1、一、编制原则1、按照A-02地块车库施工设计图纸2、A-02地块车库设计技术交底及设计变更3、建设单位（业主单位）的进度要求。4、充分利用现有机械设备，扩大机械化施工范围，提高机械化程度，改善劳动条件，提高劳动生产率。二、编制依据和采用的技术标准、规范1、工程施工承包合同。 2、设计变更施工图纸，设计技术交底会议纪要。3、建设单位（业主单位）对本工程施工所提出的有关建议、要求。 4、本公司以往施工类似工程所总结的实践经验；以及对目前在建类似工程的参观学习所积累的经验。5、依据合同以及设计施工图等文件的要求，拟在本工程施工中采用的主要施工技术规范、规程如下：序号规范及技术标准名称编号1工程测量规

3、司7施工单位重庆海博建设有限公司8质量目标一次验收合格、合格工程9安全文明目标合格10开工日期以合同约定及开工报告为准11完工日期以合同约定及开工报告为准四、编制说明1、我司按重庆市金科骏耀房地产开发有限公司的进度要求，A-02地块车库基础冲桩在2014年7月30日完成。A-02地块G16、G17#主楼及车库采用旋挖机械钻孔成桩施工，G18、G19、G11#主楼、S10及车库基础桩采用机械冲孔泥浆护壁成桩施工，根据金科公司的要求先主楼施工，最后车库基础冲桩施工及车库主体施工。A-02地块紧邻汉丰湖，原场平标高为173.0米，汉丰湖蓄水水位175.0米左右，由于水位差造成A-02地块长期处于地下
4、水的浸泡,加上A-02地块的雨水排不出，致使车库基础被地下水淹没，车库基础施工场内有大片积水和淤泥，需换填约1.0米厚左右的石渣以提高现场地基承载力，才能保证现场施工。2、本次场平主要实物工程量 1） 范围及面积约：18358.17m2 2）总填方约：14686.54m3 3） 总弃方约：14686.54 m3 4）填(取)土运距为约：12.0KM，弃土运距约：15Km 为确保按业主方要求的工期完成施工任务，我司特制订以下施工方案进行施工。五、施工部署1、A-02地块主楼、车库施工面积约19000m2,车库冲桩328根,车库场区内施工的建筑物为G16、G17、G18、G19、G11，场区有一主
5、施工便道从车库场区横穿。根据主体建筑物施工进度和不影响施工便道车辆通行的原则，对车库施工区域进行划分；我公司承建的车库划分为四个施工区域，分别如下G16主楼区域为1区，G18主楼区域为2区，G19主楼区域为3区，余下部分为4区。在施工过程中为保证施工质量，采取分施工区域分批换填。A-02地块车库划分平面图2、在G16、G17、G18、G19、G11主楼施工时，加上汉丰湖蓄水造成车库、区域积水，基底土质软化，淤泥层深度约1.0米。为了保证该区域冲桩机进场施工，确保车库的施工进度对该施工区域的淤泥质土进行抛石挤淤。3、抛石挤淤的石块采用万达高速公路隧道开挖的砂岩弃渣，选用的砂岩石块粒径为100-5
6、00mm，距离我司车库施工区域15Km；先将车库、区域内淤泥质土清除，清除淤泥厚度0.8m；然后分层回填石渣，每层石渣回填厚度0.4m，每层用20T挖掘机来回碾压平整，石渣总的回填厚度0.8m。六、主要分部分项工程施工方法 1、排水 采用用二台功率为7.5KW、直径150污水泵，由工人轮班昼夜连续不间断抽水。2、场外取石渣回填 地表积水用水泵抽干后进行回填土。从场外约12.0KM处取挑选合格的砂岩石渣，用小松240型挖机一台挖装石渣，粒径控制在100-500mm，用10辆20T红岩渣土车运至现场回填，回填要分层并用小松240型挖机碾压平整，填至标高约174.8米处，以提高现场地基地承载力，为现
7、场布置“三通一平”提供条件。3、弃土外运 待桩基础施工完毕后，进行地梁施工前，再将运来填实的石夹土用小松240型挖机装运至渣场，平整至车库地坪标高174.0米，以进入下道工序施工，弃土运距15KM。七、人员、材料、机械设备的组织1、项目管理人员的组织参与本工程施工的管理人员均是我公司的业务骨干，项目部管理人员职责分工明确，协同配合，在项目经理的领导下，项目部全面负责现场的施工、技术、质量、安全、核算等工作，并根据作业计划和施工预算提出劳动力、材料机具需用计划，统一指挥生产，保证本工程的工期、质量、成本、安全和文明施工等各项控制目标和各项经济技术指标的实施2、 施工机械布署：根据现场实际情况，在
