29、50米处沟内。弃土前应将表面的耕植土、沃土清理并置于一旁，待深层土石弃完后，再将耕植土、沃土在弃土层表层复土。进行复垦绿化。施工时做好边坡防护及水土保持工作，防止冲刷和边坡塌陷。挡土墙设计为浆砌片石挡墙，宽2.12米，高6米，长度100m，挡墙坡度为1:0.25。弃土场周边坡脚外2m设置M7.5浆砌片石截水沟，沟底宽0.4m，高深0.6m。弃土场坡面采用30厚干砌片石护坡，边坡坡率1:1.5。二、施工方案1、施工顺序测量放线清除表土挡土墙修筑排水工程堆渣坡面修整干砌片石边坡防护弃土场顶部复垦绿化。2、施工工艺2.1测量放线由测量队在施工前首先按设计要求进行实地放线，定出具体位置桩。2.2清除表
30、土根据弃土场现场实际地形情况，表土采用推土机或反铲剥离，反铲装自卸汽车进行运输，将表土堆积于碴场一角，将来复耕或绿化时使用。当地面横坡较陡时，应在斜坡上挖台阶后，分层填筑碾压达到规定的密实度，不得倾填。2.3截水沟施工根据设计图纸，沿弃土场周边坡脚外2m设置截水沟，截水沟应高出弃土场范围以外并接入地方既有沟渠，避免冲刷坡脚使弃土场失稳。截水沟采用M7.5号浆砌片石，宽0.4m，深0.6m，厚30。施工方法及其它要求同挡墙浆砌片石施工。截水沟尺寸示意图2.4挡墙施工1、挡墙基础面开挖基础面采用反铲进行开挖，边坡开挖坡比1:0.5，且开口线周边2m范围内不允许堆放开挖碴土及其它大型、重型物资或设施
31、。挡墙高度为6.0m，埋入地面深度不小于2.0m。采用挖掘机开挖，人工辅助清理。机械挖土预留1020cm厚度采用人工开挖, 避免扰动地基。按地质水文资料并结合现场情况决定开挖坡度和支护方案、开挖范围和防排水措施。基坑开挖后的断面要求平顺，同时保证基坑底土无明显扰动现象，坑壁无松散土或坑洞。基坑底面在底板四周每边放宽0.5m,作为施工面。开挖基坑如有渗水时，沿坑底四周基础范围以外挖排水沟和集水坑，使坑壁渗水沿四周排水沟汇合于集水坑，然后用水泵排出坑外，使基坑中间挖土部分处于干燥状态，当挖至接近有水时，可反复加深排水沟和集水坑，常保持坑底和水沟底有一定的高差，达到排水通畅，使坑底始终干燥状态，以提
32、高挖土效率。基坑开挖的弃土应运至专门的弃土场集中存放。 （1）基底检验 基坑开挖后，应检查以下内容： 、基底平面位置，尺寸及高程是否符合设计要求、基底排水是否满足要求 、当开挖到设计高程时，应首先检验基底承载力。在基底承载力满足设计要求并报监理工程师验槽，检验合格后，及时进行下一步施工，以免地下水或地表水浸泡地基，影响基底承载力。在施工过程中，若发现地质有异，应及时通知相关单位，另作处理。2、浆砌片石的砌筑挡墙埋深不小于2.0m，材料为M10浆砌片石，施工时采用分段挂线砌筑，在砌筑过程中应经常校正挂线杆，以保证砌体各部尺寸符合本交底要求。砌筑用的石料应经过挑选，质地均匀，无裂缝不易风化，片石形
33、状不受限制，但其中部厚度不得小于15。用作镶面的片石宜表面平整、尺寸较大，边缘厚度不得小于15。砌筑前浇水湿润，泥块等冲洗干净。挡土墙底部、顶部和墙面外层宜选用较整齐的30M10浆砌片石。砂浆严格按配合比配置，并用搅拌机拌和。采用人工坐浆分层砌筑，砌筑上层时，不应振动下层，不得在已砌好的砌体上抛掷、滚动、翻转和敲击石块。墙基础部分施工完成后，必须及时回填夯实。待浆砌圬工强度达到70%以上时，方可用小型机具分层填筑夯实，以确保墙体稳定(具体详见挡土墙断面图示意图)。a.片石采用挤浆法分层、分段砌筑，两相邻段的砌筑高度不得大于120，分层水平砌缝应大致找平。各砌块的的砌缝应互相错开，砌缝应饱满。b
34、.各砌层应先砌外圈定位砌块，并与里层砌块交错连成一体。定位砌块宜选用表面较平整且尺寸较大的石料，定位砌缝应满铺砂浆，不得镶嵌小石块。c.定位砌块砌完筑后，应先在圈内底部铺一层砂浆，其厚度应使石料在挤压时能紧密连接，且砌缝砂浆密实、饱满。砌筑腹石时，石料间的砌缝应相互交错、咬搭，砂浆密实。石料不得无砂浆直接接触，也不得干填石料后铺灌砂浆；石料应大小搭配，较大的石料应以大面为底，较宽的砌缝 可用小石块挤塞。剂浆时可用小锤敲打石料，将砌缝挤紧，不得留有空隙。d.砌筑工作中断后恢复砌筑时，已砌筑的砌层表面应加以清扫和湿润。e.所有石料均应座浆在新拌的水泥砂浆上，砂浆采用重量比配料，砂浆拌和机拌制，配合
