12、收规范GB50204-2002；7、建筑抗震设计规范GB50011-2010；8、其他相关规范、标准、现场。2、 工程概况我施工单位已按施工图进行4#楼房建土方开挖完成。建设单位要求将4#楼建筑物向前平移，建设单位2012年9月30日提供挡土墙格构式锚杆护壁设计变更通知单，挡土墙成型面放坡i=0.3，锚杆垂直间距3000mm,斜面长度3150mm；浇筑商品混凝土，混凝土强度C25，浇筑方式：采用地泵施工作业。边坡清理，采用人工手持电镐施工。边坡安全等级二级，设计合理使用年限50年，6抗震设防，设计边坡治理段406.00-422.800；现场实际须治理段406.000-430.150高度区域。3
13、、 施工部署 1、 搭设装饰脚手架落地式双排钢管脚手架，脚手架高度：406.00m开始搭设，架体高度随挡土墙成型高度+1.2m；每段架体高度详下图，架体搭设面积：3831.00m2。架体拆除后，所以周转材料人工转运至4#楼前道路200m2、 施工临电临水安装 、在4#楼2级配电箱内接4#楼挡土墙施工场地（居中设置）一个3级户外箱，箱体600*500；内装防误闸刀一把60A，漏电断路器一个60A、漏电开关4只：2只（CJZ-45A）+1只（CJZ -32A）+1只 （CJZ-20A）；用途木工圆盘踞，混凝土振动棒、照明、备用。2级箱体至3级箱体配线ZRYJV-4*25+1*16，电缆长度100m
14、； 、移动式配电箱一个，箱体300*400；箱内配置：防误闸刀20A一把、漏电开关20A一只，移动式电缆100m（BV-4*4）； 、在4#楼临水管网上接PPR32到挡土墙现场，距2m挡土墙部位纵向在自然地面设3处施工用水点，随挡土墙施工高度向上安装临水管道及配件。 、PPR32用量： 主管网至挡土墙现场安装40m；沿挡土墙纵向安装160m;沿挡土墙高度向上安装27m+20m+14m；用于润湿模板安装、混凝土养护。四、锚杆施工（一）施工准备1、材料（1） 锚杆杆体材料选用III级高强螺纹钢筋，钢筋直径为32。（2） 浆体材料采用P.O42.5R水泥净浆；不得使用PH值小于4的酸性水。（3） 注
15、浆管材料：PE32，保证其在加工和安装过程中不致损坏，具有抗水性和化学稳定性，与水泥砂浆和防腐剂接触无不良反应。 2、作业条件（1） 在锚杆施工前，土方开挖完成后邀请地勘、监理、业主相关人员现场确认土层情况能满足图纸要求的条件后，清理边坡采用人工手持电镐进行施工作业；必须将松动土石、不满足要求的杂土清理干净；清理边坡土石方按平均200mm厚进行计算。（2）采用锚杆潜孔钻钻孔施工作业，孔径110，深度按图纸要求，每钻孔2m检查一次土层是否满足要求，做好施工记录。 （3） 施工前，要认真检查原材料型号、品种、规格及锚杆各部件的质量，并检查原材料和主要技术性能是否符合设计要求。（4） 工程锚杆施工后
16、，进行张拉试验（设计张拉力90KN）。（二）操作工艺1、钻孔（1） 钻孔前，根据设计要求和土层条件，定出孔位，做出标记。（2） 作业面场地要平坦、坚实，场地宽度4m。（3） 钻机就位后，应保持平稳，导杆或立轴与钻杆倾角一致，并在同一轴线上。（4） 钻进用的钻具，可采用地质部门使用的普通岩芯钻探的钻头和管材系列。（5） 根据土层条件可选择岩芯钻进，选择无岩芯钻进；为了配合跟管钻进，配备足够数量的长度为0.5-1.0m的短套管。（6） 在钻进过程中，精心操作，精神集中，合理掌握钻进参数，合理掌握钻进速度，防止埋钻、卡钻等各种孔内事故。一旦发生孔内事故，应争取一切时间尽快处理，并备齐必要的事故应急准
17、备工作。（7） 钻孔完毕后，用高压风把孔底沉渣冲洗干净。2、锚杆杆体的制作与安放（1） 按设计要求制作锚杆，为使锚杆处于钻孔中心，在锚杆杆件上按图纸安装定中架或隔离架； （2） 锚杆钢筋平直、顺直、除油除绣；锚杆制作采用套筒机械连接。（3） 安放锚杆杆体时，防止杆体扭曲、压弯，注浆管宜随锚杆一同放入孔内，管端距孔底为50-100mm，杆体放入角度与钻孔倾角保持一致，安好后使杆体始终处于钻孔中心。（4） 若发现孔壁坍塌，须重新透孔、清孔，直至能顺利送入锚杆为止。 3、注浆 选用水灰比0.38-0.45的1：1水泥砂浆，加入5%的微膨胀外加剂掺合料。（2） 砂浆搅拌均匀，过筛，随搅随用，砂浆在初凝
