2、。，运用科学管理，制定严格的质量、进度和安全生产的控制措施，大力采用新技术、新工艺和新材料，以科技推动生产，降低成本。在施工过程中，同建设单位、监理单位、设计单位和质检单位密切合作，继续推行项目法施工，实施ISO9002质量保证体系。责任到人，实行目标管理，精心组织施工，确保优质、高效、高速、安全、文明生产。为此我公司制定以下各项目标：一、工期：确保560天内完成招标规定的全部工程项目。二、质量：单位工程质量达到优良标准，分部工程全部优良。争创深圳市优良样板工程。三、安全：按广东省五无标准(无死亡、无重伤、无火灾、无中毒、无倒塌)，严格按建设部一标三规范组织施工。四、文明施工：严格按建设局的文

4、楼（48#、49#、50#）各三十二层和二层地下室组成。该工程总建筑面积85874.66平方米，建筑高度91.8米。铝合金门窗总面积约13620平方米，其中铝合金门面积4275平方米，总面积9345平方米。二、门窗类别分别有70系列和90系列规格，采用5mm原玻璃，铝门窗框及玻璃颜色由甲方确定。第二章工期及质量标准一、工期：本分部工程工期应顺从主楼工程施工工期安排，从中穿插流水作业，并应保证满足主楼施工进度要求和不影响其他分部工程施工。二、质量标准：本工程质量标准要求达到优良。第三章施工人员部署及机械设备一、人员部署为达到优质、安全、按期完成本工程，我单位围绕本工程项目的具体施工作如下人员部署

8、床上进行，其位置偏差为0.5mm。5安装密封条：应按图纸要求安装指定的密封条。密封条不得有断口。橡胶条不得有预拉应力。6装配和安装五金配件：装配应按图纸施工，所有五金配件应符合技术要求，门窗装配精度应比安装精度提高10%。7安装玻璃：应在相应之规范执行，玻璃不得有尖角裂纹，下端应垫防震垫。8打胶：打胶应在无灰尘无污染之环境中进行，胶缝必须充满，不得有气泡、断层。打胶前型材和玻璃表面应用溶剂清洗。9涂沥青漆：所有与水泥砂浆接触之部份要涂满沥青漆。10包装：门（窗）出厂前应做质量检查，并帖合格证，施工过程中的外露部份要贴PVC防护膜。11工艺流程组装领料下料加工 自检 自检验收安装验收包装12工程
9、质量检验标准按：GBJ301-88执行。二、安装规程1准备工作1）熟悉施工图，明确门窗安装的技术要求，门窗数量、规格、安装位置及方向。2）按设计要求检查洞口尺寸，如与设计尺寸不符，应予以纠正。3）确认建筑物每层的门窗安装位置参考线（标高线、门窗正面中心线和侧面中心线）明确门窗实际安装位置与放线的关系。4）认真检查门窗的制作质量、数量和外观，并做好验收记录，对不符合质量要求的制品有权拒绝验收。5）安装工具和人员素质必须符合工程要求。2质量要求1）保证项目门窗的安装位置、开启方向必须符合设计要求门窗框的安装必须牢固，锚固件的数量、位置，锚固方法及防腐处理必须符合设计要求，锚固件应双侧锚固或交错双侧
10、锚固。锚固连接件可用射钉或膨胀螺栓，但砖墙严禁用射钉固定。洞口有间隙时，允许用木楔双向垫紧，但木楔外露部分不得超过2cm，上表面不得高于型材底边，如间隙过大，允许用其他建筑材料填嵌，但必须用水泥砂浆固定，其高度不得超过型材底梁（见图1-2）。配合土建做好防雷措施。2）基本项目门窗扇安装应符合以下规定。A平开门窗扇：关闭严密、间隙均匀、开关灵活。B推拉门窗扇：关闭严密、间隙均匀、扇与框搭接量符合设计要求。C地弹簧门扇：自动定位准确，开启角903，关闭时间在6-10秒之间。门窗附件安装应做到品种、数量齐全、安装位置正确、牢固、灵活适用，达到各自的功能、端正美观。门窗外观应做到表面清洁、无划痕、碰伤