35、比按照试验室出具的配料单现场配制，控制拌和时间，保证拌和出的砂浆均匀饱满。砂浆必须具有良好的和易性，其稠度以砂浆稠度仪测定的下沉度表示，宜为1020mm。砂浆的拌和宜用机械拌和，拌和时间宜为35min。砂浆配制应采用质量比，砂浆应随拌随用，保持适宜的稠度，一般宜在34h内使用完毕；在运输过程或在贮存器中发生离析、泌水的砂浆，砌筑前应重新拌和；已凝结的砂浆，不得使用。f.挡土墙墙背填筑应与砌体同步进行。g.墙胸外露面应用同标号水泥砂浆进行勾缝。砌体隐蔽面砌缝可随砌随刮平，不另勾缝。墙顶用同标号水泥砂浆进行抹面。同时要及时进行洒水养生。 h.浆砌片石砌缝宽度、位置、砌筑方式必须符合下表浆砌片石砌缝

37、勾缝以后需用钢刷配合干净水将浆砌片石表面清洗干净整洁，不得用砂浆抹面及修饰石料表面。5、养生砌体砌筑完成后应及时覆盖，并经常洒水保持湿润，常温下养护期不得小于7d。在养护期间应避免对砌体产生碰撞、振动。砌体的砂浆未达到设计强度前，不得承受全部设计荷载。7、材料要求（1）石料：砌筑挡墙用片、块石块石要求强度不小于30MPa，最小边长不得小于20cm，石料表面应清洗干净，有水锈及强度不满足本交底的的石料严禁使用，石料进场后应经试验室对石料的抗压强度做出试验结果后，决定是否采用。（2）砂浆砂浆采用M10砂浆严格按照试验室给定的配合比采用机械拌制（配合比见后附配比单），自投完料后开始算起，拌制时间不得
38、小于2分钟。采用砂浆机配合，严禁采用人工拌合。砂浆运至工地临时存放时先在地面铺一干净的铁皮，然后将砂浆存放于铁皮上，严禁存放在地上。砂浆要随拌随用，如在运输过程中发生离析、泌水现象，要重新拌合。已凝结的砂浆严禁使用。在施工时,严格遵守质量比,不得使用体积比。砂子等材料的称量必须以试验室验收过的量测工具为准。砂浆试件的制作每拌合100m(不足100 m按100 m计)制作一组试件，一组试件由6块试块组成，试模尺寸为70.770.770.7mm。制作时将砂浆分两层（每层约40mm）分层放入涂了脱模剂的试模中，用捣棒（直径为20mm、长度200mm的钢棒，底面加工成平面）对每层砂浆沿螺旋方向均匀插捣
39、25次。第二次插捣完毕后，用抹刀沿模壁插数次，使砂浆高出模壁68mm。试件成型后0.51小时，再用抹刀刮掉多余砂浆，并抹平表面覆盖养护，养护温度25左右。养护24小时后，进行脱模并送至试验室进行养护。2.5弃土堆放开挖弃土按照有用无用料分开堆放。弃土要分层堆放，分层高度不超过1m，弃土采用倒推法倒料，底部填筑硬质岩碴，弃土采用推土机平料，弃土填筑过程中应适当辗压。弃土场顶部应于原地面顺接并做4的排水坡。沿弃土场顶部纵向中线向两侧横向设置不小于4的排水坡，在弃土场顶面进行撒草籽植草防护。有用料集中堆放，待后期路基填筑施工时回采。周边做好防、截排水措施。弃土严格按照交底要求的弃土方式，应边弃土边刷
40、边坡。边坡坡度为1：1.5。2.6护坡施工弃土场顶面处理完成后，边坡采用30厚干砌片石护坡，防止弃土场失稳，边坡坡率为1:1.5，两个边坡之间的平台采用30cm厚浆砌片石护坡。干砌片石石块应选用材质应坚实新鲜，无风化剥落层或裂纹，石材表面无污垢、水锈等杂质。砌筑前应将土夯实。干砌时底层、顶面、边缘宜使用较大石块砌筑。一般长条形丁向砌筑，不得顺长使用。片块石应互相咬码，并垂直于坡面。空隙应用碎石填实。石块外露面应稍加修整。浆砌片石护坡工艺按照挡土墙施工工艺。2.7复耕弃土场弃土完成后，将原来集中堆放的有机土、耕植土平整覆盖在弃碴上对弃土场进行复耕。三、质量通病的预防方法边沟、排水沟质量通病及防治
41、排水施工中，经常因施工不善，造成排水沟沟底纵坡不顺，断面尺寸不准，排水无出路等质量通病。防治措施1、严格按照交底要求开挖断面和纵面高程开挖修整，认真做好工序质量检查。2、现场技术员及施工队要认真学习施工图及交底，对排水出路不明确的，及时向工程部提出，待工程部回复后方可继续施工。3、弃方坡脚要按交底要求进行砌筑防护，弃土方需要按要求设置坡度，稳定边坡。 4、挡墙及护坡、平台砌筑严格按照本交底执行，所选用的原材料如砂、片石、水泥等必须经试验室检验合格后投入现场使用。否则按照质量管理办法进行处罚。四、安全、环保措施1、针对不同岗位，不同工种的特点对从业人员进行安全生产教育和培训，保证从业人员具备必要
