31、沿线。1.2设计概况本工程项目含入口标识、造型花池、河塘挖土、指示牌、绿化工程等。1.3施工条件本工程拟建区由施工方在开工前完成施工场地开工必须具备施工的三通一平，发包方负责的施工基地无纠纷，工程建设开工前所需的一切手续及准备工作已完备。现场交通便利，利于现场管理。在施工过程中将以项目法施工为原则，克服各种不利因素，创造一流的管理水平，一流的工程质量，一流的工程进度，合格工程为目标，圆满完成本标段工程的施工任务。第二章 编制依据1“花香山水”美丽乡村片区- “花香山水”美丽乡村片区沿线（高速路口至兰花产业园）园林施工图2建筑构造用料做法98ZJ0013室外装修及配件98ZJ9014环境景观室外
32、工程细部构造03J012-15庭院与绿化93SJ012（一）6庭院、小品、绿化88J10（参考）等7本公司的综合实力及类似工程施工经验。第三章 工期及质量目标3.1工期目标本工程施工工期为60天，为确保工期必须做到材料供应及时，劳动力及机械设备充分满足，合理组织流水施工，在施工全过程中充分利用时间，以安全为准则，质量为前提，进度为主线，保证各项计划圆满完成。3.2质量目标施工质量合格、绿化养护期6个月，苗木成活率100%。第四章 项目管理机构及主要成员职责4.1项目管理机构及主要成员职责1、项目经理：夏金华。负责监督、协调现场、施工、供应、财务等各方面的工作，负责与建设单位、厂商等外单位联系，

34、拟在附近租赁商品房以满足施工生产生活需要4、符合劳动保护、技术安全和防火要求。5、施工现场办公室：在办公室墙面挂上“五牌二图”。5.1施工用水用电1、施工用电：建设单位已将电源接至施工区域，供施工现场用电。2、施工用水：由建设单位协调将水源接至施工现场，以满足施工要求。第六章 主要施工方法及技术措施6.1工程测量6.1.1定位测量 基槽开挖前，应合同建设建设单位、设计单位、监理单位进行测量、定位、确定水准点高程和座标点位置。水准点及施工中的主要轴线桩应引进基础挖土，机械活动区域外，并用砼加以保护作永久点。1、基础放线：采用经纬仪将各建筑物外轴线测出，用木桩标于地上，桩顶钉上小钉作标志，测定轴线
35、后检查轴线距离、误差，不得超过轴线长度的1/2000，最后根据测出的中心线定出基础宽度，用石灰粉划出基槽开挖边线。6.1.2水准测量 根据给定的水准点，使用自动安平水准仪，采用往返复测法，把水准点引至施工现场，并建立施工现场标高控制网。3、按照景观地带设计图所绘的施工坐标方格网，将所有坐标点测设到场地上并打桩定点。然后以坐标桩点为准，根据景观工程设计图，在场地面上放出场地的边线，主要地面设施的范围线和挖方区、填方区之间的零点线。然后定出坐标桩点标高，注意尽量采用共同基准点。对照景观地带竖向设计图，复核场地地形。各坐标点、控制点的自然地坪标高数据，有缺漏的要在现场测量补上。6.2土方施工6.2.
36、1土方开挖 1、本工程河塘开挖采用机械开挖，人工辅助。绿化工程土方工程量不大，零星土方开挖拟采用人工挖土方。土方开挖前应详细了解地下管线位置和走向。6.2.2土方回填 （1）机械填土，用自卸车运土，倒入槽坑或场地内，用锨、锄、耙等将土摊平，摊铺厚度不得超过30cm内，最后填成高于自然地面5cm，厚度可用样棒控制。人工夯实采用重为6080kg的铁夯，一夯压半夯，夯夯相连，行行相接，夯至规定的密实度为止。6.3结构工程施工工艺6.3.1钢筋工程（1）钢筋制作钢筋进场，制作加工前，先检查钢筋表面洁净，粘附的油污、泥土、浮锈使用前必须清理干净，并及时送检验部门检定，合格后方可使用。加工好的钢筋应分类、
37、编号堆放。圆盘钢筋调直后，不得有局部弯曲、残弯、小波浪形，其表面伤痕不得使钢筋截面积减少5%。钢筋切断应根据钢筋号、直径、长度和数量，长短搭配，先断长料后短料，尽量减少和缩短钢筋短头，节约钢材。（2）钢筋绑扎钢筋绑扎必须严格按施工图施工规范要求组织施工，钢筋绑扎尺寸、间距、位置准确，所有钢筋搭接和锚固长度必须满足设计要求和施工规范的规定。绑扎完后必须垫好砼保护层垫块，保证钢筋位置的准确。在钢筋绑扎中特别注意柱、梁结点，钢筋密集处的钢筋分布情况及悬挑梁板结构的受力筋位置，随时纠正因踩踏而变形、移位或塌陷的钢筋。（3）柱筋施工顺序：套柱箍筋竖向受力钢筋绑扎画箍筋间距放样绑箍筋。施工要点：按图纸要求
