12、砌筑抹灰、楼房两侧防进车挡墙拆除、，人行道板铺设、挡车桩安装及散水拆除重做等改造工程。二、施工准备1、技术准备（1）技术员接到图纸后首先熟悉图纸，了解设计意图及施工工艺，参加图纸会审，阅读相关技术规范，施工前做好原材料试验、检测及技术交底；测量员做好施工放样工作。（2）施工图纸中只有道路、单元门台阶、散水等施工部位的相对标高，实际施工的过程中以建设单位和设计院等单位部门现场确认为准。2、材料及主要机具（1）商品混凝土：砼各项技术性能指标符合要求，现场坍落度要求1518cm。施工前做好商砼站的交底工作，使其明确我方对混凝土性能的要求。（2）混凝土从搅拌机出料到浇注完毕延续时间不超过120min，

14、施工工艺：将原有人行道拆除定位放线基础开槽土基碾压（6-7遍）砂垫（300mm厚天然砂垫层）砂垫碾压（6-7遍）模板支护浇筑混凝土道路（220mm厚C30混凝土面层）养护（切缝）模板拆除镶路缘石（路缘石长500mm、高300mm、厚80mm）卫生清理成品保护。（2）人行道及散水：单元门与道路连接处铺设面包砖，面包砖两侧镶嵌路缘石，单元门两侧有挡墙的，将挡墙拆除从新砌筑。挡墙做法为：将原有挡墙拆除挖至设计标高回填300厚天然砂垫层用MU10红砖、M7.5水泥砂浆砌筑20mm厚1:2.5水泥砂浆抹面。散水做法为：按图纸设计将部分散水拆除重做，做法为：拆除混凝土散水挖至设计标高素土夯实铺300mm厚
15、天然砂垫层碾压（6-7遍）150mm厚水稳层60mm厚C20砼面层。人行道做法为：拆除原有人行道板挖至设计标高素土夯实铺300mm厚天然砂垫层碾压（6-7遍）200mmC25混凝土60mm厚1:2.5水泥砂浆铺筑10020050mm厚广场砖。2、地基处理 （1）地基施工时，采用挖掘机首先清除原200mm厚混凝土路面（人工拆除原有人行道板），然后挖至路面标高以下400mm，预留100mm防止深挖，采用人工清理至设计标高，挖槽时两侧多挖500mm宽作为预留工作面，挖至设计标高后用压路机碾压6-7遍，压路机行驶速度2025米/分钟，轮迹互相搭接2030cm。边角压路机无法到达处，用垂直式打夯机夯实。
16、（2）上部铺设级配混砂，厚度300mm，均匀铺设后，混砂垫层采用振动压路机碾压6-7遍直到密实。（3）由于在生活区内施工，液压反铲挖掘机、装载机、等需要运输进场的机械设备，根据现场施工区域的划分，按照工作需要调配进场次数，以确保施工按期顺利进行。4、定位放线及支侧模(1)施工混凝土路面时采用20槽钢，当做模板进行两侧模板的支护，当模板高度不够时，20槽钢底部加设2公分的木模板，保证混凝土浇筑厚度，然后加固好钢模后再进行混凝土的浇筑。 (2)施工定位放线重点在于控制槽钢侧模的标高，混凝土设计厚度220mm，使用槽钢做侧模，用水平仪进行抄测，以控制标高。安装模板前应挂通线，按挂线位置把侧模板放在基
17、层上，初步固定其位置，用水准仪检查模板顶部标高是否附合设计要求，并检查模板是否平直，待侧模顶标高达到设计要求后使用钢筋钉入地面下使槽钢固定，从而到达严格控制侧模标高的要求。(3)模板与混凝土拌合物接触表面应涂脱模剂。(4)在现场随时加水以提高塌落度的做法是绝对禁止的。 5、混凝土的摊铺（1）混凝土采用泵送浇筑，一次性浇筑混凝土作业完成。泵车随着路面纵向的延伸而随时移动混凝土泵车。（2）混凝土采用商品混凝土。由混凝土罐车运至混凝土泵车位置，将混凝土卸入泵车盛料斗内，出料及铺筑时卸料高度必须控制在1.5米以内，以免产生离析，若发现离析，应重新搅拌，由于物业部门不允许破坏草坪加之混凝土泵车臂长40米
