12、港高速公路NO3-3合同段软土地基施工技术方案施工单位编制： 施工单位审核： 河北建设集团有限公司梧贵高速公路第三合同段第三项目经理分部2010年7月16日软土地基施工方案一、工程概况本项目工程是梧州至贵港高速公路第三合同段第三分部，本分部路线起点桩号为K107+400，终点为K124+160，长16.74km。该分部路线处于广西东部低山丘陵地区，大容山山脉的东北段，山脉和谷地走向大体上与构造一致，呈北东向平行展布，地势南高北低，大致由南向北倾斜。地形起伏较大，海拔在30250m之间。路线走向大致由东往西，基本上沿山间沟谷、丘陵山坡布设，所经过地区主要为丘陵地貌和河流堆积阶地地貌。该分部总换填

14、项目经理项目副经理质安部机械部材料部试验室测量队三工区路基施工队综合部二工区一工区路基施工队路基施工队三、施工准备一）测量放样软土地基开工前，有关技术人员必须先熟悉设计文件和设计图纸，做好施工测量放样工作，导线点、中线、水准点的复测。软基中桩、边桩放样，测定其标高及宽度。二）试验路基软基处理地段都已挖出探坑，确定挖除深度。填料（砂砾）采用附近砂场材料，已取样做级配、含泥量、最大粒径等试验。三）、排水施工软土路基前，在路基范围内挖好纵、横沟等排水设施，将水引出路基范围外，并与线外排水设施相结合，排走的水要避免流人农田、耕地；避免引起水沟淤积。四）、施工便道修建临时便道，其宽度及路面强度能满足自卸
15、汽车及挖掘机、压路机的行走要求。五）、对各类施工机械操作手进行培训，熟悉操作规程，技术要求，施工注意事项。对所有施工人员进行技术交底，作到心中有数，明确工作责任。 四、软弱地基处理施工技术方案本分部软弱地基为路基范围内的沉积淤泥，我部采取换填法（全换）、浅层换填法（部分换填）、加筋法等三种方法进行处理，提高路基的稳定性，具体处理办法如下：1、换填法（全换）：适用于软土厚度小于3.5m，换填路段不是太长，软基数量不多的路段，换填法处理结果彻底，效果好、施工工艺简单、工期短、造价低。处理措施为：采取全部清除软土，换填级配好、颗粒强度高的碎石土、砾类土、砂类土等透水性好的粗粒土。换填的填料应按路基填
16、筑要求分层填筑、压实，压实度必须满足要求。2、浅层换填法（部分换填）：换填法虽然处理结果彻底、造价低等优点，对于路段长，范围广软基路段，虽然软土厚度也不小于3.5 m，但换填法必然导致大量的弃方，占用大量临时用地，容易产生水土流失污染环境。这就需要采用浅层换填法（部分换填），适用地形平坦地段、分布面积广、厚度较大的软土处理，浅层换填法厚度一般为0.53.5 m，视松散土层及路基填土高度确定，浅层换填料与换填法一致，换填完成后在顶面加铺砂砾透垫层，再根据填土高度加铺1-4层的土工格栅。3、加筋法：本办法适用于土层性质相对好、软基范围大、厚度一般不超过2 m的路段，本处理办法也是为了减少弃方数量。
17、处理措施为：按规范清表并平整场地后，先铺设土工布，再铺设砂砾垫层及2-4层土工格栅。4、软基清理：软基施工前先挖纵横50100深的排水沟，沟底应保持不小于5%的坡度并接通出水口，将路基范围内的地表水及地下水排至路基外。软基施工试验人员要对取土点取土样进行土工试验，对软基路段进行软土清理。对软基路段进行软土清理，清理深度根据地质情况，由监理工程师决定，清出的非适用材料应集中堆放，及时运至弃土场。施工中注意排水沟的连接过渡，前后接顺，与原有沟渠结合，防止冲毁农田及路基边坡。软基清理完毕，基底须平整后碾压密实，基坑壁要翻松压实，并按规范规定做好台阶。 5、对于软弱地基土层地段，将软土全部清除完后，对
18、基底进行压实，要求压实度达到93%以上，通过监理验收，方可进行下一道工序施工。6、在换填完成得到监理认可后，应立即覆盖50cm土层做为软基处理隔离层，防止地表雨水渗透处理层。7、软弱路基处理安排在旱季施工，完后及时做好周边部分排水沟，力争做到雨季来临前，做到处理层透水畅通。五、挖方路段换填1、路床换填1）路床地基土挖除、换填深度应符合设计要求。2）应分层开挖，一般宜从外侧向内侧挖掘，最后一层应从内向外挖掘。3）使用粗颗粒填料换填时，填料应均匀，小于0.075mm的含量应大于5%。4）采用石灰、水泥对填料进行改性处理时，应惨拌均匀，改性剂的剂量应符合设计要求或经试验确定。5）换填应分层填筑，压实
19、度达到规定要求。六、路堤换填1、本分部软基回填石的填料强度及最大粒径按技术规范的要求严格控制，最大粒径不宜超过层厚的三分之二。软基回填石均分层填筑，分层压实。2、逐层填筑时，安排好石料运输路线，专人指挥，按水平分层，先低后高、先两侧后中央卸料，在压实之前，采用推土机摊铺平整，个别不平处，用人工配合细石屑找平。采用20吨振动压路机压实，压实厚度根据试验路段确定。3、回填压实时，先压两侧后压中间，压实路线沿纵向互相平行，反复碾压。基坑回填压实到所要求的紧密程度所需的碾压遍数经过试验确定。 软基换填工艺框图测量放样备合格回填材料清理路基监理检查监理验收平整压实质量检查运输回填 七、路堤换填压实的检测
20、1、回填石的紧密程度在规定深度范围内，以通过20T以上振动压路机进行压实试验，当压实层顶面稳定，不再下沉（无轮迹）时，为密实状态。2、当回填石至原地面时，恢复中桩后，对路基进行平整度、宽度、横坡度、高程的检测，每一道工序都要经过监理工程师检查合格后方可进行下一道工序。八、雨季的施工安排该分部雨季施工，根据设计说明，雨季集中在59月份，雨量大时应加强防洪工作，采取必要的雨季施工措施。雨季施工,项目经理部成立防洪领导小组，施工队配备防洪器材，随时做好抗洪抢险准备。在施工安排时，对路基填筑、软土、膨胀土路基、塌、滑坡等受雨季影响较大的工程项目避开雨季施工，利用旱季突击完成。路基填筑和路堑挖方分段快速
