28、工程概况1.1 工程概况1.1.1工程项目概况由中铁九局集团有限公司中标并承担施工任务的世行贷款安徽公路项目 III恢复类工程S211竹坪至大山段NO9.1合同段,位于安徽省安庆市岳西县,起点桩号为K0+000,终点桩号为K24+700,全长24.7公里。本项目经过路段均为山岭重丘区,老路路线平纵面指标极差,存在曲线半径过小、曲线长度不够、夹直线长度过短、纵坡过大、起伏频繁、平纵组合不合理等现象。路面状况较差,部分路段路面严重损坏,制约了沿线乡镇相互的经济交流,阻碍了经济发展。经济的发展及交通量的增长,使得原有的行车条件已不能适应需求,为提高通行能力,本项目的改造已势在必行。改造完毕后,将成为

29、连接岳西县和太湖县的快速干道,也是进出大别山的快速通道之一。本项目的建设将有利于安庆市西南部的交通畅通,加强沿线城镇之间的联系,推动城镇一体化进程,提高项目沿线地区的经济发展水平,保证山区经济作物的外运和农贸物品的运输,改善投资环境、加快沿线人民脱贫致富,都具有十分重要的意义。原路段建成时间较早,后期分段对路面进行过砂改油施工,如今老路面损坏比较严重。根据实测弯沉值和填土高度,本标段大部分需揭除老路面面层,添加水泥稳定土,面层采用24cm厚混凝土。由于本项目为山区公路,老路排水设施不够完善,雨水季节,暴雨冲刷路基现象严重,多处出现路肩塌方,边坡滑塌。店前街道处未设置排水,由于长时间受水浸泡,路

30、面损坏严重。原路基防护挡墙多为干砌,年代久远,普遍出现开裂、坍塌、倾斜现象,多数风化现象严重。同时,在施工过程中重型机械的使用,会加剧原路基防护挡墙的损坏,故设计采用拆除重建和支撑墙结合的方法。由于受雨水冲刷,部分路段路肩坍塌或无路肩,需新建路肩墙或恢复路肩,部分路肩无法直接放坡的路段设置路肩挡墙,填方段和路肩采用草皮防护。部分边坡出现土方滑落和碎石脱落现象,需修砌路堑墙、截水沟。本标段共有中小桥梁6座,桥梁结构均能满足使用要求,但桥面均损坏严重,需更换桥面,其中店前桥和桃阳桥栏杆破损严重,需更换。涵洞145道,完全利用老涵洞94道,改建涵洞17道,新建涵洞1道,共长149.6m,维修利用涵洞

31、33道。全线有重要型平面交叉口3处,一般型和简易型34处。1.1.2气象、水文条件 本项目所在位置属亚热带湿润季风气候区,具有季风明显,四季分明,气候温和湿润,雨量充沛,霜期短,日照长,雨热同季等特点,年平均气温为16.4,年平均降雨量一般在1386mm,年平均无霜期为249天。1.1.3交通、通讯条件本标段位于S211公路上,起点河图镇竹坪村与G318公路相接,终点位于岳西县与太湖县交界处,店前镇位于本标段中部,有一条山区公路可达水吼。但G318与S211公路同时进行恢复,现有路宽都较窄且均为半幅施工,交通不便。移动通讯及网络比较发达,局部信号较弱,通讯条件较好。1.1.4资源条件1.石料本

32、标段内没有石料厂,且公路沿线石料质量较差,无法满足设计要求。除片石利用本地石料外,石子外购。正在建设中的白帽石料厂,规模较大,可供应碎石,产品质量较好,且运距较近。但建设完毕、大量供货还需一段时间。所以,前期使用材料拟用来榜石料厂生产的产品,待白帽石料厂形成规模后,使用其产品。产品采用汽车运输,运输道路现状较差,将来施工过程中,半幅通车对材料运输影响较大,需进行材料储备。2.砂料店前河中砂料储量较大,料源丰富,但直接开采的砂料细度不能满足设计要求,需对砂料进行二次加工(加筛),影响到砂场的产量,为保证施工过程中的材料供应,我施工单位已联系附近其他砂场,若材料供给不足,随时进行调配,材料汽车运输

33、,运输条件较好,运距较近。3.水泥湖北华新水泥和怀宁县海螺水泥,品质优良,所产产品广泛用于公路、水利、工业与民用建筑,可作为本项目主要水泥供应厂家。根据对两家工厂的现场调查,选用湖北华新水泥(武穴)有限公司生产的“华新堡垒”牌水泥,海螺水泥作为备选。水泥采用汽车运输,运输道路现状较差,将来施工过程中,半幅通车对材料运输影响较大,需进行材料储备。4.木材主要产于沿线各林场,可供应松木、杉木、毛竹等原木、锯材,汽车运输,运输条件较好。材质良好,可广泛用于桥涵、防护等构造物的模板,施工脚手架等。5.水本标段水资源分布不均,临河路段工程用水可以直接取自沿线河流和水塘,地势较高的路段工程用水采用洒水车或

34、罐车运输。6.电力沿线电力线、网分布较齐全,施工时与有关部门协商后可就近利用。拟在徐良和店前拌和站各接一台100kw的变压器。并根据施工需要,配备2台80kw和1台12kw的柴油发电机,保证停电时,关键工序的正常施工。1.1.5主要技术标准本合同段公路等级为四级,设计时速20km/h。路基平均宽度为6.5m,路面宽度6m,两侧路肩各宽0.25m,店前街道路基宽度为12m,路面宽度10m,两侧路肩各宽1m,路面设2横坡,路肩设4横坡。对曲线半径小于250m的弯道,根据现场调查确定是否加宽及加宽宽度。最大超高设置为2%,超高渐变率不大于1/100,部分反向曲线对接且曲线长度较小,无法设置超高缓和段

41、大,保证交通安全任务艰巨。2、根据实际路面状况调查,确定需要揭除面层或面层和基层,不能大面积展开作业。3、涵洞数量多,相对工程量小,施工投入增大,且需要半幅施工,造成施工难度增大,可能要进行交通封闭。4、半幅施工、半幅通行,人员、设备转场次数增加。1.3.2施工重点1、测量现场交桩结束后,首先对导线点进行复测联测,查明导线点确未破坏或挪动时,方能进行放样。如需恢复或加密导线点时,应严格按一级导线测量方法进行,计算与其相邻的导线点统一平差。当进行下一站放样时,必须对前一站所放中桩点进行至少两个点位复测。高程测量采用水准测量。施工时,水准点加密按GB12898-91三、四等水准测量规范及交通部颁公路路线勘测规程JTJ061-99的要求执行。2、试验从原材料到成品过程按照技术规范进行试验,以保证工程质量。3、桥梁、涵洞1)地基承载力满足设计要求,且沉降缝设在路基中心线和行车道外侧,防止不均匀沉降;2)振捣密实,做好养护措施,防止混凝土出现裂缝;3)结构物回填土要分层碾压密实,防止路面不均匀沉降开裂;4)做好防水措施,以免水渗入路基;5)结构物外观美观,无不平整、麻