13、次采用13防水砂浆填塞饱满。第二次采用12防水砂浆填充（或灌注）。拆除原有固定窗框垫块，填塞防水砂浆。外墙饰面与铝窗框接合处必须打防水胶。平开窗与土建的结合部位也按下图5处理：第五章质量控制一、材料采购1铝材：我们将根据图纸及甲方要求严格选用铝合金全型材，表面经阳极氧化处理，氧化膜厚度不小于15mm，生产厂为全国名牌厂家。2玻璃：根据图纸及甲方要求按标准选用优质浅绿色浮法玻璃，门窗选用5m/m厚度玻璃。3密封材料：密封胶条选用中国建设机械总公司定点厂合和塑胶厂生产的挤压密封胶条并应符合相应的国家标准，密封胶一律采用进口硅酮胶，外墙防水胶选用名牌防水胶。4钢材及五金件：1）钢材：选用符合GB32
14、74、GB700、GB912、GB3077及GB699标准的钢材并经防腐处理。2）锌合金件：应符合GB1175和GB2702标准。3）不锈钢滑撑应符合GB9300标准。5所有材料必须出具出厂合格证书及相应的质检报告书。二、制作质量控制在严格按制作规程要求下，采取由作业人员自检，质检员抽检的检验方式。检验机械设备、量具的精度，并调较到正常的工作状态和监控运行过程的稳定性。按照拟定的工艺进行加工，严格依照加工技术标准检验加工件的下料、装嵌尺寸是否在标准允许的误差范围内，表面保护、包装是否符合要求。检验对象为处于下料至包装各工序中的任何加工件。质检员做好检验记录，监督不合格品的返工、更换。杜绝不合格
15、产品出厂。三、安装质量控制在严格按照安装规程的要求下，为了能够彻底解决铝窗漏水此问题，我们针对本工程，采取以下一系列质量控制措施。1主要施工顺序清理洞口安装框刷素浆结合层塞缝1塞缝2作窗台抹灰铝型材与外窗台交界面四周打胶框拼缝及针眼打胶密封。2主要技术措施1）安装窗框，保证窗框与基层连接牢固，在窗框安装定位过程中，使用易于拆除的木垫块进行定位。2）铝窗与结构接缝的位置，是铝窗的主要渗水渠道，处理好这一部位对解决漏水问题是至关重要的，首先清理洞口用钢丝刷将基层仔细清理干净湿水、刷素浆，保证窗塞缝及窗台抹灰能紧密结合。3）窗框安装固定后，进行塞缝，塞缝分二次进行，第一次应用干硬性13防水砂浆，尽量
16、填塞饱满；第二次（12小时后）采用塌落度较大的12水泥砂浆填塞，并将原垫块拆除，填塞水泥砂浆。4）当填塞砂浆硬化后，在室外作防水涂料层。5）平开窗框扇之间密封条咬合不紧密是造成漏水的另一重要原因，首先应用进口耐老化的密封条，扇四周的密封条应连接成整体，用热铬铁连接。6）将扇及框的接缝处，钉眼处打胶密封。7）外墙外侧饰面材料装好后，在与铝窗接缝处打水油膏填塞。8）附铝窗外框处理顺序示意图。第六章安全体系根据安全条例和本公司的工程经验，制定本安全守则并监督实施。一、工厂安全守则1全体员工必须接受上岗前安全教育，经考核合格后方可上岗作业。2作业人员须穿戴劳保制服、鞋帽。介床、冲床等机械操作者须相应佩
17、戴护眼镜、耳塞。3机械设备由专业人员维护，定期检查。4按规定设置灭火设施严禁烟火，妥善保管易燃易爆物品。5注胶车间保持良好的通风，注胶机由专业人员操作。6常备应急药品，配备简易医疗器械。以上守则由安全小组监督执行，并向技术总监负责。二、施工安全守则1进场前必须结合施工现场实际情况，对施工人员进行安全教育。2进入施工现场必须戴安全帽。3高空作业必须系好安全带。4电线、电缆由电工牵引接驳。5安全使用电焊机。6特殊工种必须由专业人员完成。7服从总包单位统一管理。8配置灭火器设施。以上守则由安全员监督执行，并向技术总监负责。第七章施工进度计划一、根据本工程的工程量，总工期，本方案暂按120天考虑，我们
18、将作如下安排：1准备工作5天2厂内制作35天3门窗框安装45天4门窗页安装55天5调试10天6清洗5天二、总的来说，门窗工程作为总体工程的分项，其施工进度应做到满足甲方及土建施工的需要，才能达到优质、按时的交工。三、附工程进度表。第八章工地协调及施工配合一、工地协调及施工配合是优质、按时完成工程不可忽视问题。门窗工程作为整体工程的分项，施工过程中必须与其它工程作穿插作业，所以成品保护是重点问题。成品如果保护不好，直接影响了工程的质量、工期。在这方面，土建单位和安装单位为同家施工企业，将不存在任何配合困难的问题。二、工地需提供的条件1协助解决垂直运输及个别部位的脚手架。2协助解决水电供应。3协助
