持状态良好整洁、停置整齐；施工材料堆放有序、存储规整合理，并插置标示牌。7工地现场外观应做到“三洁”：施工现场地整洁、生活环境清洁、 施工产品美
42、观洁净。场区及施工范围内的沟道、地面无废料、垃圾和油污，应做到工完料尽场地清。8各类拌合场地内地面必须硬化处理，材料分隔堆放，并标明名称、产地、规格，对水泥、钢材等，需设置防雨、隔潮设施。9现场施工用的主要机械设备配设“设备标志牌”标示出设备名称、生产厂家、出场日期、使用情况、操作人员名称等。现场使用的主要拌合设备设立正在拌和生产的混合料配合比控制牌。10施工现场每个施工点，均应有负责人现场指挥施工，主要部位应由技术人员顶岗，现场指挥和技术人员要熟悉操作工艺要求、质量标准。11施工便道进行日常养护，保证晴雨通车，经常清扫、洒水，防止尘土飞扬，影响当地群众正常的生活、生产活动。12现场进行的各项施工操作，必须按施工前的施工操作安排或相应的有关规范