18、，由于现场施工情况作业面狭小泵车无法支腿，且楼长大于40米，所以每次浇筑必须采用装载机端料。（3）当混凝土拌和物倒入模内时，卸料要集中，速度慢。摊铺混凝土时应连续摊铺，不得中断。6、混凝土的振捣（1）在混凝土浇筑过程中，要对混凝土进行振捣，以保证混凝土密实。（2）混凝土表面提浆（采用振动棒振捣）需及时进行，应在混凝土初凝前用浆头覆盖掉露头的石子。（3）保证振捣密实，严格控制振捣时间，移动距离和插入深度，严防漏振及过振；(4)混凝土振捣后，采用4米或6米的铝合金刮杠进行细致找平6-8遍，找平后待混凝土凝结到一定强度后进行抹面、拉毛。7、混凝土的抹光（1）混凝土整平、振实后，静停2左右（视气温、混
19、凝土坍落度等具体情况而定），使混凝土处在临界初凝期，其判定方法是：脚踩到上面有脚印下沉5mm。（2）抹光机表面提浆、搓毛、压实：用抹光机在混凝土面上粗抹一、二遍进行提浆、搓毛、压实。（3）采用抹光机开始抹面上工作均匀反复抹光压实，每抹一遍结束后，要待砼表面水分蒸发后再进行下一次打抹。（4）若遇局部表面有不太平整，应立即先进行人补浆抹平，再进行机械抹面。（5）待整个面层抹平压实，调出原浆后即视为粗抹完成，且粗抹工作应控制在混凝土初凝后不久完成。（6）平整度复核，机械抹光后用靠尺进行检查，以保证面层的平整度，在不平整的地方，还需用手工加工修补抹平。8、混凝土的拉毛 根据设计要求，混凝土路面在抹光后
20、，板面应进行拉毛，可采用板刷或排笔，使板面具有明显的横向纹理，深度约0.6-0.8mm。9、养护（1）面层施工结束后，应及时喷洒养护，薄膜或草包养护，保持表面湿润，砼强度达到设计要求的80以上停止养护，一般不少于14天，正常保养周期28天，时间越长越好。（2）绝对不能出现部分地坪裸露在外，上面既无薄膜，又不洒水的情况。四、人行道板铺贴人行道板在道路形成后铺贴，300厚砂垫及200厚C25混凝土垫层与道路同时进行，铺贴人行道板时采取双面挂线，砂浆随拌随用，铺贴完后进行防护，待达到强度后防护取消。1、具体施工内容为：人行道采用土基压实，密度不小于95%，并采用天然中砂垫层300mm厚，200mm厚
21、C25混凝土，60mm厚1:2.5水泥砂浆坐浆铺设20010050厚广场砖人行道板；路缘石采用宽80mm、长500mm、混凝土侧石,30mm厚天然中砂垫层，100mm厚混凝土结合层。2、施工放线：（1）高程测量:水准仪测量为主，并作好点记录加以保护。沿原有路缘石每10m设置一个临时水准点，水准点须经闭合后方可使用，临时水准点应设在牢固的木桩上。（2）测量人员必须履行复核制度，同时做好原始记录，测量完成后方可进行下步工序。3、施工方法(1)土方开挖及基底处理配备1台挖掘机和2台运输车，土随挖随装随运，并组织工人对原有路面进行清理保证文明施工，装土完毕后全部弃运到指定地点。开挖宽度比设计宽500m
22、m。碾压：清基完成后，由人工进行整平，然后采用立式打夯机压实。压实过程中，要检查土质的含水量，应保证在最佳含水量状态压实。如局部有弹软，需进行换填处理。（2）基础施工：基槽验收完毕后人工填筑300mm厚的中砂，中砂填筑时随时挂线进行标高测量，保证中砂填筑均匀。铺设200mm厚的C25混凝土，混凝土采用成品商混，保证混凝强度。混凝土铺设完毕后用朔料薄膜进行铺设养护。(3)人行道板的铺设：铺设人行道板必须表面平整，线路清晰，棱角整齐，以两侧路缘石顶为准挂纵向与横向高程线，用60mm厚1:2.5水泥砂浆坐浆铺设道板。铺砌时轻轻平放，用橡胶锤敲打稳定找平，不得向砖底塞砂或支垫硬料，必须使砖平铺在满实的