8、本工程施工时，主要配备以下主要施工机械：2台小松240型挖机、Z50装载机、10辆20T红岩渣土车。八、确保工期、质量、安全、文明、雨季施工的措施 1、确保工期的措施 1） 根据现场实际情况编排合理的施工进度计划。2）根据计划选择合理的施工方法，安排施工顺序，保证工期实施； 3） 组织足够的人力、物力和财力，确保施工顺利。 2、确保质量的措施 1） 施工人员应树立保证工程质量的责任心，对施工质量要高标准、严要求，做到思想上重视、组织严密、措施落实、施工精细。 2）施工时，选用有经验、技术好、有责任心的管理人员对现场进行管理。 3、确保安全的措施 1）安全管理目标 在工程施工工期内杜绝重大伤亡事
9、故，工亡事故为零，千人负伤率低于千分之二。 2）施工现场管理人员和工人须佩戴分色或有区别的安全帽，现场指挥、质量、安全等检查人员须佩戴明显袖章或标志，危险施工区域挂警示牌或警示红灯。 3）新入场的工人进行严格的三级安全教育。对应熟知的安全技术操作规程讲行考核，不合格者不能上岗。特种作业工人经专业培训合格后，要求持证上岗。 4）施工现场设1名专职安全员，配备专门的安全工人，以检查和维护安全设施的使用，监督安全规章制度的执行。 5）进入施工现场必须戴好合格的安全帽，禁止穿半高跟、高跟鞋或拖鞋以及带钉易滑的鞋。 6）由项目负责人每周召开安全例会，分工种以班组为单位进行安全讨论活动，使人人树立强烈的安
10、全意识。 7）下达施工任务书的同时，必须以书面形式进行安全技术交底，接受任务负责人签字。 建立班前会制度。每天在上班前，由工长组织各班组召开班前会，进行任务安排和安全生产交底。 9）现场用电为TN-S系统（三相五线制）配电箱完整带锁，箱内部和顶部装钉防火板，一机一闸，配备漏电保护装置，闸刀熔丝不得用其它金属代替，非电工不得乱接电线，危险区域夜间应设红灯示警。 11）四口五临边的防护设施由质安小组管理，并按具体部位设计加工专用设施。安设要牢固，以防任意搬动。 12）严格防火制度。严禁使用电炉。库房、宿舍和建筑物内部按消防规范装备灭火器材，消防栓四周禁止堆放东西。 15）项目安全员，建立工伤事故档
11、案，密切注意安全生产隐患，及时向项目经理提出消除隐患方案。 16）在现场内，沿建筑物周边用钢管脚手架搭设一道安全立架，立面挂双层密眼网，防止物体飞出砸伤行人，在现场施工道路上搭设水平通道。4、确保文明的施工措施 1）文明施工目标： 施工现场临时设施做到标准化、规范化、景观化，保持施工现场清洁。根据施工现场周围环境特点，合理安排施工工序，确保施工不扰民，修建洗车池并配备专人冲洗车辆，施工污水经沉淀后组织排放，控制扬尘。2）加强对职工的思想教育，在全体人员中树立起“文明施工出效益”的观点，将文明施工变成操作者的自觉行动。 3）建立文明施工检查制度，每个班组进入施工现场，必须与项目经理签订文明施工合
12、同。由项目经理组织有关人员定期进行检查验收，对达不到要求的班组进行处罚，并责成班组立即整改。 4）严格按施工总平面图进行堆码摆放材料、用具及机械设备。各种周转材料拆除后，要及时清理干净。 5）临时驻地的办公室、宿舍、食堂相应位置设置垃圾桶; 食堂另设溲水桶一只。 6）加强施工人员的精神文明建设，提高施工人员的素质。 7）加强职工的法制教育，现场内严禁打架斗殴、赌博偷盗，更不得到外面去惹事生非。 5、确保雨季施工的措施 1）加强对全体施工人员冬、雨期施工安全教育，使全体职工充分认识冬、雨季施工安全的特殊性和重要性。 3）加强对用电设备的检查，每周做一次测试记录，以保证漏电保护器的灵敏可靠。绝缘不
13、良者应立即进行整修，周围潮湿时，禁止带电作业。所有机具的配电箱、电机等均应设防护罩，接地和漏电保护装置。 5）对施工现场办公室、水泥棚等临设工程，雨季前应进行全面检查，若有排水不畅、漏雨、沉陷、裂缝、变形等情况，应随时检查，发现问题，及时处理。九、本方案增加费用组成 污水泵抽排水、挖运淤泥、外部取石渣回填碾压、渣土挖运。建议：1、 文中前后运距不统一，修改成一致；2、 增加最后一条：方案增加费用组成：挖运淤泥、抽排水、外部取碴回填碾压、碴土挖运3、 换填范围增大至二三标段除D4、D5、D6外的所有冲桩区域。4、 在施工过程中为保证施工质量，采取分栋号或分施工区域分批换填；5、 尽快修改后报送甲
