2、83，总建筑面 33789.17，其中地下建筑面积 4686.19；地上建筑面积 29102.98；工程包括：7 幢住宅，3 幢配套服务用房，1 幢沿街商业，1 个地库。16- 01 用地 9600，总建筑面积 17067.98，地下建筑面积 3016.69，地上建筑面积 14051.29；工程包括：5 幢住宅，3 幢配套服务用房，一个地库。17-01 用地 19894，总建筑面积 46652.93，地下建筑面积 11972.83，地上建筑面积 34680.1 ；17-02 用地 18262，总建筑面积 46987.17，地下建筑面积 13291.26，地上建筑面积 33695.91；17-0

3、1、17-02 两个地块工程包括：22 幢住宅， 8 幢配套服务用房，1 幢沿街商业，1 个地库。工程结构为框架-剪力墙结构，住宅及商 业基础采用混凝土预制管桩桩筏或承台基础，一层配套用房采用承台基础，建筑设计 等级为二级，建筑耐火等级地上二级，地下一级。抗震设防烈度为 7 度，住宅地下室 埋置深度相对0.00 约-3.5m。地库-5.5m. 地下车库为框架结构，底板设计防水做法：地下室底板为自防水钢筋混凝土底板； 地下室外墙为自防水钢筋混凝土侧墙，10 厚 1:3 水泥砂浆抄平层，2 厚聚氨脂防水涂 膜，50 厚 XPS 挤塑聚苯板保护层；地下室顶板为自防水钢筋混凝土，20 厚 1:3 水泥

10、施工缝主要是指钢筋混凝土竖向构件的水平施工缝，根据其留置部位分为有防 水要求的施工缝和无防水要求的施工缝。 2、有防水要求的施工缝主要指地下室外墙上留置的施工缝，根据施工总体部署， 地下室外墙上共留设 1 道水平施工缝。 3、无防水要求的施工缝包括地下室内墙柱水平施工缝,别墅墙柱水平施工缝，其 留置位置为：每层楼板板面处。 4、有防水要求的水平施工缝处理方法： 、根据设计图纸，在施工缝中间沿结构周圈设置一条 3003mm 封闭钢板止水带。 止水带钢板选用 A3 钢，每段长 4M，两段止水带焊接连接，沿竖向双面满焊，焊缝不得 有气孔、夹渣现象、保证密实不漏水。 、钢板止水带在墙中每隔 2M 用

11、25 钢筋焊接支架，固定牢固，并且保证位置 准确。 、地下室外墙板高短墙与下部结构混凝土同时浇筑，注意控制混凝土浇筑标高 至板面上 350mm 处，不得偏高或偏低。 、浇筑上层砼前应将结合处已有砼面清理干净，剔除表面浮浆及松动石子等杂 物，钢板止水带表面也应清理干净，并用清水冲洗。 、在浇筑上部结构混凝土时，将接槎面用水充分润湿，并且要求在混凝土施工 前在接槎面上先浇筑一层 50mm 厚与结构混凝土同配比的水泥砂浆，以保证新旧混凝土 的有效结合。 5、无防水要求的水平施工缝处理方法： 、先清洗干净新旧混凝土接槎处的凿毛面，在浇筑时先用与新浇筑混凝土同配 比的水泥砂浆 3050mm 厚进行接浆处