23、砂浆上稳定，无任何空隙。铺砌时为保证平整度应随时用直尺检验平整度，出现问题及时修整。砌筑时应避免与侧石出现空隙，如有空隙应甩在一侧，当建筑物一侧及井边出现空隙可用切割砖填平，必要时也可用细石砼补齐。灌缝用细砂灌缝，分多次灌入扫平，直至缝隙饱满。铺广场砖时应检查稳固程度及面层平整度，发现广场砖有活动现象时，应立即整修。在遇到供热及光缆检查井时，需找相关部门协商，经同意后，降低或提高检查井的标高。人行道板验收标准人行道板边缘平面偏位（）5经纬仪，每30米检查一处纵向高程（）+10，0水准仪，每100米检查3处平整度（）55米卷尺，每100米检查3处横坡（%）0.3水准仪，每100米检查3处五、成品
24、保护1、提高成品质量保护意识，明确各工种对上道工序质量的保护责任及本工序工程的防护，上道工序与下道工序应有必要的交接手续，以明确各方的责任。2、在施工前需用塑料薄膜对楼体进行维护，做好成品保护。3、相邻板块施工注意成品保护，其施工间隔应为前期施工路面满足一定强度，一般可为7天。4、抹面施工时，操作人员要脚穿网格鞋。在养护期间，当面层砼强度达到1.2MPa，严禁上人。5、养护期间，严禁踩踏或堆放物品，养护7天后方可掀开薄膜，并应有人看管，做好后期防护工作。6、施工现场设置围护栏杆，并设专人看护。7、雨季施工时，准备格构式的轻钢移动式混凝土防护棚，来保证工期、质量的顺利完成。六、质量控制及验收标准
25、1、各类现浇整体面层的表面密实光洁，无裂纹、脱皮、麻面和起砂等现象。2、对于有特殊要求的面层，其质量尚应符合设计要求。3、混凝土浇筑前，将模板内的垃圾、杂物清理干净，并洒水湿润。4、浇筑混凝土时，模板上表面的水泥浆要及时清理，以免造成标高超高，随时检查混凝土的上标高。5、混凝土的振捣要严格按照规范要求，不得出现漏振和过振的现象。6、混凝土浇筑完成后，设专人检查混凝土上表面的平整度，检查工具为2米靠尺和楔形塞尺。7、混凝土浇筑完成后要洒水养护，养护时间不得少于7天。8、填缝时必须遗留的土壤，锯未等杂物清除干净后，再灌入沥青混合料。9、质量标准：序号检查项目允许偏差检查方法1表面平整度70%控制在
26、3以内其它不能5用2m靠尺和楔尺检查2缝格平直3mm拉5m线用钢尺检查3其 他1）、地面分隔缝平齐、顺直，分隔缝两侧地面无其他裂缝。2）、混凝土表面无明显裂缝。3）、与现有路面衔接时，注意平顺相接。七、雨季防护措施1、雨季施工时采用可移动防护棚，防护棚为钢制骨架，帆布围护，长度按楼长设计，分成若干段，每段长5米。施工现场共计三个班组，每个班组配置一组防护棚。2、雨季施工时，施工现场配备足够塑料布，以防下雨时及时覆盖，道路两侧设置排水沟并保证雨水流畅。八、安全管理措施除严格贯彻执行国家颁发的建筑安装安全技术操作规范、施工现场临时用电安全技术规范各项安全规定外，还应遵守下列安全措施。1、工人入场前
27、必须经过安全教育，操作前进行安全交底。2、严格执行特殊工种持证上岗教育，操作前进行安全交底。3、夜间施工有足够的照明，并派电工跟班作业。4、合理布置电源、电线网络，各种电源线应使用绝缘线，并不允许直接固定在钢管和钢模板上。5、现场电动机具必须按规定位置保护接地或接零，并必须安装触电保护器，现场使用的电箱、闸刀、触电漏保器必须编号，严格按三级保护用电，做到单机，单触电漏保器，防止触电事故的发生。6、现场机械设备必须定机、定人、定岗位，使用前由机电员负责验收工作，机械使用专人操作，定期维护、保养、做好运转记录。九、文明施工措施1、料具管理对该工程所用到的所有材料按规格分类、分区、分堆整齐存放，做到
