1、京哈高速秦皇岛互通北戴河连接线工程浆砌边沟、排水沟施工方案 秦皇岛路桥建设开发有限公司京哈高速秦皇岛互通北戴河连接线工程项目经理部二0一五年五月K0+087-K3+920段浆砌边沟施工方案一、工程概况本标段根据不同情况，对于路基路面排水，主要有以下几种形式：（1） 挖方路段设置100cm*100cm浆砌梯形边沟，沟深采用40cm厚M7.5浆砌片石砌筑。（2） 填方路段在护坡道外侧设置100cm*100cm梯形边沟，内侧沟壁坡率1:1.5，外侧沟壁坡率1:1。部分路段自然地表纵坡大于5%时，采用浆砌片石进行加固。（3） 边沟出口与较大河口相接处或填挖结合处，设置边沟急流槽以防止冲刷坡脚。二、施工
2、工艺流程挂线施工砌体勾缝养生墙身砌筑测量放样基坑开挖基础砌筑砂浆搅拌砂浆搅拌图2 浆砌排水沟施工工艺流程图三、施工方法1、测量放样浆砌排水沟工程采用分段施工，分段放样。根据路基中线及护坡道高程放出两侧坡角线，然后根据边沟、排水沟设计表中“沟中心至中桩距离”参数放出排水沟中线，再通过排水沟结构尺寸放出水沟边线，并用白灰在地上画出。通过沟底高程、沟底纵坡确定开挖深度。线位设好以后请监理工程师检测，符合要求后再进行下道工序。2、基坑开挖利用测量放样出的边线及计算出的开挖深度，采用人工配合挖掘机械开挖，自卸汽车运输的基坑开挖方式。基坑开挖至距设计沟底10-15cm时，改以人工挖掘。人工修整至设计尺寸，
3、不能扰动沟底及坡面原土层，不允许超挖。基坑沟底采用平板振动夯振击密实。开挖清理完毕后请监理工程师检测，符合要求后再进行下道工序。3、砂浆搅拌砂浆配合比严格采用项目部下发的批复砂浆配合比执行.砂浆使用砂浆搅拌机现场拌和，拌和时间宜为3-5分钟，且砂浆应随拌随用。砂浆中所用水泥、砂、水等材料的质量标准宜符合混凝土工程相应材料的质量标准。砂浆中所用砂，宜采用中砂或粗砂，当缺乏中砂及粗砂时，在适当增加水泥用量的基础上，也可采用细砂。砂的最大粒径不宜超过5。砂浆的和易性采用直观法进行检查，以用手能将砂浆捏成小团，松手后既不松散、又不由灰铲上流下为度。在保持适宜稠度的砂浆一般宜在34h 内使用完毕；气温超
4、过30时，宜在23h 内使用完毕。若在运输过程或在贮存器中发生离析、泌水的砂浆，砌筑前应重新拌和；已凝结的砂浆，不得使用。4、基础砌筑4.1 片石要求4.1.1 片石应符合设计规定的类别和强度，石质应均匀、不易风化、无裂纹，不得采用风化石。4.1.2 片石厚度不应小于150（卵石和薄片者不得采用）。用做镶面得片石，应选择表面较平整、尺寸较大者，并应稍修整。4.2 砌筑方法4.2.1 基础采用坐浆法进行施工，严禁采用灌浆法进行施工。4.2.2 片石、砌体在使用前必须浇水湿润，表面如有泥土、水锈，应清洗干净。4.2.3 砌筑基础的第一层时，如基底为岩层，应先将基底表面清洗、湿润，再坐浆砌筑；如为土
5、质，可直接坐浆砌筑。4.2.3 基础分2个工作层砌筑，每个工作层的水平缝应大致找平。砌体较长时可分段分层砌筑，但两相邻工作段的砌筑差一般不宜超过1.2m；分段位置宜尽量设在沉降缝或伸缩缝处，各段水平砌缝应一致，各工作层竖缝应相互错开，不得贯通。4.2.4各砌层的砌块应安放稳固，较大的砌块应使用于下层，且大面向下，安砌时应选取形状及尺寸较为合适的砌块，尖锐突出部分应敲除。砌块间应砂浆饱满，粘结牢固，不得直接贴靠或脱空。砌筑时，底浆应铺满，竖缝砂浆应先在已砌石块侧面铺放一部分，然后于石块放好后填满捣实。用小石子混凝土塞竖缝时，应以扁铁捣实。竖缝较宽时，应在砂浆中塞以小石块，不得在石块下面用高于砂浆
6、砌缝的小石片支垫。4.2.5 砌筑上层块时，应避免振动下层砌块。砌筑工作中断后恢复砌筑时，已砌筑的砌层表面应加以清扫和湿润。4.2.6基础每10-20米设置一道沉降缝。每个工作日结束后，需按工作缝处理，或设置为沉降缝。5、墙身砌筑5.1 片石要求片石要求同基础砌筑对片石要求。5.2 砌筑方法5.2.1 墙身同样采用坐浆法进行施工，严禁采用灌浆法进行施工。5.2.2 片石、砌体在使用前必须浇水湿润，表面如有泥土、水锈，应清洗干净。5.2.3 砌筑墙身的第一层砌块时，应先将基础表面清洗、湿润，再坐浆砌筑。5.2.3 浆砌片石宜以23 层砌块组成一工作层分层砌筑，每一工作层的水平缝应大致找平。砌体较
7、长时可分段分层砌筑，但两相邻工作段的砌筑差一般不宜超过1.2m；分段位置宜尽量设在沉降缝或伸缩缝处，各段水平砌缝应一致，各工作层竖缝应相互错开，不得贯通。5.2.4 各砌层应先砌外圈定位行列，然后砌筑里层，外圈砌块应与里层砌块交错连成一体。圈定位行列和转角石，应选择形状较为方正及尺寸较大的片石，并长短相间地与里层砌块咬接。砌体外露面镶面宜选用较坚硬的片石进行镶砌。砌体里层应砌筑整齐，分层应与外圈一致，应先铺一层适当厚度的砂浆再安放砌块和填塞砌缝。外砌缝宽度一般不应大于40。砌体外露面应进行勾缝，并应在砌筑时靠外露面预留深约20 的空缝备作勾缝之用。砌体隐蔽面砌缝可随砌随刮平，不另勾缝。5.2.

