14、。二、施工工艺流程及操作要点1、施工前准备：（1）湿接缝、湿接头的施工工艺应通过审核批复的，施工现场应具备经批准的张拉、压浆程序和现场施工说明书。（2）钢筋、钢绞线、锚具、夹片应按规定频率检验合格；湿接缝、湿接头混凝土及孔道压浆所需的水泥、石子、砂、水、外加剂按规定频率检验合格。（3）混凝土、水泥净浆配合比必须通过中心试验室的验证批复。（4）张拉及压浆设备应经具备资质的法定计量技术机构效验；计算出钢绞线张拉各应力的油表的读数，及钢绞线的理论伸长值。2、上道工序检查：（1）检查箱梁的架设，箱梁架设的支承中心偏位、箱梁倾斜度、箱梁顶面纵向高程、相邻箱梁顶面高差满足设计及规范要求；箱梁底与临时支座须
15、密贴无悬空，箱梁支撑稳定。（2）检查箱梁湿接缝、湿接头的凿毛情况，如达不到要求的凹凸不平度必须进行补凿，且用压力清水冲洗干净。3、钢筋的加工及安装：（1）钢筋的加工：钢筋必须按照设计等级、规格、数量及尺寸加工，计算好单根钢筋长度后下料，在工作台上按设计钢筋尺寸放样，机械加工。轴心受拉和小偏心受拉杆件中的钢筋接头和直径大于25的钢筋连接，应采用焊接。（2）箱梁湿接缝、湿接头预留钢筋的连接：对箱梁湿接缝、湿接头的预留钢筋进行整直、除锈、除油污等处理，钢筋经过整直与除去污锈后，应达到钢筋表面洁净平直，无局部曲折，且箱梁之间对应的受力筋应同轴。箱梁湿接缝预留钢筋与桥面板环形钢筋连接，必须采用焊接，焊接
16、若采用单面电弧焊，应满足钢筋搭接的最大可焊长度（设计单面搭接长度不足），环向筋接头应上下交错分开布置。箱梁湿接头预留受力钢筋的连接必须采用焊接，可采用搭接电弧焊或帮条电弧焊，焊缝指标必须满足要求。箱梁湿接头其他预留钢筋的连接，可采用点焊或绑扎，钢筋绑扎应于搭接处在中心和两端用铁丝扎牢，搭接长度应满足要求。钢筋采用搭接电弧焊时，两钢筋搭接端部应预先折向一侧，使两接合钢筋的轴线一致；帮条电弧焊应采用与主筋同品牌同级别的钢筋。焊接时，引弧应在垫板或形成焊缝的部位进行，不得烧伤主筋；焊接过程中应及时清理焊渣，焊缝表面应平整或呈鱼鳞状，焊缝余高应平缓过渡，弧坑应填满，不得出现气孔或夹渣。（3）湿接头钢筋
17、骨架的安装：钢筋骨架的安装必须保证设计要求的钢筋根数、间距、位置及尺寸。钢筋的交叉点应用铁丝绑扎结实，绑扎应用满绑或梅花绑，必要时可用点焊焊牢。应在钢筋和模板间设置垫块，垫块应与钢筋扎紧，并相互错开。4、负弯矩区预应力管道的安装：（1）负弯矩区预应力管道应安装牢固、线型圆顺，按设计或用“井”字筋准确定位。（2）负弯矩区应力管道的连接可用直径略大的管道套接，并用胶带缠绕密封，保证接头密合。（3）若箱梁之间的管道位置有微小偏差时，连接部分应平缓的过渡，不得出现大的偏折。（4）浇筑混凝土时，应在管道中插入有一定硬度和韧度的塑料管并随时来回抽动，以防止管道变形。（5）应严格控制预应力管道的坐标及完好性
18、，并加强各接头的处理，防止水泥浆进入管道，保证钢绞线安装时能顺利穿入。5、模板的加工及安装：（1）模板的加工：在计算荷载作用下，对模板、支架结构按受力程序分别验算其强度、刚度及稳定度，均应满足要求，且结构简单，制作、装拆方便。模板板面之间应平整，接缝严密不漏浆，模板不允许搭接，保证混凝土外露面美观，线条流畅。钢模板厚度不小于4；胶合板厚度不小于15，设横向加劲肋，间距不大于50cm。（2）模板的安装：箱梁湿接缝模板的安装，于每加劲肋处用16mm 拉筋吊于桥面架设的横梁上，拉筋外套PVC 管，以便用绳索将模板吊放到桥下。箱梁湿接缝模板与箱梁翼缘板重叠部分，可粘压双面胶条，以防止漏浆，双面胶条应顺
