13、新区空港新城园区南大道（园区八路-第五大道）市政工程二灰碎石基层施工方案编 制： 审 核： 审 批： 陕西建工集团第一建筑工程有限公司2013年11月18日二灰碎石基层施工方案一、工程概况西咸新区空港新城园区南大道（园区八路-第五大道）市政工程位于空港新城北杜镇内，西安咸阳国际机场的西北边，咸旬高速以东，福银高速以北，园区南大道在本设计段落为东西走向，东起于第五大道，往西终点止于园区八路，设计道路全长2.21km，规划红线宽45m，渠化段红线宽度52m，属新建城市主干道，设计车速60km/h，采用四幅路设计，双向6车道。二、施工准备路床土路基封顶检测（压实度、弯沉、纵横坡度、设计标高等）合格后

15、：GPS1台、自动安平水平仪2台、经纬仪1台。三、石灰、粉煤灰稳定碎石施工方案 采用厂拌机铺法进行二灰碎石的施工。1、基层处理二灰碎石施工在交付合格的二灰土底基层上进行，施工前，清除底基层上干燥的浮土及杂物；使底基层表面清洁，底基层的试验各项指标合格。2、二灰碎石用料要求 石灰采用石灰粉碎机粉碎的生石灰，其氧化钙、氧化镁的含量符合规范要求。硫酸盐含量超过0.8%的土和有机质含量超过10%的土不得用于工程，并通过试验确定最佳含水量。粉煤灰：粉煤灰不应含有团块、腐植质和其他杂质，粉煤灰中SiO2、Ai2O3和Fe2O3的总含量应大于70%，烧失量不宜大于20%，比表面积宜大于2500cm2/g，含
16、水量不宜超过35%。 碎石：碎石应由坚硬耐久的岩石轧制而成，应洁净、干燥并具有足够的强度和耐磨性能；其颗粒形状应具有棱角，接近立方体，无软质石料和其他杂质。3、施工放样先测量放样，以间距5m定出中桩，用白石灰划出中线及边线，并测量出逐桩高程；根据试验段结果确定混合料的松铺厚度为27.2cm(设计厚度20cm，松铺系数为1.36)，然后以10m一点打钢钎、挂钢丝线；4、施工工艺准 备 工 作施 工 放 样厂 拌摊 铺 混 合 料整 形碾 压接缝和调头处理养 生试铺调整配 合 比试 验运 输 4.1试验段成果通过试验段试压确定：采用同点测量法，共测量4个断面，每个断面测12点，共测量48个测点，取
17、平均值确定二灰碎石的松铺系数为1.358。二灰碎石施工配合比为：石灰：粉煤灰：碎石8：17：75，其中1030mm的碎石占碎石总量的29、1020mm的碎石占碎石总量的40,05mm的碎石占碎石总量的31。二灰碎石级配范围见下表：4.2二灰碎石拌和(1)每天上、下午各测一次原材料的含水量，调整原材料的进料数量，使混合料中含水量略大于最佳含水量2个百分点左右。(2)混合料的检测应经常目测二灰碎石混合料拌和的均匀性，使出厂的混合料色泽均匀，无离析、成团块现象。试验人员应重点进行二灰碎石混合料的级配组成、灰剂量及含水量的检测。检测频率为每台拌和设备上、下午各一次。当出现特殊情况(如故障等)应由试验监
18、理工程师确定。4.3运输(1)运料由15t以上的自卸车运输，并根据运距配备足够的车辆。当距离较长或天气炎热时，应加盖蓬布，防止水分散失过快。 (2)卸料自卸车卸料时，设专人指挥，严禁发生运输车辆在已成型的二灰土急刹车、调头、运行速度超过10.km/小时、碰撞摊铺机等现象，且要防止混合料卸在摊铺机前层面上。 4.4摊铺(1) 施工前根据测量技术交底，提前安装摊铺用钢模板，外侧使用配套的钢钎固定在二灰土上以保证模板安装的稳定及线条。(2) 摊铺机就位后，熨平板按开始桩号处的虚铺厚度调整好，熨平板下垫放和虚铺厚度等厚的木块，并按2横坡将熨平板调整好，自动调平系统进入工作状态。(3) 摊铺机铺筑时，应
19、使送料槽中的二灰碎石混合料高度在螺旋布料器中轴以上，避免发生两边缺料现象。(4) 根据以往二灰碎石混合料的铺筑实践，开始时摊铺速度为1m/min，正常后为1.5m/min，这样铺出的平整度较好。(5) 二灰碎石混合料无需要求连续摊铺，但宜用大型自卸车运料，才能使布料均匀，铺筑质量较好。在上层铺筑时，应尽量做到一个作业段内连续铺筑，铺筑方法见图5所示。待半幅接平后，在全宽范围内一起碾压。 (6)接缝处理由于接缝处容易出现混合料离析、松散，跳车，整体性差，碾压困难等问题，因此必须认真处理接缝。 纵接缝由于基层全幅由2台摊铺机同时摊铺，在摊铺接缝处混合料级配、含水量均相近，且纵缝两侧同时进行碾压，施
