15、工序硅酮嵌缝材料主要施工工序为：（1）勘察施工现场，技术人员根据现场实际情况制定嵌缝施工方案；（2）确认嵌缝材料和界面剂数量，确保配套工具可以良好运转；（3）合理分工，并按施工方案进行嵌缝施工；（4）施工完毕后，清理机具，打扫施工现场，并清点嵌缝材料和界面剂数量；（5）进行施工总结，根据现场施工情况和使用嵌缝材料和界面剂数量安排下一次嵌缝施工。3.2 施工工艺流程 施工工艺流程如图3-1所示。泡沫板裁剪安装伸缩缝处理涂刷界面剂伸缩缝两侧封堵准备万能胶、透水模板布泡沫板嵌缝材料灌注嵌缝材料抹平成品验收、保护准备胶枪泄漏时二次灌注缝顶面两侧粘贴胶带图3-1 施工工艺流程图3,3施工技术3.3.1
16、伸缩缝处理伸缩缝两侧多余的混凝土应用锤子、凿子和角磨机将其清除，接缝内的多余泡沫塑料、杂物、碎石等应用角磨机和一字螺丝刀将其清理，如图3-2所示，确保伸缩缝内的清洁干燥。 图 3-1 清理伸缩缝内多余的泡沫和杂物3.3.2 表面处理伸缩缝内的混凝土表层存在浮浆、灰尘和附着在表面的泡沫等杂物,应使用角磨机、壁纸刀、锉刀等工具将其清理掉，并混凝土表面打磨粗糙，然后使用吹风机将伸缩缝及附近混凝土的杂物吹扫干净，如图3-2所示。 （a）打磨混凝土界面 （b）吹扫灰尘和杂物图 3-2 混凝土表面打磨与吹扫 处理完成后，将界面剂按照A、B质量比11配制好后，涂刷在伸缩缝内侧，涂刷应均匀且涂刷层厚度应适中，
17、如图3-3所示。图 3-3涂刷界面剂3.3.3 镶嵌衬条按标准要求裁剪尺寸适宜的泡沫板，并将其放入伸缩缝内,如伸缩缝宽度宽于泡沫板，可用泡沫条镶嵌入伸缩缝，防止嵌缝胶流入底部，出现凹面，如图3-4所示； （a）裁剪泡沫板 （b）镶嵌泡沫条图3-4 镶嵌衬条3.3.4侧面封闭与防护将万能胶涂刷在透水模板布和泡沫板的四周，先将透水模板布密贴在伸缩缝两侧，然后将泡沫板附于透水模板布上压实，最后用胶带泡沫板固定，如图3-5所示。 图3-5 侧面封闭封闭完成后用胶带将缝周围的板面遮盖，防止施工过程中，嵌缝胶污染板面,如图3-6所示。 图3-6板面防护3.3.5嵌缝作业待界面剂表干后，用胶枪将硅酮嵌缝材料