19、直以保证湿接缝的外观。箱梁湿接头模板的安装，底楔、拉杆、支撑都要牢固，并处理好接缝，以确保砼浇筑过程中不发生跑模、漏浆、变形等现象。模板应涂抹脱模剂，脱模剂不得使用废机油等带色油料，且不得污染钢筋及混凝土接缝处。6、箱梁湿接缝、湿接头混凝土的施工：（1）混凝土的拌和和运输：混凝土拌和前应根据集料的含水量调整配合比，混凝土拌和物应拌和均匀，色泽一致，不得有离析和泌水现象，并严格控制坍落度。混凝土的运输应适使混凝土浇筑不间断并使混凝土运到浇筑地点时仍保持均匀性和规定的坍落度，并能随到随浇筑。（2）混凝土的浇筑和养生：在浇筑混凝土前，对接缝、接头部位进行充分的润湿，但不得出现积水。湿接缝混凝土应分为
20、二次浇筑，第一次浇注连续接头两侧与顶板负弯距束同长度范围内的湿接缝混凝土；第二次待箱梁顶板负弯距预应力束张拉完成后，浇注剩余部分湿接缝混凝土，剩余部分湿接缝应按设计由跨中向支点浇注。湿接头混凝土可分二次浇筑，但应保证各部位混凝土的振捣密实，并加强接缝的处理，和保证湿接头内模的拆除，混凝土应按一定厚度、顺序和方向分层浇筑。 混凝土的捣固采用插入式振动棒或平板振动器，必须振动到该部位混凝土密实，停止下沉，不再冒出气泡，表面呈现平坦、泛浆为止，但应防止过振。使用插入式振动器时，应避免振动器碰撞模板、钢筋及其它预埋件；平板振动器的移位间距，应以使振动器平板能覆盖已振实部分100mm左右。箱梁湿接缝、湿
21、接头混凝土施工温度宜控制在10-250C，同一联浇筑时气温相差不能过大，宜控制在50C 以内。混凝土浇筑完成后应对顶面进行拉毛，拉毛前应用刮尺刮平、木模收面，并将多余的浮浆清除，再拉毛到要求的粗糙度，以免出现坑洼或浮浆过厚现象。混凝土浇筑完成后应采用土工布等织物完全覆盖养护，及时洒水，砼表面始终保持湿润状态，标准养生7天后，还应间断洒水养生7天。7、负弯矩预应力张拉及孔道压浆：（1）负弯矩预应力张拉：张拉时湿接缝、湿接头混凝土强度和龄期必须符合设计要求，张拉时湿接缝、湿接头混凝土强度以同条件养生试件强度确定。按照设计安装预应力钢绞线和锚具、夹片，钢绞线应梳理顺直，表面不应有损伤和锈迹，锚具必须
22、位于锚垫板锚环内，且全平面接触，夹片外露面必须平整，不得出现错位。预应力张拉必须采用张拉力与伸长量双控，伸长量偏差应控制在6%，对长度大于25m的预应力钢绞线，应在两端张拉。钢绞线工作长度的切除应在张拉结束稳定1个小时后，并逐个检查锚具锚固情况和滑断丝情况，且应采用冷切割工艺。每联桥面系负弯矩预应力张拉，若设计没有要求，宜从两端的边跨向中间的顺序进行。负弯矩预应力张拉其它未尽事宜按照潼西高速公路改扩建项目预应力张拉及孔道压浆施工作业指导书中的要求执行。（2）负弯矩预应力孔道压浆：负弯矩预应力张拉完成后，应及时进行预应力孔道压浆。负弯矩孔道压浆按照潼西高速公路改扩建项目预应力张拉及孔道压浆施工作
23、业指导书中的要求执行。三、材料与设备1、材料：（1）箱梁湿接缝、湿接头混凝土强度应满足设计，若设计没有要求，不应小于箱梁的强度，并应采用补偿收缩性混凝土。（2）I级钢筋应满足GB13013-1991的规定，II级钢筋应满足GB1499-1998的规定。（3）预应力钢绞线应采用符合GB/5224-2003标准s15.2 mm低松弛钢绞线。（4）真空吸浆所用水泥浆，应掺入一定量的减水剂和膨胀剂，水灰比宜为0.33-0.35，水泥浆稠度不小于30s。2、设备要求：（1）预应力张拉千斤顶，必须是经标定的，标定频率应满足3个月或200次。（2）预应力孔道压浆的真空泵，应保证孔道能达到要求的真空度，严禁使
24、用普通的抽气机代替真空泵。四、质量控制1、钢筋加工及安装的受力筋间距、箍筋水平筋间距、钢筋骨架尺寸、保护层厚度应满足设计及JTG F80/1-2004评定标准8.3.1-1、-2的要求。2、箱梁湿接缝、湿接头混凝土应满足设计及JTG F80/1-2004评定标准8.7.1的要求。3、负弯矩预应力张拉应满足设计及JTG F80/1-2004评定标准8.3.2-3的要求。五、安全措施：1、严格执行安全操作规程，配置专职安全员，并负责安全教育和检查。2、高处作业时，操作人员必须佩戴安全帽和安全带，箱梁湿接头模板的安装和拆除必须搭设扶梯和操作平台。3、跨交通道和城镇的箱梁湿接缝、湿接头的施工，必须设置