38、间距，计算好每根柱箍筋数量，先将箍筋套在下层伸出的搭接筋上，绑扎柱子钢筋。箍筋绑扎时，箍筋与主筋要垂直，箍筋转角处与主筋交点均要绑扎，主筋与箍筋非转角部分的相交成梅花交错绑扎。柱子上下两端箍筋应根据设计要求加密。在柱模封闭前，沿着柱子四周每隔1M绑扎保护层垫块，以保证主筋保护层厚度的准确和位置轴线的准确。6.3.2模板工程（1）现浇钢砼基础、柱，采用平整度高、光洁度好，硬度、强度高的九合板进行制模。钢模尺寸如不合处，配以少量木模封头，这样来保证砼构件上几何尺寸不变。（2）柱子模板加固采用短钢管打箍，每档间距不大于80cm，并要求柱子支模时和支模架子相连接，以保证其竖向整体稳定性。（3）所用模板
39、均上脱模油，但每次上油后的模板须经侧放一阵时间，以免支模时油迹沾污钢筋，导致构件内钢筋和砼握裹力减少而影响结构。（4）为了结构尺寸和建筑尺寸对应起来，特别在标高上，木工翻样时要事先考虑好，同时针对每一张木工翻样图，施工员必须在班组施工前进行复核，复核无问题后方可交班组交底，防止留下后遗症而影响装饰工程。（5）模板施工时，由专职质量员进行复核，复核内容包括：轴线尺寸，截面尺寸、标高、平整度、垂直度等。模板拆除按规范要求进行，拆模的时间、部位、顺序由施工员通知班组，其他人不得指挥拆模。6.3.3混凝土工程（1）砼所用材料预先到试验室做好砂、石料的级配试验及水泥的安定性试验，配备专人严把砂、石、水泥
40、、水的计量关，控制砼的拌合时间和坍落度，以确保工程质量。（2）先进行钢筋、模板的施工，隐蔽工程验收后，方可浇筑混凝土。混凝土施工采用插入式振捣器振捣，人工提升作垂直运输。（3）浇砼操作前，必须对模板作一次全面检查，模板内杂物和建筑垃圾必须清理干净，模板缝隙超过2mm的应堵塞，模板及混凝土浇水湿润，施工缝处须套浆操作。（4）浇筑砼时派钢筋工和木工观察和模板，预留孔洞、预埋件、插筋等有无位移、变形或堵塞情况，发现后立即停止浇筑，并应在已浇筑的砼初凝前修整完毕。（5）砼浇筑完成后，应在12小时内加以覆盖，以避免混凝土在初凝时受冻而使结构存在隐患。6.3.4砌体工程（1）砌体材料：砌体进场时，必须持有
41、产品合格证，并取样复试，合格后方可使用；采用32.5级水泥，进场持有质量保证书，并按规定取样送试验室试验，合格后方可使用。水泥应保持干燥，如遇水泥标号明，或出厂日期超过三个月等情况，应试验鉴定合格后方可使用，不同品种水泥不得混合使用。采用中粗砂，含泥量不得超过5%。（2）砌筑质量控制要点砌筑标高的控制。砌筑砂浆强度，饱满度的控制。砌筑轴线的控制。（3）施工准备砂浆配合比按照试验室配比通知单准确计量，并按规定做好试块，到期后及时送试验室试压。砂浆拌和后必须在2小时以内使用完毕。根据定位放线确定的轴线弹出砌体边线和中心线。砌筑前应立砖数杆，其数杆上划有砖的厚度，灰缝厚度，其数杆间距不超过15米，立
42、砖数杆要用水准仪进行找平，使其数杆上的面标高线位于设计标高位置上。（4）砌体砌筑砌筑时先要进行摆砖,排灰缝宽度,应注意半砖何处砌为好,务必使各砖的竖缝相互交错,在同一墙面上,各部位组砌方法应统一,并使其上下一致。砌墙前先盘角，每次盘角砌筑的砖墙角度不要超过五皮，并应及时进行吊靠，如发现偏差及时纠正盘角时要仔细对照皮数杆的砖层和标高，按制好灰缝大小使水平线缝均匀一致，每次盘角砌筑后应检查，平整和垂直完全符合要求后才可以挂线砌墙，依准线砌筑。挂线、砌筑一砖厚及以下者，采用单面挂线，砌筑一砖半厚度及以上者，必须双面挂线，中间应设几个支线点，小线要拉紧平直，每皮砖都有要穿线看平，使水平缝均匀一致，平直