20、工后纵缝能彻底消除。 横接缝横接缝也称工作缝，施工中不可避免，但要尽量减少横接缝。根据工作面长度，拌和、摊铺及碾压能力，我们制定了每天最低300m的工作段，小于300m时不予施工。 接缝处理每天施工结束后，摊铺机在终端1m处提起熨平板，驶离现场，用人工在熨平板抬起处横向清出一木模板的宽度(约20cm)，然后放入模板用钢钎固定好，即可进行正常碾压。在第二天施工时，先拆除横向模板，并将厚度不足部分垂直剔除，然后在成型的基层上垫厚3cm的木垫板，让摊铺机就位之后，可进行正常摊铺，碾压时先横向再纵向，以保证接缝的平整度。 (7) 摊铺层厚、标高控制和导向摊铺时采用张紧钢丝绳作为导向、标高、厚度的控制基
21、准，如图1所示。图 1 控制基准示意图双机联铺的后机位摊铺机在交缝区一侧安装非接触式传感器，如图2所示，以便使双机的交缝区标高顺接准确。图2 双机联铺交缝区标高控制示意图（8）摊铺作业1机摊铺510m后，2机开始受料并连续摊铺。2机熨平板应侧伸到先铺面层边线3060mm左右。并躲开车道轮迹带，摊铺过程中，不得随意变换速度，减少中途停顿次数，以免影响施工质量。4.5碾压(1)压实时，为了使顶面的平整度符合要求，我合同段采用26t轮胎压路机进行压实，增加表层混合料的密实性，达到致密平整作用。(2)根据以往施工实践，用LT22振动压路机振压3遍后，若再增加压实遍数，对压实度的提高几乎不起作用。因此，
22、我合同段在二灰碎面基层施工中必须配备了26t的轮胎压路机重型压路机，以取得良好的压实效果。(3)碾压方法路面基层的碾压分初压、复压和终压。 初压由于混合料厚度达26cm，摊铺后混合料仍很松散，呈半流动状态，直接振压或重型碾压，容易产生推移和波浪。我们采用先由轮胎压路机静压12遍，使其初步密实，压实度达到80%85%左右。 复压在初压完成后，用22t振动压路机呈梯形进行弱振压12遍，用22t振动压路机呈梯形进行振压23遍，直至压实度符合要求。 终压复压结束后，立即用三钢轮压路机进行终压。目的是消除轮迹，进一步密实。 压路机要紧跟摊铺机，呈梯形逐渐向前推进，形成流水作业。(4)碾压注意事项压路机不
23、得停在未压实的基层上，并不准在其上急刹车、急转弯和调头。振动压路机前进、后退换档时，应先停振再换档；若需停机时，应先停振再停机。终压前应检测一次标高，若发现高程超过规定时，应用平地机刮至规定值，再整平碾压。 4.6养生 1）该低基层成活后养护工作至关重要，石灰粉煤灰底基层表面易风干，如果养护跟不上，不但影响强度增长，而且表层松散扬尘，所以碾压完成后第二天开始养生，采用洒水车洒水养生的方法。每天洒水至少六次以上或视气候条件而定，应始终保持表层潮湿。养生期不宜少于7天。 2）在养生期间，除洒水车外封闭交通，在已经成活的二灰底基层地段禁止各种车辆通行，并进行封闭管理。五、质量标准二灰碎石路面基层质量

25、要求，石灰应经充分消解后才能使用。3）混合料配合比应准确，不得有灰团和生石灰块。4）摊铺时要注意消除粗细料离析现象。5）碾压进应先用轻型压路机稳压，后用重型压路机碾压到要求的压实度。6）保持一定湿度的养生，养生期要符合规范要求。质量体系框图见附图六、质量保证措施 我们根据项目部实际情况，建立组织严密完善的职能管理机构，按照我局质量保证体系正常运转的要求，依据分工负责，相互协调的原则，层层落实职能、责任、风险和利益，做到各司其职、各负其责，保证在整个项目实施过程中，质量保证体系发挥作用。1、成立以项目经理为组长、技术负责人为副组长的全面质量管理小组，形成行政上支持，技术上把关的良性循环，负责工程
26、总体质量控制。2、配备强有力的质检技术力量，以质安部为龙头，组织试验室、测量、电算室实施各工序的质量管理和数据检测分析，形成第二级自检体系。3、现场施工配备相应的技术人员及质检人员成立现场质量自检小组，形成第一级自检体系。4、专职质检人员经过专门培训并具有一定资质和现场施工经验，经项目经理部批准后方能上岗。5、成立质量体系审核小组，定期进行内部质量体系审核，并不断改进有关质量管理措施。本项目质量管理体系框图及质量保证体系框图见后页。七、安全措施安全组织管理机构图组长：项目经理副组长：副经理副组长：技术负责机械 物 资 部工 程 试 验室安全质量检查 部班组 兼 职 安 全 员工 程 队 队长施