18、前用完，注浆管路应经常保持畅通。（3） 注浆采用砂浆泵将砂浆经压浆管输送至孔底，再由孔底返出孔口，待孔口溢出浆液或排气管停止排气时，可停止注浆。（4） 浆液硬化后不能充满锚固体时，应进行补浆，注浆量不得小于计算量，其充盈系数为1.1-1.3。（5） 注浆时，边灌注边拔出注浆管。但应注意管口应始终处于浆面以下，注浆时 应随时活动注浆管，待浆液溢出孔口时全部拔出；（6） 拔出注浆管，拔管时应注意钢筋有无被带出的情况，否则应再压进去直至不带出为止，再继续拔管。（7） 注浆完毕应将外露的钢筋清洗干净，套PVC-U-40管进行保护。（三）质量标准。1、保证项目（1） 锚杆工程所用原材料、钢材、水泥浆、水
19、泥砂浆标号必须符合设计要求。（2） 锚固体的直径、标高、深度和倾角必须符合设计要求。（3） 锚杆的组装和安放必须符合土层锚杆设计与施工规范的要求。（4） 锚杆的张拉和防锈处理必须符合设计和施工规范的要求。2、基本项目水泥、钢材必须经过试验，并符合设计和施工规范的要求，有合格的试验资料。3、允许偏差（1）锚杆水平方向孔距误差不应大于50mm，垂直方向孔距误差不应大于100mm。（2）钻孔底部的偏斜尺寸不应大于锚杆长度的3%。（3）锚杆孔深不应小于设计长度，也不宜大于设计长度的1%。（4）锚杆锚头部分的防腐处理应符合设计要求。（四）施工注意事项1、避免工程质量通病（1）土层为页岩体，有利施工作业，
20、采用锚杆潜孔钻 ；钻直径110mm。根据设计要求和土层条件，认真编制施工组织设计，防止发生钻孔坍塌、掉块和缩径，保证锚杆顺利安插和顺利灌注。（2） 按设计要求正确制作锚杆，认真安插，确保锚杆安装质量；（3） 按设计要求严格控制水泥砂浆配合比，掌握搅拌质量，并使注浆设备和管路处于良好工作状态。2、主要安全技术措施（1） 施工前应认真进行技术交底，施工中应明确分工，统一指挥。 （2） 各种设备应处于完好状态。（3） 注浆管路应畅通，防止塞泵、塞管。（4） 机械设备的运转部位应有安全防护装置。（5） 电器设备应设接地、接零，并由持证人员安装操作，电缆、电线必须架空。（6） 施工人员进入现场应戴安全帽
21、，操作人员应精神集中，遵守有关安全规程。（7） 锚杆钻机应安设安全可靠的反力装置。3、产品保护 （1） 施工时，应注意保护定位标准桩，轴线引桩，水准桩，防止碰撞位；（2） 夜间施工时，应合理安排施工顺序，有足够的照明设施。五、挡土墙施工 1、地梁土石方采用机械破除； 2、钢筋制作安装：严格按图纸进行施工，不得使用不合格材料。马镫采用III级钢直径14钢筋制作成型（详下图），马镫安装间距1000*1500梅花形；安装完成经相关部门验收合格后，才进行模板安装。800 450 马镫大样3、 模板安装：严格按照图纸和锚杆的定位进行肋柱、连梁尺寸施工；挡土墙墙面控制好i=0.3的坡向固定，模板安装固定利
22、用在锚杆孔内预埋的加固件，确保模板几何尺寸；满足混凝土成型感观效果。模板每施工段按2m为一节拍左右进行作业向上完成到图纸要求并满足现场实际状况。4、 模板拆除：模板拆除后人工转运到4#楼前道路，运距200m。5、 混凝土浇筑：使用商品混凝土，混凝土等级C30；地泵作业，混凝土振捣采用插入式振动棒；混凝土养护：拆模后检查混凝土缺陷，修补混凝土缺陷完成，进行塑料薄膜覆盖养护；并派专人负责作业，确保质量要求。 六、保证安全措施1、安全生产在施工中，严格遵守行业法规、安全法规、安全技术规则及公司安全管理办法和各项安全措施。制定本项目各工种、各工序安全操作细则。主要注意事项在现场各岗位挂牌。（1） 事故
23、控制点：高空坠落事故、设备机具伤人事故、行车事故。（2）施工现场及施工便道应有足够的照明，不得有黑暗死角。（3）进入施工现场人员，应按规定配戴劳动保护用品和安全用具，作业人员不得穿拖鞋、高跟鞋、硬底易滑鞋。（4）作业人员必须集中精神，不得嘻闹；严禁酒后上岗。（5）机械操作人员必须经过技术培训，持证上岗。（6）用电符合施工临时用电安全技术规范，专人负责；开关箱必须设置漏电保护器，严禁任意拉线接电。（7）施工现场人员必须严格执行建筑安装工程安全技术规定和建筑安装工人安全技术规定操作规程。做好防火措施，杜绝安全隐患。七、文明施工与环境保护措施1、严格执行国家环保法、矿产资源法、文物保护法 ，以及当地
