12、,局部十层,建筑最高度为38.4m。根据需要共安装一台自升式门架升降机,其安装位置见施工平面图，即/轴线离建筑物轴线2.5m处，该处十层楼盖结构标高36.97m，考虑到吊篮与架顶至少3m距离，故提升架标准节将全部安装，安装总高度为40m。提升架简图见图一。提升机选用河南川光金达实业公司生产的SMZ150自升式门架升降机，使用前要有使用说明书、生产许可证、检验报告、合格证，安装时成立以郭云涛为组长的专业安装小组，经施工现场各级管理人员验收合格后，到建委主管部门办理使用准用证。使用中有机械管理员郭云涛定期不定期进行检查、维修、保养。SMZ150自升式门架升降机的主要性能参数如下所示: 最大安装高度
13、（M）36最大提升高度（M）33最大提升重量（T）1.5吊篮底面积（M2）1.884.2压重梁支点有效压重（T）1.5卷扬机型号JK1.8吊篮提升速度（N/min）20工作环境温度（）-20 40整机重量（不含卷扬机）（T）3.8一、安装场地要求根据厂家提供的图纸要求,安装场地要求如下: 1.场地要平整夯实,基础承载力能力强,禁止在松地或沉陷不均的基础上安装.基础承载能力要求大于8t/m2； 2.在44.5m立柱安装场地范围内,排水畅通,不得有积水浸泡基础； 3.基础水平面偏差应10mm/m； 4.立柱安装后.要求在两个方向上作垂直度检查,倾斜度应保证在1以内,达不到标准,应在底架下塞垫调整片
14、,直到调整到符合要求为止.二 安装工艺 1、根据安装位置与安装基础图,将基础线放出后进行土方开挖.因上部土为杂填土,基底应一直挖到老土层为止,经验线符合设计要求后,绑扎钢筋网片,固定好预埋螺栓,浇灌基础砼,砼浇筑应密实,砼标号C30,浇筑时应及时安放底架,底架安装标高偏差应小于2mm.安装基础图 见图二 2、放置自升平台就位,使套架中心线重合； 3、将第一组立柱标准节放入套架内,底端与底架用螺栓连接； 4、将提升滑轮置于安装好的两立柱顶端； 5、安装手动卷扬机于自升平台上,并按规定的绕绳方式穿好提升钢丝绳； 6、将扒杆安装于自升平台上； 7、利用手动卷扬机提升自升平台,直到台面与立柱顶面平齐取
15、下提升滑轮置于平台上； 8、利用扒杆安装好第二组标准节,并将提升滑轮置于第二组标准节顶部； 9、重复步骤7提升平台； 10、安装、固定压重梁； 11、安装撑杆、并紧固以上各件连螺栓,检查安装好的标准节垂直偏差,调整到符合要求； 12、检查压重(或安置压重)连接是否可靠； 13、安装卷扬机； 14、放进吊篮,按图所示穿绕好钢丝绳安装好联动安全装置；此时,门架升降机就基本安装就绪.以下主要是如何实现升降. 15、将第三组标准节送入吊篮,起升吊篮到接近极限高度然后利用扒杆安装好第三组标准节,将提升滑轮置于第三节标准节顶部,再重复步骤7提升平台； 16、按步骤15所述方法继续升高站架到规定的第一次使用
16、高度,在相应的高度上安置好支架,就可以下式投入使用； 17、当门架架设高度超过15m时,应在第12m处设置第一道附着,将扣件钢管夹住柱子,以后每间隔9m增加一道，以保证门架工作平稳。自升平台自升情况见图三。三、安装中质量、技术要求 1、立柱兼作导轨架,为吊篮运行滚动的轨道,基标准节接头处阶差应小于0.5mm,安装时必须注意调整； 2、立柱全高的垂直度偏差应1； 3、各连接螺栓必须紧固； 4、高空作业人员必须具有高空作业的身体条件,系好安全带,门架下和立柱周围2m内禁止站人,以防物体跌落伤人；5、四级风以上禁止安装作业；四、安装后整机性能检验 安装完毕应有专门检验人员按标认要求进行下列检验: 1
17、.立柱垂直度检验； 2.紧固连接件检验； 3.空载运行试验； 4.额定载荷试验； 5.模拟断绳试验； 6.超载25试验； 经试验合格后方可投入使用.五、操作使用及注意事项 1.操作者必须持建筑行政主管部门颁发的操作证上岗,应熟悉本设备技术性能,能熟练掌握吊篮升降,特别是吊篮距平台35m高度位置时,注意用时停机,禁止吊篮冲顶和冲底.卷扬机出现故障时,及时拉断总闸； 2.使用吊篮前必须检查各连接件是否可靠,钢丝绳是否断股,升降机是否灵活,安全防护装置是否灵活可靠。钢丝绳不能缺油和锈蚀严重，钢丝绳应设过路保护，并用滑轮支起，严防拖地。 3.交接班交待运行情况,发现故障应停机修理,禁止机械带病作业；
18、4.停机一段时间后,应先进行空机运行检查,然后才能带载运行； 5.禁止超载运行,禁止带人运行.个别超长物件需打开吊篮门运行时,宜减载30,通常情况下要关好吊篮门运行,以防物料震落伤人； 6.进入吊篮内的载荷(货物)应平稳 ,载荷重心应基要于吊篮水平面中心相一致,在长度和宽度方向应不得超过各自生长的1/6； 7.禁止在6级风以上作业； 8.收班时,离开操作现场前应放下吊篮,严禁将吊篮搁置在支架上长期停放； 9禁止非操作人员启动卷扬机； 10收班时要拉闸断电，锁好电源箱,防止无关人员启动卷扬机。11架体和建筑物联系的钢管必须是整根，中间不允许有对接扣件，架体稳定钢管不允许和外架钢管联接。12提升机
19、每楼层卸料平台和外架立杆分开搭设，平台尺寸1800*1000mm，横杆一端和框架结构柱拉接紧固，另一端搭设在两立杆的水平联系杆上用扣件锁紧。楼层卸料平台两侧应设高度为1200mm两道防护栏并张挂安全网，底部用小孔平网兜底，预防小件物料坠落，平台脚手板必须铺设严密、牢固，楼层进料口应设防护门。六、折架 折架基本按照与安装步骤相反的次序进行。 1.先折除支架； 2.放下吊篮,再落自升平台,即将手动卷扬机的提升滑轮置于立柱顶部,先稍向上提起平台,拉动自翻卡板尾部绳子使卡板倾斜离开立柱并将绳端系在平台上,保持卡板倾斜.反摇手动卷扬机使平台下移一个标准节,放松卡板尾绳,使不台卡在下移的标准节上,从柱顶取
20、下提升滑轮置于平台上,并上升吊篮； 3.用平台上的扒杆,将上一节标准节卸下,放入已上升的吊篮内,将卸下的标准节运至在面卸下来,再按步骤2放下下一个标准节,如此重复,将标准节一组一组的折下去； 4.当需要折哪一组附着时就折哪一组,不可把所有附着架同时折除,以防折架时晃动5.折到只有两 组标准节时，就开始折下吊篮、卷扬机、撑杆,放下平台,卸标准节，压梁。七、维护、保养及运输1、卷扬机、起升滑轮轴承要经常加注润滑油.卷扬机按其使用说明书注油.滑轮轴承加注ZG-2润滑油；2、一般情况下每月或暴雨后,需对门架升降机基础沉陷、螺栓紧固、钢丝绳磨损、立柱是否倾斜等进行一次全面检查,发现问题及时维修；3、每项
