1、广州地铁四号线伸缩缝防水施工方案一、 项目概述：本标段为四号线高架段桥梁防水伸缩缝是在既有运营线上施工，广州市轨道交通四号线已建成运营万胜围至金洲段约41.25km线路, 高架段北起番禺兴业大道、南至南沙区金洲站后折返线终点，正线长29.772km（YDK25+475YDK55+137），出段线高架桥长397m(CDK0+234.368 CDK0+530.368)。由于原设计遗漏，未设置防水伸缩缝，桥面雨水溢出梁端截水挡墙后沿梁端面及墩身往下流，影响桥梁景观，且易引起梁端锚头及支座锈蚀，为此按业主要求进行补充设计，并根据现场试验结果及运营部门意见，采用型钢防水伸缩缝方案。广州地铁四号线是已经开
2、通运行的线路，原有设计施工时伸缩缝采用橡胶板盖在凸起的砼结构上， 砼高约5cm，橡胶与砼之间用螺栓固定，没有形成密封结构，在雨量较大排水不畅时雨水会从橡胶与砼之间流下，造成漏水。另外，原来的施工在浇倒凸起的混凝土与橡胶防水结构时，砼与桥梁结构和道床之间不密实，道床下层有水渗漏，从伸缩缝下面漏水，流到接缝处。 详细见现场照片。在使用过程中，伸缩缝处漏水严重，腐蚀主体结构混凝土和桥梁支座，还影响美观问题。工程量见下表：序号区 段数 量开始时间完成时间施工天数日进度备注石基至海傍67条海傍至低涌89条1黄汽至黄阁111条黄阁至蕉门104条2蕉门至金洲42条3东涌至黄汽204条4低涌至东涌47条5新造
3、至石基226条6出入段线4条7合计894条二、项目要求第一，伸缩缝安装要满足设计间距及设计伸缩量的要求。第二，伸缩缝要完全防水。第三，使用寿命长，维护简单。第四， 因为是已运行线路，施工时间每日只有三小时左右，要求快速安装。第五， 地铁线路上有大量管线，要求伸缩缝安装时及施工后维修简单易行，严禁损坏管线。三、解决方案：针对该项目设计要求、实际情况及施工安装要求，我们推荐使用广泛适用于桥梁和高速公路的弹性混凝土伸缩缝系统。该系统采用弹性混凝土作为结构及防水主体，施工简单快速。配合使用专用型钢和防水胶条，能同时解决防水和桥梁伸缩的要求。四、产品介绍及施工方法1、施工要求(1) 全部的施工在晚上地铁
4、休班后进行。(2) 施工完成后必须把所有施工材料和工具清出。(3) 所有施工人员经过安全培训。(4) 全部专用材料的拌和、使用和养护，应符合生产厂家的材料说明书要求。(5) 安装各种伸缩装置时，定位值均应通过计算决定。梁体温度应测量准确，伸缩体横向高度应符合桥面线型。装设伸缩装置的缝槽应清理干净；加有顶头现象或缝宽不符合设计要求时，应凿剔平整。现浇混凝土时，应防止已定位的构件变位。伸缩缝两边的组件及桥面应平顺、无扭曲。(6) 安装后的桥面伸缩缝的伸缩性能必须有效，缝面与桥面必须结合良好，并保持平整。(7) 弹性混凝土的铺设应包括正确的表面处理、材料的准备和材料的应用。弹性混凝土铺设的确切位置和
5、范围应根据施工图纸里的显示和详细说明，而且其安装应符合图纸的规定。2、施工工艺流程：(1) 拆除原有的伸缩缝防水胶带。(2) 用风镐打凿掉原有的梁端伸缩缝混凝土结构。(3) 清理槽口，槽口必须干净，干燥。(4) 安装伸缩缝专用型钢。型钢与原有的预埋钢筋焊接牢固。型钢的间距要满足伸缩要求。(5) 安装弹性混凝土模板。(6) 模板安装好后，在槽口喷涂弹性混凝土专用防水粘结材料。(7) 拌和弹性混凝土， 倒入槽口中，并修整到合适的高度，表面平整。(8) 待弹性混凝土固化后（约1小时），拆除模板。(9) 安装防水胶条。(10) 清场退场。3、弹性混凝土介绍 巴斯夫WABO牌弹性混凝土是由特殊骨料及双组
6、分的聚氨脂弹性混凝土粘合剂一起搅拌形成。其中双组分聚氨脂弹性混凝土粘合剂按配比用量分A、B分别密封包装。骨料C按每次混合用量在工厂密封包装。A、B、C三种组分按厂家配好的比例在现场冷拌，不需加热，以防止温度控制不好而影响施工质量。BEJ弹性混凝土是弹性体，比普通的环氧树脂和粘接性弹性混凝土的强度还要高，粘接更牢固，不易被破坏。不管是在夏季还是冬季，安装都能很快地固化，一般在浇注两小时后即可开放使用。这种材料不仅有弹性，同样也有很高的硬度，并非常耐磨，且有很高的软化温度，即使在最炎热的天气里也不会软化，其弹性使它在与各材料粘接后不会收缩开裂。不受桥面和其它联接材料的不同热膨胀系数的影响而能全范围

8、以开放通车。3、 设计施工简单：不需预埋钢筋，不需预留槽口，对桥体结构无影响，在-35度到70度均可使用。4、 不软化，不开裂，高强耐磨。5、 使用寿命长：寿命可达20年。6、 低冲击，不跳车：弹性混凝土具有弹性，能有效地减少跳车现象，降低汽车对伸缩缝的冲击。7、 施工简单，质量可靠：施工完后无须养护，材料全部在工厂配制好，质量保证。8、 安全：在路面的施工时间短，对交通的影响最小，大大减少事故发生的可能。（4）、弹性混凝土的施工方法：1、在混凝土表面喷涂防水粘结剂2预先单独彻底混合组分B（30秒），然后把全部组分B倒进一只干净的25升容器，加入组分A，用带有桨叶的电动搅拌器搅拌约30秒或直到
