1、 筏板基础钢筋施工方案一、 编制依据：1、钢筋机械连接通用技术规程JGJ 10720102、钢筋等强度剥肋滚压且螺纹连接技术规程QYJ10720103、混凝土结构施工平面整体表示法制图规则和结构详图11G101-14、筏板基础混凝土结构施工图平面整体表示方法制图规则和构造详图11G101-35、建筑工程施工质量验收统一标准（GB50300-2013）6、混凝土结构工程施工质量验收规范（GB50204-2002）7、施工现场临时用电安全技术规范JGJ462005；8、建筑施工安全检查标准 JGJ59-20119、建筑地基基础设计规范GB5007-201210、舜禹信息技术研发中心项目图纸二、工程
2、概况本工程建筑面积：地上约47638.33平方米，地下约19674.1平方米。总高度：100m。层数：地上26层，地下2层。基础采用钢筋混凝土灌注桩+筏板基础。基坑周长约392.8m，基坑采用钻孔桩加二层砼支撑支护结构形式，基坑周边采用三轴深搅桩，施工形成封闭的止水帷幕。基坑平均开挖深度约12.5m。基坑采用管井降水、基坑明水采用明沟及局部临时挖坑排水。本工程0.000m相当于绝对标高8.6m，室外场地标高8.15m,室内外高差0.450m。本工程由南京长安建筑规划设计有限公司。基础底板为筏板基础，长140.10m，宽55.40m，面积约为7761.54平方米。底板顶标高-11.7m，基础采用
3、钻孔灌注桩基础，桩径分600、700、800、1000和1100五种。，底板厚度分为600m、750mm两种不同的厚度。整个地下室底板南北方向设六道，将整个地下室分成7个块，其分块图如下：三、施工准备1、机械设备：钢筋切断机、弯曲机、钢筋调直机、直螺纹滚压机及相应的配套吊装设备。2、材料：各种规格、型号、级别的钢筋，必须具有出厂合格证，进场复试合格后方可进行加工、制作。3、作业条件：（1） 有专门的场地供钢筋加工、制作使用。（2） 各种设备在操作前检修完好，保证正常运转，并符合规定。（3） 钢筋抽样：作业人员熟悉施工图纸、会审纪要、设计变更、施工规范、图集。按照图纸设计要求的钢筋规格、形状、尺

6、扎筏板上层钢筋（1） 铺设上层马凳钢筋：马凳采用20，马凳短向放置，间距1.2米. 长向放置间距1.2m。 钢筋马凳（2） 绑扎上层钢筋，在马凳架立筋上划好钢筋位置线，按图纸要求，顺序放置上层钢筋，要求接头在同一截面相互错开50，同一根钢筋尽量减少接头。3、墙、柱插筋底板钢筋绑扎完毕，绑扎柱子插筋和墙板插筋，柱子插筋应全部直通到筏板底，并应满足锚固长度大于34d，插筋位置要准确，固定要牢固，接头在同一截面上要错开，并不超过50%，在筏板底部和顶部之间绑扎三道箍筋。墙板插筋，插入底板内应满足锚固长度35d，内外排插筋均要带麻线拉直，位置要准确，固定要牢固，接头在同一截面上要错开，但不超过50%，