43、通顺。砖墙砌筑应上下错缝内外搭接，灰缝平直，砂浆饱满，水平灰缝厚度和竖向灰缝宽度一般10毫米，但不应小于8毫米，也不应大于12毫米。 砖墙的转角处和交接处应同时砌筑，对不能同时砌筑必须留置临时间隔处，砌成斜槎。 砌砖采用挤浆法，要领是一铲一灰，一块砖，一挤揉，并随手将挤出砂浆刮去操作时砖块要施平、墙面砌筑操作过程中，以分段控制游丁走缝和乱缝，经常进行自检，如发现有偏差，应随时纠正，严禁事后采用撞砖纠正。砌体的垂直度采用线锤和靠尺检查。砌筑经监理、甲方、设计单位验收合格后及时回填土方。6.4木制作工程6.4.1材料要求：木材采用菠萝格，为防止木材开裂，在木材两端刷聚醋酸乙烯乳液，堆积木材场地要求
44、平整、干燥并有一定的坡度，以利于排除积水，每层木料都用厚度相同的垫木隔开，以利通风。6.4.2木构施工要求：表面进行防腐处理，其间距按设计规定放置，木构应边连续通过两跨檩距，木构端头在木构上应互相借开，不得采用斜搭接的形式。装订后，要求坡面平整，木色三间连接采用螺栓，螺栓的排列采用两纵行齐列，并应避开木材髓心。砼浇筑时应在花架木安装位置放置预埋件，待砼达到一定强度后，进行木构安装，安装时对木构进行较正后，将木构铁件与预埋件焊接牢固，确保木构与梁的整体稳定性。需要开榫的木料，端头允许有裂纹，不允许带节子，需要打眼的木料，端头在眼子以外允许有节子，不允许有裂纹，外露面要好，内隐面可以带有不超过允许
45、范围的缺陷。6.5饰面工程6.5.1镶贴花岗岩块材根据设计要求，核对品种、规格和颜色，安装前应先放好平线，确定中心线及边线，自下而上进行安装，按墙面拉线顺直用钢尺测定长度，确定分块和调整缝隙。安装时，块材用铜丝与墙面绑扎牢固，底部用木块垫塞，块材与块材之间在顶端接缝处，用云石胶粘结，块材料安装固定后，先用水将缝隙冲净，然后将缝隙堵严，用水泥砂浆分层灌注，每次灌入20cm左右，待初凝后再继续灌注。离块材上口约8cm处，待安装好上一层块材后，再连续浇灌，花岗岩表面受污染，可根据程度用稀盐酸刷洗并冲净。6.5.2木材面油漆刷底油时，木材表面应涂刷均匀，不得遗漏，抹腻子对于宽缝、深洞要深入压实，抹平刮
46、光，磨砂纸，要打磨光滑，不能磨穿油底及磨损棱角。涂刷清漆时，均应做到横平竖直，纵横交错，均匀一致。在涂刷时应先上后下，先内后外，先浅后深色，按木纹方向理平理直。色调均匀，拼色相互一致，表面不显露节疤、刷纹。6.6绿化工程施工6.6.1苗木的采购（1）选择苗木时，要求苗木生长旺盛，树型丰满、无病虫害、无严重的机械损伤，具有很好的观赏性。（2）苗木调运过程中要确保苗木、花卉的土球、根系的完好性以及树型 的完整性，并在运输时及时对苗木、花卉进行补湿浇水，保证苗木不失水，新鲜长势好。（3）到场地的苗木的来源、规格、数量预先报监理工程师。（4）当天不能栽植的苗木、花卉进行补湿遮荫等技术措施。（5）苗木进
47、场验收应达到以下标准。严格按苗木规格购苗，应选择枝干健壮，形体优美的苗木，苗木移植尽量减少截枝量，严禁出现没枝的单干苗木，乔木的分枝点应不少于四个，树型特殊的树种，分枝必须有4层以上。规则式种植的乔灌木，（如广场上列植乔木等）同种苗木的规格大小应统一。丛植或群式种植的乔灌木，同种或不同种苗木都应高低错落，充分体现自然生长的特点。植后同种苗木相差30CM左右。孤植树应选种树形姿态优美、造型奇特、冠形圆整耐看的优质苗木。整形装饰篱木规格大小应一致，修剪整形的观赏面应为圆滑曲线弧形。起伏有致。分层种植的灌木花带边缘轮廓线上种植密度应大于规定密度，平面线形流畅，外缘成弧形，高低层次分明，且于周边点种植物高差不少于300mm。6.6.2苗木的管理（1）清杂、放样根据所提供的场地实际现状，清理土层表面的杂物垃圾，有石灰塘、渣渍塘的地方，还要进行深挖，彻底清除，确保场地无杂物。清除的杂物及时运出场地，回填符合设计要求的种植土从而达到栽植的标准。按照规划设计要求以及植物生长的需要，进行适度场地平整、回填、清理至设计或监理工程师指定标高，土壤坡度为2.5%-3%利于排水。依据图纸要求，堆放整理好自然坡度，达到规划的设计标准。根据设计图纸的要求标出种植部位及种植地区的轮廓，进行实地放样，确保放样的效果，如须调整种植部分，则先征得监理工程师或现场代表的同意，方
