10、子技术、计算机芯片技术、现代通 信技术等当今先进的技术，可实现计量数据的存储、处理、传输等多种功能，还可 提供遥信、遥控信号量的检测和控制。终端通信采用模块化的设计思想，电话模块、 GSM/GPRS、CDMA 通信模块可实现热插拔配置，终端支持双频、GSM 短消息数据和拨 号的工作方式。 WERTU-200 电力负荷管理终端是实现计量自动化的重要组成部分，也是电力负 荷管理系统的配套终端产品，和电力负荷管理主站配合可实现负荷的监测与控制， 并能够实现远程自动化实时抄表、计量设备监测和防窃电、用电异常信息报警、电 能质量监测、线损分析、用电检查和负荷闭环控制管理等功能，是需求侧用电管理 的理想终
11、端产品。 2.2. 主要特点主要特点 终端主处理器采用美国 ADI 公司的 32 位数字信号处理器，该芯片运算速度高 达 600 MIPS，是一款高性能 Blackfin 处理器，支持嵌入式操作系统。该处理 器结合了 Intel 公司的 RISC 处理器和 ADI 公司的 DSP 技术，从而既保证了工 业控制处理的实时性和灵活性，又保证了交流采样、电能计算的准确性，同时 为将来实现需求侧管理、电能质量监测的深入提供了保证。该处理器支持工业 温度级别-4085。 终端配有大容量 FLASH 存储器，可进行大批量数据存贮。该器件属于非易失存 储器，无论断电与否可永久保存数据。 终端采用了高精度不掉