9、深。缝槽深度不足时，应凿够深度后再勾缝。7、养生每砌好一段，待浆砌砂浆初凝后，及时用草袋、麻袋覆盖砌体，进行洒水养护，养护时间不得少于7天，养护期间避免外力碰撞、振动或承重。四、质量要求浆砌排水沟应符合公路工程质量检验评定标准JTG F80/1-2004中以下标准：1、基本要求1.1 砌体砂浆配合比准确，砌缝内砂浆均匀饱满，勾缝密实。1.2 浆砌片石的质量和规格应符合设计要求。1.3 基础中缩缝应与墙身缩缝对齐。1.4 砌体抹面应平整、压光、直顺，不得有裂缝、空鼓现象。2、实测项目表1 浆砌排水沟实测项目项次检查项目规定值或允许偏差1砂浆强度（MPa）符合设计要求2轴线偏位（）503沟底高程（
10、）154墙面直顺度（）或坡度30或符合设计要求5断面尺寸（）306铺砌厚度（）不小于设计值7基础垫层宽、厚度不小于设计值3、外观鉴定 3.1 砌体内侧及沟底应平顺。3.2 沟底不得有杂物。六、注意事项1、排水沟必须分段施工，分段成型。在雨季，为使基坑免遭雨水浸泡，严禁长段开挖，且做好临时排水设施。2、排水沟的开挖、整修、夯实、砌筑形成流水作业，随挖随砌。 3、若现场地形有变化，经现场监理工程师同意的情况下根据现场情况另行设置。4、砂浆拌和时须采用模板或雨布放置在出浆口，水泥、砂、石等原材料须放置在模板或雨布上。七、安全生产保证措施1、质量保证措施为了保证质量，项目经理部建立了质量保证体系，同时
11、制定了各种规章制度，实行施工质量责任制。加强工程技术管理人员的力量相关管理人员及现场施工人员都参加过省内外多条公路的施工管理，具有较丰富的施工管理经验。施工前，经理部组织参与人员学习施工方案和技术规范，并作出详细的书面交底。完善的质保体系经理部建立了一个40试验室，试验工作由该试验室来完成，试验仪器设备都经过标定后才使用。试验质检人员大多具有丰富的实践经验，能够胜任质检工作。 质检部门与现场施工人员通过严格的质量管理制度来约束和协调，确保施工质量符合规范要求。2、进度保证措施施工技术人员、现场施工人员、机械设备足以保证施工进度。3、安全施工保证措施建立完善的安全生产组织机构，健全各种安全生产制
12、度，实行安全责任制，由项目书记任安全组组长，设专职安全员，各种人员施工前必须接受安全教育，熟知各种安全技术操作规程，加强安全意识，贯彻执行“安全第一，预防为主”和坚持“管生产必须管安全”原则。施工现场，便道进、出口必须设置标志，非施工车辆和施工作业人员不得进入施工现场。基坑开挖一定要按技术交底进行施工，基坑坑顶范围内不得堆放弃土、机具等，且要防止地下渗水使坑壁变软造成坍方。进入现场，不能穿拖鞋，一定要配戴安全帽。往基坑里倒放材料一定要由施工员现场进行指挥。使用水泵抽水必须由专人操作与管理，经常检查机械各部件，做好安全防范措施。机、车作业人员必须经过严格培训，持证上岗，各种机、车必须严格按操作规
13、程操作，严禁穿拖鞋上班，严禁使用“三无” 车辆,严禁酒后开机、车，每天开动机械前必须认真检查机、车刹车系统，机、车杜绝带病工作。机、车必须停放在平坦地面上，制好刹车，在车轮前后垫石块或方木块，以免滑动。六、环境保护及文明施工措施做好废料、弃方、施工垃圾以及现场施工环境的处理1、弃土场按图纸或工程师的指示设置，不影响排灌系统及水利设施，少占农田耕地；工程施工临时用地尽量利用废、荒地及利用建安工程永久占地范围，少占农田和耕地；使用期间做好用地的防护、排水，避免水土流失等环境污染的产生；使用完毕及时进行场地平整、防护处理，并设置可靠的排水设施。2、料场、驻地建设、拌和场等临时用地，在使用完成后，全部
